The West Village team went above and beyond by helping me source a pair of frames that had been discontinued long ago. They have also offered remarkably creative solutions for repairing my existing pair that is well out of warranty. I'm especially thankful to Jana, whose personalized service made my visit exceptional. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile is exactly why I continue to choose Cubitts. As they've expanded internationally, Cubitts has successfully maintained their hallmark personal touch. The design is beautiful and of the highest quality. I was even able select the different finishes for the arms and a phrase to print on the inside. I visited Cubitts in the West Village two weeks ago, and I was blown away by the experience. Not only is the space beautifully designed, but the staff is absolutely fantastic. The level of attention I received was like no other – they really took the time to listen to my preferences and needs, and they helped me find not just one, but two perfect pairs of frames. I was equally amazed when I found out how accessible the prices were, especially considering the superb quality of the frames and the personalized service I received.
