Hip lively spot with expansive seating plan. Focused fusion menu that goes well with the whole feel. Service is so attentative and welcoming. The food was good, not exceptional, but maybe I had exaggerated expectations.

Stopped by for lunch as we were browsing shops in Scottsdale. Jake was taking care of us. He was very friendly and attentive. He knew the menu and the specials and offered suggestions. I've been visiting from PA, and this is one of my last stops until I leave for home tomorrow. I ordered the classic cesar salad, no meat. Our food came in a reasonable amount of time. I had a black ice tea as my drink. My sister had a chopped salad and strawberry lemonade. She enjoyed her salad and drink. Although I prefer my cesar salad a bit colder and in a cold dish, this salad was very good. The pieces were refreshingly bite size so no need for a knife. The taste was delicious! A simple way to elevate this dish a bit would be to have the server shred fresh cheese over the salad when brought to the table. Otherwise, a hit for a hot summer day! I would definitely come back again to try other menu items. I really enjoyed everything about this place. A must stop if ever in Scottsdale or passing through. Thank you for an enjoyable lunch.

Culinary Dropout offers a refreshingly upbeat and fun atmosphere that makes it an easy favorite for a casual night out. The vibe is energetic without being overwhelming—think live music, laughter in the air, and a cool, laid-back crowd. It’s the kind of place where families feel right at home; the staff is friendly, the menu has something for everyone, and kids are just as welcome as adults. One thing to note: the WiFi isn’t the best. But honestly, that turns out to be a hidden gem of the experience. It encourages a screen-free evening where you're actually present with the people you're with—something that's hard to come by these days. Now for the food: do not miss the pepperoni pizza. It’s packed with flavor—crispy edges, just the right amount of spice, and a rich tomato base that pulls it all together. It’s a standout on the menu, and I’d absolutely recommend it whether you're dining solo or with a group. All in all, Culinary Dropout nails the balance of great food, good vibes, and a family-friendly environment. It’s definitely worth a visit.

We celebrated a family member’s birthday recently at culinary dropout. They gave us a really nice seat. The place was nicely decorated. I ordered diversion of braised beef, which was oily and not great. However, the rest of the people in my party really enjoyed their food I will have to say our waitress was phenomenal and they had a really great wine selection. I would go back here again. I just would not order the same thing.

Google
They have come a long way for sure... The wings are always a big hit. Considering the ranch's homemade, you could drink it. Try the whipped feta with tahini.I guarantee you. It's nothing you've ever had before. The picture is a summer lemony dessert a little on the sweet side, but still good.

Google
Pretty cool and trendy place, the cocktails were excellent and a good variety of menu items. We were seated near the windows that face into the kitchen which was a fun experience. Service was prompt and friendly, we had a great time overall.

Google
walked in and gave our name & was told we'd get a text when our table for two would be ready. luckily, there are cute shops around. The food and atmosphere was unforgettable. the staff was mostly very young and all dressed in their choice of dress/skirt. as a former server/barista, i really was jealous of their freedom lol

Google
A great place to go with friends or family. Food was great, although a little pricey, but what i ordered (Pepperoni and Sausage Detroit pizza) was amazing, they also have live music, table tennis, and cornhole (beanbag toss) Would go again!

Yelp
Pork Nachos great Service good Drinks were not as great as the nachos Was a great place to hang out after walking the trails. Outdoor seating .

Yelp
Excellent service by Christopher -he made great suggestions and was so friendly- he even gave our family a list of places to visit while we are visiting AZ. Food was also delicious! Pretzel fondue appetizer was great and my daughter loved the fried chicken.

