Cuca Restaurant

The restaurant is modern with a huge garden. Quite a pretty setting. The server explained the sharing concept and not meant to be fine dining. We ordered a mix of appetizers and mains. I wasn’t expecting the food to be served one at a time. The menu is indeed inventive and beautifully presented. You can’t envision how the food will taste by reading the description or looking at the pictures. The combination of flavors and texture are unique and tasted good. It may not suit everyone’s palate. It comes down to personal taste. It’s a restaurant you eat with your imagination and taste buds not your stomach.

We went as a team of around forty people and we couldn’t fault our dining experience here. The service is impeccable with a team brimming with smiles and eager to help. As soon as my glass was empty or near empty, it was being replaced or topped up. The food is a contemporary fusion delight with amazingly presented dishes and incredible variety. My favourite was the octopus. It’s an intimate dining experience and overall a welcome change from the rest of the meals that we had during the week. Thank you

Cuca is a refined and well thought out dining experience that feels relaxed and welcoming, which suits Bali perfectly. It was especially pleasant to see that they offer a kids menu with food that children actually enjoy and are happy to eat. There is also a small playground on site, which makes dining here much easier and more enjoyable for families. The menu for adults is designed around sharing, which is a great concept and works beautifully for a social dinner. Dishes are easy to divide and try together, making the experience feel more connected and relaxed. The food itself felt quite simple. It may be that we chose similar dishes, or perhaps several items rely on frying, which made the flavours feel less complex than expected. Still, everything was well prepared and nicely presented. Overall, it is a lovely place for a calm and elevated evening, especially if you are visiting with family and want good food in a comfortable, thoughtful setting.

Absolutely amazing. My friend and I stayed in Jimbaran for about 5 days and this is the best restaurant that we have visited. The food of course was on the top and the service delivery was amazing. We absolutely enjoyed every dish and would definitely come back again. It is the place that you must try the chef menu and you know you won’t be disappointed at all! We went with 9 different options and added oysters on top of that. Oysters were so fresh and it was one of the best ones we have tried all across the world. My absolute favorite was their scallop and my friend’s favorite was the bao. We both loved their special on that day, which was the oyster. I have been recommending to all my friends who are visiting Bali soon and especially whoever is visiting the Jimbaran area! With the horrible Bali traffic and a closure of the road the day we were visiting, we had a major delay. However, the staffs were very understanding and friendly. No reason to not visit this restaurant. The price is extremely reasonable as well.

Had a great time at Cuca Restaurant! The food was spot on, and that octopus dish? Easily one of the best I’ve had. Perfectly tender, beautiful char, and a savoury sauce that tied it all together. Cooking octopus right isn’t easy, so props to them. Every dish had such a unique twist, making me feel as though "this is what going to a restaurant should be like." Nothing over the top with fancy techniques. Just flavour bombs with a clear vision from the chef. The service was very attentive without being intrusive. I dropped a pair of chopsticks, and before I could even pick them up, a new pair was given to me. Also, we had less than an hour to eat, but they somehow managed to get all the dishes out quickly without making it feel rushed. The atmosphere was gorgeous too! One of those places you could happily linger in if you had more time. (The coconut cocktail was so good, too!) Definitely worth going back!

We found Cuca just after we landed back in Bali and we really enjoyed our experience there. We ordered the following: Nachos Broccoli caeser Roast pork buns (one of our favs) Crispy fried chicken Spicy crab (my fav) The ambience of the restaurant was really cool. Large open air spaces with drawback partitions for privacy. Dimly lit but not too dark. You can see the entire kitchen as well. The staff were so friendly and attentive we really enjoyed our time there and highly recommend going there. Thank you for the amazing food and experience team!

What a great restaurant to visit! We went twice on our trip and did both tasting menu one and two! They were both very good with number one being the better of the two! The desserts were excellent! They have tons of staff who are all very friendly and helpful throughout the whole dinner experience! Overall a great restaurant that would otherwise be more expensive back home!

Out of expectation in every aspect! Amazing food with great creativity, amazing staffs and atmosphere, such an honor to have dined in this amazing restaurant! If i have the chance to come back to Bali again in my life, i would definitely fly over to dine, no matter where i am. Highly recommend chili satay, the beef bone; for dessert, if you enjoy tropical fruit, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get the Bali breakfast. SOOO GOOD OMG.
