Cugino's

My first time getting food from here and my last time getting food from here. We ordered door dash pick up on 3/6/2026 around 7:30pm. We had blackened chicken pasta, salmon pasta, and crispy chicken pasta with broccoli. I added extra sauce to all three pastas which was an extra charge. None had extra sauce matter of fact they were so dry like no sauce was on it. I didn't check my food until I got home, so by that time the restaurant was closed I was so disappointed.

I came here by recommendation, and was not disappointed! I tried the PB & JJ burger, which was absolutely outstanding! I also tried an order of the chicken wings. They were huge and delicious with the honey hot glaze on them. The staff were super friendly and attentive. 10/10 I'll definitely be back!

I haven't been personally inside this restaurant. Also this was my first time hearing of the place as I was going through my Doordash app and wanted to try something different than my normal common restaurants. I ordered me the meatballs and a small side salad on DoorDash for delivery. The food does look asteticallly pleasing when you look at it. The meatball was just okay for me and I love meatballs. I didn't like the burnt taste in the bottom from the meatballs being deep fried. That caused me to pick around the meatballs and leave Alot of meat that I did not eat. I feel like it shouldn't be deep fried or at least give the option of deep fried or not deep fried. I also feel like a spice is missing and that it should have had fresh grated Parmesan on top and with these changes, I think it would be a game changer. Also, the salad was good and I ordered it with blue cheese. I will say that I assume that they make their own blue cheese dressing so it wasn't "blue cheesy enough" I like to taste those blue cheese crumbles and see them but, still good.

Pleasant dinner. Eat here about 3 times a year. Variety on menu. Pizza is fabulous ( but forgot get photo..lol). We took one home after we ate dinner.

I visited Cuginos with a large group of 5 adults and 5 kids and the staff was very attentive and helpful and offered great service. We tried several dishes including the stuffed meatballs (10/10!!!!), blackened chicken nachos (these were okay but not my favorite), wings, and Italian Grinder (delicious!). I also had a taste of the lemon drop martini (excellent! and so pretty to look at) and tropical margarita( very pretty drink but not my favorite)! Overall, great food and fun atmosphere!

We are absolutely coming back! Service was awesome and fast. It got pretty busy but the service stayed consistent. We were helped by a couple of people but they were all kind and patient. They also checked in regularly. Food was quick and accurate. We usually get different things but we both had to have the chicken cutlet sandwich one we saw it on the menu. It was really well done and each component was tasty. This was real comfort food. The shoestring fries were probably the best I've ever had in my opinion. I am excited to come back and try more of the menu. And they have pinball machines in the back!!

We called ahead and were a large group that took up three long tables. Our server Andrea was great! She made us feel welcomed. It was my first time there and I was impressed with the food and DEFINITELY THE SERVICE! She said we were the largest group she's ever had. The Smash burgers with the fried egg were really good. The fries were on point (hot & crispy with the right amount of salt). Interestingly enough, the pizza was pretty darn good as well.

I absolutely love this place for great food and great drinks. They have great burgers, pizza, and the famous stuffed meatballs. I've tried a lot of things on the menu and it's hard to not go back to my old favorite which is the PB&J burger. They have you covered with great drinks too. Whether you need a craft cocktail or a craft beer from Narrow Guage you can find something for everyone. I bring people from out of town all the time to here and they are always impressed with it. The staff is friendly and the service is great. There is always a busy crowd for a reason. Make time to check it out!

This was my first time eating here. I've passed by it hundreds of times and never stopped. That was a mistake in judgment. We decided to try it out on a Friday night. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of TV's on different channels. Pinball machines line up the wall of the second dining room. Now onto the service. Carli, (If I Spelled It Right) was tremendous. Excellent service. Was on top of everything. Our drinks never went empty. Great job. Onto the food. For appetizers we ordered the fried meatballs, toasted ravioli and wings. The fried meatballs were delicious. Filled with cheese and then deep fried. Truly delicious and unique. The toasted ravioli was cooked properly and were good. The buffalo wing sauce didn't really have much flavor. Wasn't bad, just lacking flavor. Cooked right, just not as flavorful as I thought they would be. We also ordered cups of chili. The chili was delicious and thick. I prefer thicker chili and this was definitely the type that I like. I ordered the double cheeseburger and a side of onion rings. I have had a lot of burgers over the years and I have to admit that this was in my top 3. PHENOMENAL!!!! Crispy, gooey cheese, great pickles and just the right amount of onions. It's definitely going to be my go to burger night.