Yelp
Came here for a late lunch and was seated fairly quickly. The restaurant was not very busy, so lots of open tables and the noise level was good. The restaurant is split into 2 sections; the one closest to the bathrooms were more wood-toned and intimate; but I sat in the more open "cafe" vibe section. My server was great - she took the time to explain the menu and offered helpful suggestions. I decided on the Mongolian short rib - partly because it is served over congee; and the Yuzu Orchard Spitz. -Mongolian short rib: very filling portion, but could easily be split among 2 people. The congee was good - not overly soupy, and all of the components worked very well together. The short ribs were well flavored and were fork tender. Solid 9.5 (taking off because it was just a touch salty) -Yuzu Orchard Spitz: I can really appreciate having a well put together mocktail without it becoming a super sweet kool-aid drink. This was refreshing! At first, the ginger was very aggressive, but it mellowed out and the drink was very balanced. -Atmosphere: very laid back, customers were diverse and staff was really great at offering recommendations and being on top of drink refills.

Yelp
So last night, my wife got sick and we had to cancel our reservations for a fancy dinner and we even had to push our flight back and extend a hotel visit. So we had time to waste and brunch to be ate..lol. we found this place on yelp and it seemed like a hot ticket, the name was catchy and we needed to know if the dropout in question made the right decision. We called our local relatives to join us for brunch being that we missed our dinner commitment. We started with a few drinks and the slicer board. Literally everything on the board had it's purpose and they all hit their marks. We were blown away and immediately told that there was no way to judge the chef for dropping out. Knowing it wasn't luck, we still needed to see what this place was made of. So a member of our group said they should be able to do a good cheeseburger, that's how he guages the quality of a place. To no surprise he was reminding us every few minutes that this might be his new favorite place in town and we gotta make this our go to spot for brunch when we're in town. I got the shaved prime Rib dip which was pretty good. My ol'lady got the salmon and Brussels which she said was legit. Our other member of the group ordered the ribs which were good and plenty. She had to get a to go box. Not only that, but my wife ordered a slicer board for us to eat on our flight home. This place was thoroughly impressive, including the service and drinks. We had a server in training and she did really good along with her superior. Sidenote: we were the first to order a special request mango mule and it did not disappoint. The only thing about this place that I'd want to mention is the parking sitiation.. there is a public parking structure and a few street parking spots but you still might have trouble finding a park. This area gets pretty busy apparently

Yelp
The good: Crispy Brussels sprouts, Fried Chicken, Peking Duck & Shrimp Fried Rice, Korean Style Ribeye Cap -- all were delicious. The fried chicken was surprisingly REALLY good. Restaurant is fun and brings in lots of natural light and LOTS of space. The bad: our food took over an HOUR to arrive. The staff was kind though, and they knew that the food was taking forever. Just annoying to deal with.

Yelp
Food: I was a little disappointed by the fish and chips. It was extra salty. The batter had the unique beer like flavor to it. The Cole slaw was alright. The fries were okay. I have had better elsewhere. I should have gotten their breakfast entree. I don't know what I was thinking. The smokehouse bbq hash was delicious with slow roasted bbq pork, crispy potato, charred onion, poblano pepper, sunny side up egg, flour tortilla. Atmosphere - They had live music, we didn't sit near the stage. I did not visit the restroom. Not hot or cold inside the restaurant. I have been to some places where it's been hot. Very large place. There was also some private event happening in the back room. Service - There were many employees. The service here was quick once they got to us. They were diligent at refilling the waters and getting us ketchup. Parking - Free shared parking structure. Loved it for the shade! The health record on Yelp shows that they are not participating at this time.

Yelp
This place was all decorated for Christmas and it was super cute. You can tell this place is pretty popular since there were a lot of people here. I ordered the steak and frites. It was pretty OK.
google avatar

Yelen P.

