it is an excellent hotel and the professionals are very kind and professional. The localization is very good because it is central. The room I stayed in was awesome. The view was beautiful. There is also the fitness center and the pool. And the breakfast was delicious , plentiful and with a lot of options

This hotel is not a 5 stars hotel. It is 3 stars at best. Dark rooms; synthetic/polyester bedsheets. It does charge at 5 stars rate unfortunately. Be warned.

Best 4-star hotel in central area of Brasilia, a capital city seriously lacking in 5-star properties. Efficient and very well located right in front of the practical Brasilia Shopping Center.

Excellent Hotel. Great location. Good service. Hotel with complete infrastructure. Best thing is tis location. It is close to an excellent shopping mall.

Short stay for just one night. The bed was decent -not super soft, but still OK. Water pressure ridiculously good. Big room, separated workspace. I liked the two free water bottles, the little complimentary chocolate, free bar soap (though shampoo was still in the big bottle in the shower). Breakfast starts at 6:30 for those who want an early start to their day, and it's a good one. The pao de queijo was a bit stale that day, though. Still, overall very good stay. Just what I needed. A good night's sleep, good breakfast, and no problems.

This is Brasília's best hotel, no doubt! The room is new & clean, staff is friendly and the breakfast is soooo good. The room had a desk area, pool and gym which made perfect for a longer stay. There's a shopping mall across the street. We'll be coming back. ❤️

Horrible hotel from start to finish. Unhelpful unpleasant staff on check in. No useful info given. If you only speak English good luck. Idiotic lift system. You can only go anywhere by pressing your card to the sensor which then automatically takes you to the floor you are staying on. Getting to the pool and gym is a lottery. ||The gym is filthy and old machines. The spinner is like something from 1990. The sauna wasn’t on. The pool was closed. There are no towels and no humans. Apart from the buffoon who came and painted a door as we were working out so we were overcome with what were probably lead based fumes. As if it couldn’t wait! ||The rooms. The air con is next to useless. I timed the hot water arriving from the time I switched the shower on today and it was 9 minutes. The room is unbelievably badly designed. There is almost no space either side of the bed and you are guaranteed to bang your head on the side walls in the night. ||Don’t expect them to clean your room despite the fact that there is an ugly giant steamer taking up most of the kitchen. ||Don’t bother complaining. They don’t care. My travel companion had worse issues than these and was told the manager was at lunch! He was then offered a free meal. ||Absolutely terrible. The staff couldn’t care less if you don’t speak Portuguese. ||Do not. Stay. Here.
