When you come to Datça, I definitely recommend setting aside one evening for this restaurant. The food is exquisite, the fish is delicious, and there’s a wide variety of wines. With attentive staff, flavorful dishes, and a stunning view, it’s a fantastic restaurant.

How to sum this place up as succinctly as possible: The grumpy old chef reluctantly serves you divinely delicious modern cuisine while you look over the Datça marina. In most cases I’d take off a star for the poor hospitality. But the food was just too good to do so, and made me realise that the grumpy chef may have just been a master at work.

The ambience is truly enchanting, making it an ideal spot for a memorable evening. The restaurant's rooftop terrace creates a delightful atmosphere, allowing guests to enjoy their meals while taking breathtaking views. The combination of fine dining and picturesque scenery undoubtedly sets this place apart. While the ambience and view are impeccable, the starters were amazing but the mains didn't quite reach the same level of perfection. My husband and I had lamb dishes, which was tough and chewy. Although the dishes were beautifully presented, some fell short in terms of taste and execution. This inconsistency was a bit disappointing, especially considering the otherwise enchanting setting. One area of improvement would be the attentiveness of the staff. The servers should be more proactive in checking if diners are enjoying their meals rather than waiting for the customer to ask. A more attentive approach would undoubtedly elevate the fine dining experience. In conclusion, Culinarium offers a captivating and unforgettable dining atmosphere, perfect for experience. And maybe we weren't lucky enough that day. With a touch of improvement in food quality and attentive service, Culinarium has the potential to be an absolute gem in the fine dining scene.

Ordered the fillet of beef absolutely superb highly recommend this restaurant. Although off the beaten track so Google maps got a little confused. Very small place so can be missed.

The dishes here are very delicious and we were very pleased with the presentation. delicious wine, coupled with a view from the terrace, left a good impression of the place. also, a very nice and friendly waitress who prevented my friend from jumping off the roof.