Yelp
Food - got WHIPPED FETA & TAHINI DIP which was excellent. I liked all the components (including pistachio, feta, caramelized squash), but I especially liked the dates. The grilled ciabatta bread was also. I had the SPICY VEGAN CURRY with salmon on the recommendation of the employee. He seemed to know the menu well and enthusiastically recommended this combination of curry with salmon. He was right. I loved this dish. I heard the HAM & EGG GRILLED CHEESE was also very good. Service - the employee who helped us was excellent. Personable, responsive, just the right amount of checking in and being available. Food came out quickly. Ambiance - it wasn't too busy on an early Saturday afternoon. The space is big, which helps it feel less crowded. There is also outdoor seating. I would definitely return and eat whatever else the employee recommends to me!

Yelp
We were a bit disappointed by our experience at culinary dropout for a few reasons: 1. We had a dog with us so they sat as at the furthest table (near the street) on the patio. There was no music, nobody near us, no energy. We literally didn't feel like we were a part of the restaurant at all. 2. Our waiter Sef was great! It was his first day and he was really attentive, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the person training him, Mia, was really rude. Everytime we asked a question, she would rudely reply no. She would also rudely interrupt and correct him, which was really sad considering it was his first day, he was doing a great job with our large table (8 ppl), and was trying his best. She honestly ruined the experience for us. 3. The food was mediocre. The best thing we ordered was the Brussel sprouts. The pretzel bites and chips and onion dip were okay. The skirt steak was terrible. The good: Sef (our waiter in training), the cocktails. The games and live music inside were cool but we were seated so far away from the door that we couldn't enjoy either.

Yelp
This was a very busy spot on a Saturday night. We made a reservation online earlier that day and were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. I love the live music and good vibes. The menu looked great. I liked looking at the kitchen thru the glass. Super clean restaurant. As nice as our server was, he messed up the order (even after confirming what I wanted). I asked for the Asian crunch salad with shrimp and he repeated back "chicken?" I said "No shrimp". It came with chicken. The guy who delivered my meal took the whole salad away, so either my whole table waited to eat or I did. It was 10-15 min before coming back. They could have just left the salad and brought me shrimp in a separate dish. The dishes themselves were really tasty! This could have been handled much better. No discount given to compensate. Also, we ordered a chicken with pasta dish. He asked if we wanted fries. I quickly realized after he left the table that he misheard because you don't get fries with pasta. We got that cleared up. And while the dish was good, I thought there should have been a bigger serving of pasta.

Yelp
This was our first time here & foods was great. We had the salmon & Brussel sprouts. Very good! The banana bar & monkey bread was amazing! Plus music was on point

Yelp
Beautiful open kitchen layout with phenomenal food. Charcuterie app was an awesome starter. Deviled Eggs slapped we ended up ordering more. The Asian salad was the best salad I've ever had. Every bite was different, from fresh to a hint of spicy. Everything was so so good.
google avatar

Nina T.

Yelp
First time here and we were able to order off the happy hour menu if you sit at the bar. Ordered the Brussels sprouts, antipasti platter and the bbq pork nachos and it was a GENEROUS portion. I also ordered the spicy vegan curry and it was delicious. I can't handle spicy food but it was perfect. The food and drinks came out quickly with friendly service. Family friendly as they have a little green area where kids can play.