My husband, son and I came here for a late lunch on a Saturday. My son is a baby so we had a car seat and the waitress immediately offered us a highchair which was nice. It is a pretty casual place with lots of TVs with college football on. As an appetizer we got the meatballs. The meatballs are deep fried and were delicious. The cheese on the inside and the red sauce was so good! To eat I got the chicken parmigiana sandwich and my husband got a pizza. The sandwich was good and had a vodka sauce rather than a red sauce. The focaccia bread it came on was delicious. My husband's pizza had so much pepperoni on it, it was insane! The pizza was also good. To drink we got some Narrow Gauge beer. They had a decent amount of beers on tap which was nice! Overall, good experience and good food!

One of my favorite local restaurants, the food it's always fresh and hot, the stuffed meatballs are a must for anyone that stop saying, I had the buffalo chicken sandwich as my entrée and my friend had one of their burgers, the fries were perfectly seasoned, and the meat was cooked just right. The service is always nice and it has a good local field, makes you feel like you're right at home surrounded by friends, the restaurant has two large rooms with tables for a large group as well as just a couple people. If you haven't been, you need to check it out soon.

This comfortable place will always be somewhere I go!! Service and food has never failed me! Wings n burgers are actually my favorite! They have pretty good meatballs as well! But I can still eat healthy with a nice salad!

Great food and service. My beer was cold. My friend's meatballs and garlic bread looked great. I had a bite of bread and it was really good. Maybe I'll try a pasta next time!

I've been to this place quite a few times over the years, and we've become regulars because we always enjoy it! However, tonight I went out for food with my parents and their friends. I ordered the chicken parmesan sandwich, which has been one of my go-to choices. It's a very crispy sandwich with a chicken cutlet melted cheese, and the vodka sauce adds a nice little kick to it--nothing too spicy, especially coming from someone who doesn't enjoy spicy food. Another one of my favorite dishes is the Luigi burger, as that used to be my go-to order every time. The service is usually great, although it can get busy at times, causing a bit of a delay. But it's worth the wait, especially since they often have all the big games on the TVs. This place is fantastic for family meals or if you want to host a party, as they have a designated area specifically for private events and offer catering services as well. Overall, I highly recommend checking this place out. I've never had a bad experience here, and it's worth visiting while you're in North County!

Went with a large party. Staff was friendly accommodating and helpful. The food was well prepared and quite delicious. For decadence I recommend the gnocchi Mac and cheese but we also had salmon, salads and burgers. All good! Only draw back was not just for our party but watching others service was a tad slow. Definitely worth the wait tho!

Me and my husband love Cugino's, Burgers are delicious, and we love the Korean Chicken. Chefs kiss.

We were here for a sales pitch meeting, so we did not have high expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by how good it was! We both had the Chicken Modiga, and it was wonderful. Flavorful and tender chicken in a white sauce with provolone cheese, roasted baby potatoes and veggies. Excellent! We weren't in the regular restaurant area, so I can't critique that, but I will the next time we go there. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the food was late getting served, but it was a large group eating all at once from a selected menu, so take that for what it's worth. The pricing is in the $20 - $24 range for the dinner meals, with pizzas and other $10 - $15 items.

Ordered chicken modiga. It was lightly breaded, very tender and the sauce - a combo of white wine and provel and mushrooms made it even better. Their roasted potatoes and vegetables were perfect and nicely seasoned. Our waiter was attentive but certainly not hovering. This place does not look like a typical gourmet restaurant. It's an old building with high top and regular tables, silverware on the table in a mason jar and a little drafty. Of course we did have wind gusts of 45 mph that day. Even the Diet Coke had the perfect amount of syrup and carbonation. I've eaten here a couple of times before and had great burgers and sandwiches. Their famous stuffed meatballs are an amazing appetizer. Highly recommend a visit.

Cuginos is a nice and neat neighborhood place with a bar, back room and more upscale dining room. The servers are friendly and prices are reasonable. The stuffed meatballs are freaking awesome, but it is also my favorite place in North County for a nice steak dinner as well.

Cugino's is a good little restaurant/sports bar. A small family group went to celebrate an important birthday we went early on a Friday evening and were able to get a long table that accommodated everyone. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, as were the staff. The party was not rushed, nor was the food; providing ample opportunity to visit, converse and enjoy tasteful hearty meals.

Came with friends, had meatballs, adult capri suns, garlic cheese bread and hot wings that were not really wings.

Man, this place got it started a long time ago from Joe Arba so we open pizza plus he and his family own and ran the place used to give out a free 2 L of Coca-Cola with any large pizza. My family would come home with about four or five bottles sometimes Things were OK with Domenico's when Joe ran it, but when it turned into Cuginos it lost its luster. I don't care much to go there anymore. I used to have a great salad, stuffed mushroom and pizzas but last pizza had there wasn't so great. Never been back since.