Yelp
I've been dying to try this place forever! Finally made it for brunch on Saturday, and let me tell ya, it was totally worth the wait. Our server was fantastic and super attentive. Our table got "The Slicer", which was like their charcuterie board - it had pimento cheese, bread, meats, olives, another hard cheese, asparagus, and deviled eggs (that were amazing). I had the sausage, bacon, & egg pizza. This was *chef's kiss* the best thing i have eaten in a while. The crispy crust, the bacon, the hash browns - perfection. My husband had the chopped chicken salad and he loved it, too. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Yelp
We had a good experience dining here on a Friday night. We decided to grab something to eat before heading to the movies in this trendy Scottsdale shopping district. Culinary Dropout can be found in the middle of the Scottsdale Quarter. This can make parking a bit of a challenge, although we decided to splurge by enjoying the luxury of the valet parking on the occasion.. We really liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. It was beautifully lit and comfortably furnished. The restaurant has two sides ...one the bar-side had tables and chairs, a small stage and a bar area. There was a live performer singing that night. The live entertainment was good but super loud which made it hard to hear each other or to place an order with the server. Nevertheless we enjoyed the music. We were seated in the second section near the rear of the restaurant. On this section there's another dining area that's closer to the Kitchen. There is a long glass wall that offers a bird's eye view of the kitchen where the magic happens. We were intrigued by several of the menu items and we're really looking forward to trying them however we were in a bit of a time crunch trying to get to a movie. We decided to order some appetizers instead in the hopes that they would come out quickly and be enough food to satisfy us before going to the theater to watch our movie. We ordered deviled eggs, popcorn shrimp and a plate of nachos topped with bbq pulled pork. Our food was good. The eggs tasted good but were overpriced. The popcorn shrimp and zuchinni were very tasty but the portion size of the shrimp and zucchini plate left us a little underwhelmed especially since these were advertised as shareable portions. Nevertheless we found the nachos more than enough to share between two people. We did not leave hungry, mainly due to the nachos. Our service was pretty average...not bad but also nothing to write home about. Anyone going out nowadays knows the prices at restaurants are so much higher than they used to be. The big question I always leave with in my mind is wasn't worth it. We had a good time. The food was tasty and the service wasn't too bad.... I guess you could call that a win. Would we come back? Yes! Would we bring friends? Yes! What we had tasted good and there's still a lot of great stuff on the menu that we didn't get to try (fried chicken dinnerI'm talking about you...) so we will definitely come back and see what other dishes we might enjoy.
google avatar

Jaimie S.

Yelp
The food as delicious! We went for happy hour and ordered EVERYTHING! It was enough to feed a party of 4 with very few feasible prices! The service was amazing.
google avatar

Red C.

Yelp
The service was good but the food had room for improvement. My server was great but the kitchen took FOREVER with my Mongolian short rib. I don't know if the kitchen forgot my order but I did see others receive their order before me and they arrived AFTER me. - Spicy Shrimp Crispy Rice: Shrimp flavors were of but the rice was overcooked. - Mongolian Short Rib: Overly sweet and the flavor was mostly sweetness versus a good balance of sweet and flavors for a Mongolian short rib dish.

Yelp
We started with the soft pretzel and fondue and Brussel sprouts,,,,fantastic! For the entree, I had the chicken cacio e Pepe and the wife had the Korean ribeye cap. My chicken was delicious but the ribeye was the bomb. Service was perfect and frequent. Ambiance was great with football game playing on TVs everywhere. We will be back.
google avatar

M O.

Yelp
We had a lovely holiday lunch here. Our server was just ok but the food and drinks were lovely and so was the bright open space. We shared the appetizer waygu pigs in a blanket and crispy Brussels sprouts. Both were delicious! I had the salmon entree and it was a nice lunch portion and cooked perfectly.
google avatar

Charles H.

Yelp
Outstanding!!! The food from appetizers to dessert was excellent. And, the meals come out faster than you'd expect. The truffle mushroom pizza is packed with great flavors. The service is fantastic. The servers are attentive and very personable. Having great service always adds to the restaurant experience. The ambiance is fun & lively. This is also a great spot for large groups as they have an abundance of seating to accommodate. Pro-Tip: They are that good & popular, so make a reservation and don't miss out on visiting the Culinary Dropout.

Yelp
We were looking for food around 10:30 on a weekday and Culinary was one of the only options! We've been here before and had usual pretzel bites, burgers, etc and I never felt the menu was one I enjoyed. This time I had the Asian crunch salad with grilled salmon and it was one of the most delicious salads I've had- the salmon perfectly grilled. We finished with the mud pie which is a different take as it's not an ice cream base- I didn't love it. Service was super friendly!
google avatar

Bruce M.

Yelp
Four of us first-timers. Quick friendly service, TVs everywhere, and the cocktail menu is fantastic! Had Campfire Vibes, Gin/Tonic, craft beer- all delish. Ordered Fried Chicken, Ribs and Flatiron Steak- all way above expectations for being moist, fresh and flavorful. Desserts Mudpie & Monkey Bread perfect blends of flavors made just right.
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
This was a great spot to stumble upon after taking my kids to the splash pad. Kids got to play ping pong and bag toss and it wasn't super busy. We ordered deviled eggs and pulled pork nachos to start. Followed by a bacon cheeseburger w/ fried egg, bolognese, chicken and avocado salad and two orders of chicken tenders and fries. Everyone loves their food except I didn't notice until til I got home the tenders were completely burnt on the bottom. I should have noticed my kids just eating the fries but I didn't. Other then that it was a great experience.
google avatar

Briana C.

Yelp
This was our first food stop once we landed in AZ! Culinary dropout did not disappoint. The bread appetizer was delicious. Our food was delicious. Our drinks were delicious. We sat on the patio but the establishment had an indoor/outdoor vibe to it. The host noticed that our server didn't notice us and immediately was on top of it, without us needing to ask or inquire. They had an area to play games and cute places to take photos. We parked on the street and walked to the restaurant but there was valet parking offered.
google avatar

Yelp
In Scottsdale Quarter, there are so many different food options to choose from. I think Culinary Dropout is one of the better ones. They've got a bit of everything. Whether you're stopping by for a cocktail, a nice dinner, sports games, or some fun bar / yard games, they've got it all! It is a huge space. There is plenty of room at the bar, dining area, patio, or game space. We sat in the bar area and enjoyed a Tejeda Spa Water (one of the best drinks), pretzel bites with fondue and chicken wings. For mains, we had the famous Crunchy Shrimp Ceaser Salad. Everything was well prepared and full of flavor. We were well taken care of during our time, and I look forward to my next visit.
google avatar

Gabrielle N.

Yelp
This restaurant is simply amazing! We came here during Arizona Restaurant week and got to try a little of each course. I would literally come back just for the Carmelized Banana Bar dessert. The restaurant was loud and full of life! They had live music playing. To top it off the service was amazing and our server was personable and had amazing recommendations! I would definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to visit again.
google avatar

Arya R.

Yelp
We stumbled upon this place one late Friday night with no expectations and were blown away. The pretzels and fondue flavors were so rich and fresh, giving an elevated taste to a bar food classic. The sweet potato curry's flavors were perfectly balanced, with enough saltiness and creaminess, and lots of veggies so the meal did not feel too heavy. Live music and band as well!
google avatar

Jacob R.

Yelp
Great food and even better people! Christian was a great server and knowledgeable about GF allergy options. Real impressed to see all the staff work together and attentive to the most minor details. Made the evening very special with a custom dessert. Thanks again guys!

Yelp
TL;DR: Live musician on Saurday night, pretzel bun, drinks This is a great place that does well with bigger groups. If you are looking to use this as dinner before hitting the club scene, this is where you need to go. They have tasty drinks and lots of yummy food. I love the drink called Tijana Spa Water and the Watermelon Margarita was good too. The pretzel and cheese dip was plated great and tasted even better. They also had a live musician on stage that sang and played his guitar during dinner. I would definitely return for the ambience and prezel buns
google avatar

Ceyda B.

Yelp
Went there for lunch. I loved the ambiance, decorations, and everything. It was very welcoming. Our server was such a sweetheart. Even though it was the lunch rush going, the food came out fast. To drink; I was between Room Service and Sangaria. Our server recommended the sangria. I'm glad he did!! It was a bomb! To eat; I ordered crispy popcorn shrimp and brussels sprouts. I was happy with both of my choices. They were so yummy. I especially love the brussels sprouts and its sauce. Very good texture, balanced well. I also tried my partner's tomato soup. It was also good, but it was between cold and warm. Because every other thing was so good we didn't make a deal. I definitely recommend the place. Cannot wait to go back
google avatar

Tiffany S.