First of all, my Bloody Mary was presentable, not necessarily "Artisian". The Honey Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich was good, but not hot in my opinion. It was a HUGE piece of chicken, just not really flavorful. I ordered the Fresh Roasted Vegetables for my side and was told that it would consist of broccoli, squashes, and red pepper. Well, it was 99.9 percent squashes, with ONE piece of broccoli and 3-5 tiny pieces of pepper. And again, not a lot of flavor. The Korean Nuggs on the other hand were GREAT! Lots of flavor and much bigger pieces of chicken than I was expecting. I could've made a meal from just those, even though they're listed as an appetizer. The service was good and the ambiance was pretty normal. Overall, more along the lines of a 3 star place, but the Nuggs brought it up a little.

Food was delicious. Service was warm and friendly. I look forward to returning soon. The stuffed mushrooms were scrumptious.

Went to try Narrow Gauge Brewery beers since Cugino's has a large variety on tap (and the brewery was being renovated). Large dining area with a mix of standard and high-top tables. Service was great, various servers consistently checking in. Bar dining room had touch tunes. We did not eat; however, heard great things about the food before going and from people while there. A lot of TVs mounted around the room which is great for sporting events.

I love supporting local non chain restaurants. The food is delicious and the staff is always friendly. I ordered the whaler with a side salad. Cod fillets on a hoagie like bun. It comes with cheese, onion, lettuce and tomato. Next time I will ask for no cheese. The side salad came with a dressing that was a little thick for my taste. I also ordered the House Double burger without onion and a side of fries. (No picture it was devoured before I could take one). Topped it off with the House margarita and Lindbergh lemonade. Eat in or order to go try them for the first time or again ;)

I came here for my birthday with my partner. I think it was trivia night going on so they had a sign pointing folks to which way to go if you weren't doing trivia. The lighting is intimate here and has many things going on at once without being a huge distraction while with your party. We sat ourselves and was immediately tended to by our waiter who took our drink orders. There was "adult Capri Sun" on the menu so I HAD to try it. I ordered a strawberry margarita for mine and my partner got Mother's 3 Blink Mice, an amber beer of sorts. Since it was my birthday and I wanted to sample a few things, we ordered Korean Nuggs for the appetizer and for our entrees, Nashville Hot Chicken, Italian Grinder (with sweet potato fries) and The Frenched Pork Chop. I felt the Korean Nuggs got weighed down by the sauce and was slightly less crispy than desired. The Italian Grinder was full of flavor and all three meats worked well together. The Frenched Pork Chop was seriously the BEST pork chop I've ever had in a restaurant. It was juicy, tender and the sauce was not overpowering the dish. The sweet potato fries were really good too! We didn't have room in our stomachs for the Nashville Hot Sandwich, fries and mac n' cheese while dining in so we had it the next day and if you do not have a tolerance for heat, do not purchase. I am glad we had some leftover ranch from the Korean Nuggs to tame some of the heat. The sandwich is open faced so you only get once piece of bread when you really may need two pieces lol. I was not super impressed by the mac n'cheese. It was kind of dry. I would like to point out this place appears to be consistent with food presentation which is good. What i saw on their website compared to what I received looks pretty identical! They are opening up another location in O'Fallon that I plan to visit with a friend in the near future!

We saw pictures of pizza on Google for the restaurant, but upon our arrival we found out they took it off the menu a few months ago. We ordered from the current menu just to try it out. Toasted Ravioli, Fries, Stuffed Meatballs, Caesar Side Salad, Buffalo Chicken Mac N' Cheese, and Blackened Chicken Pasta. Good customer service! Overall it was good. The only thing that still out as odd was that the cream/cheese sauce was the same for both pasta dishes.... Buffalo Chicken Sauce added to one and the Blackened Chicken Pasta had a sweet taste (like sweet balsamic glaze)...I have never had sweet blackened anything....so it was not what I expected. I would go again with a group to share plates and have a drink if I was in the area (35 minute drive for me). #stlmetrofoodie

We made our way to Cugino's primarily for the Narrow Gauge beer (lots on tap that you can't anywhere else), but the food was also very good! Our party got the meatballs, wings, side caesar, and sandwiches. All great bar/pub food. This place does get quite busy, so if you're more than 2 people, try to come on the early side. Good to take kids too (high chairs available).