Yelp
Wonderful location in the heart of Scottsdale shopping, spacious to bring the whole family for a wonderful meal. Live music games to enjoy while you wait, informative & friendly staff, great drinks & flavorful food.
google avatar

Addie S.

Yelp
Eh, it is okay. I am no food connoisseur, but the place isn't memorable--just basic food. I expected more when the waiter said the food was made from scratch. It just tasted like a typical restaurant. It had a cute atmosphere, and the waiter was really good and friendly. We had to wait about 15 minutes past our reservation outside in the heat, that was uncomfortable. We had a great time because of the company; otherwise, I am not sure I would go again. But with that said, don't take my word for it. Please go check it out. Oh, my husband enjoyed the pizza but felt it was small.
google avatar

Shawna L.

Yelp
This spot is always a good time and has a wide range of variety. The wait time for drinks and food was pretty lengthy, but our service was great and the BBQ Chicken Salad is so yummy! It pairs perfectly with the Aperol Spritz.
google avatar

Richard Z.

Yelp
There are not many places that have live music, high quality cocktails, a play area for all ages (cornhole, ping pong, etc) and delicious food all in one! I actually have never been to anything like Culinary Dropout. The live musician played renditions of hits that we were familiar with, the entertainment factor was fantastic. Our drinks were handcrafted and tasty. My wife got a skinny margarita with chili and I got an old fashioned. The food is so good! We got a pepperoni and sausage Detroit pizza and I can still taste it a day later. The soup of the day was a beef stew and probably the best soup I have ever had in a restaurant. We will be back and we will be back often!
google avatar

Veronica K.

Yelp
Culinary Dropout was just okay for me. The environment is cool, with live music and yard games, making it a fun spot to hang out. It's also great for groups since they have big tables. However, the food was a bit disappointing, especially considering the price. My husband really enjoyed the Pretzel Cheese Fondue, but the Fried Chicken didn't live up to the hype--it just didn't blow me away. Overall, it's a nice place to visit for the atmosphere, but the food didn't quite justify the cost for me.

Katie K.

Yelp
I love this place. Amazing staff, super fun atmosphere, and incredible food and drinks. My favorite brunch spot whenever I'm in Scottsdale.
google avatar

Tiffany A.

Yelp
I'd been to one other location but this one was pretty cool and huge! I was surprised it filled up with how much space they have. I had a chicken salad and the other had salad or burgers. One of our party was super late to dinner but the staff was still friendly and patient which we appreciated. We'll be back!
google avatar

Yelp
Culinary Dropout! Lucky us, we not only found ourselves in a newly discovered restaurant, we also had "Haley" at our table. She genuinely cares about her customers, and it shows. You MUST ask for her. Once you meet her, you'll know what I mean. Service perfection. We also met Haley's General Manager, Makenna. Although she studied to be a Paralegal, her heart and passion actually resides with the restaurant and its guests. She loves and enjoys her work (a rarity these days). Between Haley and Makenna, you're guaranteed an excellent experience. But let's move on to the food. We had the Fish and Chips and their Yesterday's Soup. Absolutely generous and sharable portions, and truly very good. Perfect fried fish, lightly battered, and it arrived delectably hot with tarter sauce and vinegar. I'm also a coleslaw fanatic and this side was as good as it gets. I'm not kidding. It all exceeded our expectations. The next time we visit, we're going to try their fried chicken. (We saw it served at another table and it looked incredibly good!). Prices: About $65.00 for two, which included 2 gorgeous 6-ounce glasses of house Pinot Grigio and a scrumptious Mississippi Mud Pie. Unless you have an enormous appetite plan on sharing your food choices. I'll stop here. I could go on and on. We'll be returning for sure! Thanks Haley and Makenna for an outstanding evening!