Cugino's used to have pizza but last time we went there we were told the pizza oven broke about 6 months ago and they don't plan on getting a new one. Their pizza was one of my favorite things to order. Their stuffed meatballs are consistently really delicious. The combination salad is always good as well. It's the same as the side salad but larger. Last time I got the blackened chicken pasta which was pretty tasty. We usually go with a large group of people. For larger groups, they only have high top tables available. They serve Narrow Gauge beer which is brewed a couple doors down. The Crocus Mead is amazing!!!!!!

Pizza was burnt to a crisp/got the special with sausage pepperoni mushroom green peppers-no taste but burnt crust-pizza was a joke for $23.00 should have told them to keep it and left-asked for salad to come with pizza and it got to the table right away so it was soggy as it sat for 20 minutes waiting for burnt pizza-never again

Been awhile. Carry out is very convenient. Staff is amazing. Extremely nice and helpful. Food is amazing every time. While my favorite wings are no longer offered, the meatballs and the chavel burger are a must get each time. The potato balls are also great with three dipping sauces! Highly recommend.

Casual pub type of atmosphere. Popular for a lunch crowd including business types, police and construction workers, and then there was our ladies and gents table along with other groups such as ours. Nice atmosphere. Service was efficient and attentive even in spite of the crowd. Food offerings were mostly yummy fried and breaded with little attention paid to any special diets. Of course, there's always salads and some sides if you need to be careful with your foods. I needed gf so ordered a side of vegetables which were ok but not very tasty and consisted of mostly of squash. Included sweet potato fries with my order at a hefty price of $7.00. A bit pricey for very little food. If you can eat everything, this menu is no problem and probably just right! Bar service as well.

Very extensive draught beer list! The servers were nice and attentive as well. It does get quite busy and loud, but over a nice experience.

Great time. Stopped in around 8 on Saturday evening and they were not too crowded. Had starters, original stuffed meatballs they were tasty. The Korean Nuggs were the tastiest. Especially if you like spicy. We ordered a second round of that . Lots of TV's so husband was happy. Nice family dining atmosphere. All ages present. Kylie our server was great. She made sure to check on us after we were served. Refilled our beverages and to see if we wanted any entree's . We thought we may but got caught up in the delicious appetizers.

My first time eating out since moving and so glad he took me here because first, yummy! Secondly, great vibes and such friendly staff! Of course had to try these stuffed meatballs and omg-The crispiness! Never have I had a crispy stuffed meatball and they are massive and delicious! Why are not all meatballs crispy? They should be! I ordered a chicken parm sandwich, he got the grinder. My sandwich was MASSIVE! Huge freshly breaded chx with this great pink sauce for dipping-delicious. The grinder was equally as tasty! My sweet potato fries were on point as well. I was so excited to be out, I forgot pictures but next time for sure.

Cuginos is a hidden gem in North County. They have a hard working staff and stay busy. I've been coming here for years and the food and drinks are great! There's flavor in every bite! I LOVE the nachos with blackened chicken. The service is fast and the music is good. I look forward to eating here. They are friendly too. Mostly locals come here but it's worth a drive.

Great food.. We try to go on Wednesday for pasta.. The stuffed meatball and garlic cheese bread is DELICIOUS the blackened chicken pasta is rich and filling.All of the food is so good

Great place for lunch, service is always good, food is good, can be a little loud at times. Had the Caesar salad, everything good with a pretty standard salad, but done right. Had the fish sandwich which was excellent, again just good food, good service, in a very affordable place! Keep it up!!

We always enjoy the food when we meet for lunch with a relative who lives nearby. They have a nice variety on the menu and a very good selection of beers. The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly. Not only were the servers good, one of them went out of his way to bail us out of a problem with our car keys. We certainly recommend Cugino's in Florissant and again thank the server/bartender for his help.

Stuffed meatballs are the BEST! They're Honey Hot Fried Chicken sandwich was good as well. Will definitely go back to try something new.

Best food in North County! They are innovative with their menu and extremely consistent with the quality of food! Favorite's like the Stuffed Meatballs and Korean Nugs are worth the visit alone. Keep an eye out for the specials because they are worth it! Plus they carry a wide range of craft beers including a large selection of Narrow Gauge! They can't be beat!

Excellent food. Great staff and service. Classy menu with lots of options. They need to make sure they have the broccolini and pork chop always available!

The online menu is not current. They have significantly pared down their menu. I'm not a big fish eater, but they had an excellent fish sandwich which is no longer available. In that same vein they used to have an extensive craft brew menu with offerings from Narow Gage and other local micro-brews with flights available. All of that is gone now. The menu is significantly pared down now, making it harder to decide what I want in light of fewer options. The service this last time was less than satisfactory. We had finished our meal and I thought I would try another micro-brew and get the bull. Our server ignored us, she passed us at least three times without inquiring if we needed anything else (we did). I don't know if or what we did to pass her off, but she sure pissed my daughter off by ignoring us. Hopefully this new tack will prove successfully for them, there just doesn't seem to be any compelling reason calling me back. The Cuginos I knew and loved no longer exists.