Yelp
Such a cool place. Each location looks different and I like that. We got the pretzels with fondue and it's delicious. Also I got a burger, it was okay. The fried chicken is delicious. The place has TVs around, to watch the game and etc.

James B.

Yelp
Overall, have really liked this place. Their drinks are great and the atmosphere is really good. I love that I can take my dog.
google avatar

Reza K.

Yelp
Location is really good and there's tons of parking spots available. The ambiance is like a friendly pub with live music, you can play games as well. I ordered the steak and it was delicious. They have a variety in their menu that is helpful for different people. Their servers are also very nice. I would highly suggest their steak because it comes in a very decent portion. I recommend this place!

Margaret T.

Yelp
Food was a disappointment. Service was fine. They did not have the prime rib sandwich available. Burrito, burger and chicken/biscuit food was okay at best.
google avatar

Doug D.

Yelp
I love this brand! Huge, fun and casual concept with great food and service. Been enjoying this restaurant concept for years and they always deliver. I love the pretzel turkey pastrami sandwich and the cob salad.

Yelp
Finally was able to visit Culinary Dropout and was not disappointed! Service was amazing. Hostesses were very accommodating to our table selection and our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered the pretzel bites, ribs, and nachos to start and finished with their pepperoni/sausage pizza. Appetizers were pretty good! The cheese for the pretzels and nachos could've been a tad warmer but the flavor was amazing. The ribs though...out of this world and TRULY fall off the bone. The pizza was Detroit style which I honestly am not a big fan of but this was by far the best Detroit style pizza I've ever had. The dough was so incredibly light and not oily like other pizzas. Was very very surprised and happy we finished with the pizza. Overall this is such a fun location with marvelous ambience. Highly recommend if you're ever in the Scottsdale area and certainly will be coming back!

Michael S.

Yelp
Great food. Service was understaffed, but kind. It was a rather loud restaurant and the wait on a Monday night was 35 minutes. Worth checking out another time to see if the staffing issue was an anomaly.

Yelp
Update: the owner reached out to me directly regarding my review & provided her email for follow up. However, Culinary Dropout is amazing & I have no actual 'complaints', just feedback about the noise at this location the evening of our visit. It was just hard to hear anyone. Nothing is needed to remedy this situation & I will be back again & again! I applaud their white glove customer service & their team for always going above & beyond - 5 Stars through & through! Original Review: We celebrated my fiancé's birthday at this location last night & it was amazing. The food, service, decor - outstanding! They went out of their way to make the evening special. I genuinely appreciate the care they took in making the evening an event to remember! The only con was the volume of noise. We were a group of 10 & it was incredibly difficult to hear what the person sitting right next to you was saying. Across the table conversations were almost impossible & our amazing server had difficulty taking our order as a result of the volume. Still a 5 star establishment, albeit a loud one :)

Great experience! I've gone to several of the locations in Arizona and this one is definitely the best. Has the nicest employees and great atmosphere! Service was fast and efficient and was able to get in and out. Ordered the crispy shrimp rice and there was so much flavor in it. Loved it! The Katsu sandwhich was so good as well although it was too much bread for me so I just ate the meat with slaw but super filling and the ranch they have is in house made and is delicious! I love how open this location is but I would suggest being prepared to wait if you have a large group as it is always busy.

Yelp
We had a great weekday lunch at this restaurant. We were promptly seated at a lovely outdoor table and drink orders were quickly taken. We liked so many things on the menu! I got the Pretzels with Provolone dip as an appetizer to start. The pretzels are small handballs with a delicious Provolone cheese dip. Delicious! Steak Frites for me for my main and my wife had the Basic Salad with chicken. Sadly, while the steak was flavorful, it was only served lukewarm and the fries were semi-soggy. My wife enjoyed the salad, but the chicken was very overcooked and dry. We each had an excellent coffee to end our meal. We enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant and the lovely day on the patio. We'll probably return and give them any try.