First, order the meatball appetizer. You'll thank me later. We've only ever dined outside on the old parking lot so not sure about the ambience inside but have always had good service and loved the food when we've gone.

A rather good restaurant. The lighting was short of good, the piped in music a bit annoying, and the seating not very comfortable. The ceilings were bare warehouse type that impaired acoustics. No charge up outlets and ports seen. The wait staff beyond nice and very attentive. It really helped. The nachos were really good, chips seemed home made and the cheese was very liquid, the meat was generous and the jalapeños on the mild side and large. These nachos tasted good--not great or jaw to the floor fantastic, but an honorable mention. The Splendido; stuffed plentifully with cheese and browned expertly. One of the better chicken dishes I've tried due to the moist chicken, pleasant stuffing and nicely crisped. Very heavy on the cheese. The spartan setting was barely a star, but the stellar service and good food earned it a dignified 3 dinger.

My husband and I stopped in randomly on New Year's Eve because other restaurants were closed. We are so glad we did! My husband had the PB&J burger and absolutely LOVED it. (Not my thing tbh, but I don't like regular PB&J's.) I had the Blue cheese burger and it was really good. The fries were fresh as well and the mashed potatoes were good. I ordered the Manhattan to drink and it was also really good. We were definitely impressed and will be back. I only wish they had comfier seats or booths. The wooden chairs are a little hard on my back. But great food and drinks! And the staff were very nice and attentive.

Visited last Friday!!! Great service and food. The meatball appetizer is really delicious and a good portion to split. Also tried a pumpkin beer that was tasty, we will definitely be back.

It's good, little pricey. I really miss the loaded potato hush puppies appetizer. Enjoyed them every time I came, then just poof, gone.

Not only does Cugino's have great food, they are also partners with one of the best breweries in St.Louis, Narrow Gauge. (Cuginos carries all of the Narrow Gauge beers on tap and the brewery is located next door to the restaurant. This is the reason I travel a good distance to experience all of this. We started with the chicken wings which were the perfect size, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. We had one order tossed in honey hot sauce and one order tossed in chili lime sauce. (They also have a Korean pepper, Nashville and original buffalo hot). The wings were perfect and I only got a picture of one wing because my kids scarfed them down so quickly. Then came the house double smash burger with American cheese, cheddar cheese, pickles, thin sliced red onions, house burger sauce (I added bacon), on a toasted bun with a side of onion rings. The burger was cooked perfect, medium well, with lacey crispy edges and a small trace of pink in the middle which made it juicy. The onion rings were also fantastic with a lovey crisp light batter. My wife ordered the blackened chicken sandwich with sautéed onion, provel cheese and a toasted bun. The blackened seasoning was not over done and very tasty, hot and juicy, not bland like many chicken sandwiches. My son ordered the blackened chicken pasta with cream sauce and penne noodles. He licked his plate clean, once again with a beautifully cooked blackened chicken, and nice consistency on the cream sauce. It was comfortable in the restaurant but the waiter told us that the heat broke in the kitchen and the cooks were cold. However, despite this adversity they managed to cook a perfect meal that came out hot and delicious! I have also heard great things about the stuffed meatballs which I will try on the next visit. Now for the beer! I loved the Narrow Guage beers they had on tap! They will definitely have a beer that will fit your tastes. I started with a Queen Fallen Flag which is a hazy imperial IPA with notes of citrus and honey. The next beer was Time Turned Fragile a delicious Vienna Pilsner and for dessert a Peanut Butter and Stout a thick and roasty chocolate stout. Each style of beer was fresh and delicious!

We decided to stop in for a new place to visit while doing our little "pub pass" adventures with some friends and came across this little place. They have a brewery included with the restaurant in a small sports bar type location. The menu selection covers everything from salads and burgers to your bar food apps. I had the Whaler Fish Sandwich and onion rings. Not bad and the portion was quite large for the. cod. Overall a good experience.

The waitstaff was incredible, the beer and food exceeded expectations. Would definitely return!

Very friendly people, the staff made the dining experience great. Dog friendly patio that my pup loved. Pizza was solid. Def STL style - cracker-like crust with provel. Awesome that they also house Narrow Gauge Brewing.

Service was friendly and excellent! Food was excellent! We are from out of town, but wish we had this restaurant back home!!!
