Absolutely amazing! The person on the phone was very polite, and kind. We got there, all the staff were friendly and made for a great dinner experience. The food was absolutely delicious!!! I got the fettuccine carbonara, and a mocktail raspberry sour. Both were amazing!! The entire table i was sitting with had clean plates!! Highly recommend, would 100% come back when visiting tassie!

This was pure bliss. Cured fish and the grilled eggplant and anchovies entree were delicious! The pasta was cooked perfectly cooked al dente with chorizo and a delicious sauce! The risotto was a bit on the saltier side but couldn’t complain with the crispy pancetta toppings! Would highly recommend!

Wow!!!! Just wow!!!! I’ve just had the best meal I’ve had in three visits to Tasmania. It was a Veal Scallopine . It wasn’t pretentious like some high quality restaurants tend to do with their meals, it was just done perfectly. The veal was so tender. The broccolini was blanched so that it remained crispy but also had that lovely green about its appearance. The potato was also perfect. And the sauce!!!! For dessert we had tiramisu. Again, a traditional recipe done correctly. Firm. Flavoursome. Not so moist it can’t stand by itself. And very delicious. Sorry, I’m raving. It’s just so lucky we stumbled into this place. I so want to lick the plate!!!!

Delicious food. Definitely recommend the veal, so tender and sensational. Best food I’ve had in Australia. Staff was more than friendly, making sure we were pampered the whole time. Restaurant was full, energy was high. What a lovely night out in Hobart!

Hospitality at its best The food was amazing, the wine and beverages selection was pretty good, and the most stunning and remarkable thing, was the amazing kindness and recovery action from the service staff. Clumsy me, I knocked down the wine glass onto the food plate, smashing the glass bits everywhere. I was ready to pay for the damage, but not only did they clean up the mess, they also replaced my ruined drink and food. It’s moments like this that are forever engrained into the customer’s mind. Truly, truly, truly thank you for the memorable experience.

Highly recommend. We went here base of google reviews and was not disappointed. Food and service was on point👌Recommend selecting pizza, pasta 😋 and focaccia bread. Our host was a lovely lady, she attended us and served us well. Was a very enjoyable experience + food was delicious. They were also very friendly and accommodating to my child.

An absolute hidden gem! The food was perfect and the service was flawless. From the entrées right through to dessert, everything was spot on. Couldn’t fault a single thing — will definitely be back.

Excellent take-away pizza! I was after a simple, early dinner tonight, and decided to get a pizza from Cultura Italian Bar and Restaurant. I ordered a pepperoni pizza to bring back to the hotel I was staying at, and it was fantastic. The pizza was perfectly cooked - thin dough, charred around the edges, with high-quality ingredients on top. The young guy that served me was welcoming and polite, and he kindly advised me where I could go to get a bottle of wine to go with my pizza. He also let me know that they would keep the pizza warm until I returned. Excellent experience at this restaurant. I would love to dine in next time I visit Hobart.

Excellent food, friendly and attentive staff and cosy ambiance. It was our first night in Hobart and we enjoyed dining here. Gamberi pasta and beef ragu were spectacular. Definitely recommend this place

Great food, great staff and exceptional service. I had the Deconstructed Souvlaki, I just could not resist it and it was a fantastic take on a souvlaki. The boss had the Minestrone which was flavorsome and very tempting. I love a clean restaurant and this one gleamed. Four stars for sure.

I've visited Cultura a few times now - twice for brunch and once for take-away dinner. Overall the experience has been really good and I highly recommend this as a breakfast spot. Don't be fooled by the small shop front, the place opens out inside and is very comfortable and warm. The breakfast dishes here are really good, especially the french toast which will make you think you've found heaven on Liverpool St. I can also recommend the ragu, savoury breakfast options and the pizza. However, my wife and I both found the lasana a little too tomato dominated and the carbonara was roast garlic in disguise. Other than those two specific dishes, I can definitely recommend the restaurant. I should also note that the coffee is tasty and the service has been excellent every time we've visited.

The staff at Cultura always make you welcome with a big smile & friendly service. My favourites, Giardino pizza, Gamberi risotto & after a big night the Cultura breakfast. Great all round! Cheers guys

Had a coffee and chat with Luka. The other staff were happy and enthusiastic. Serving up great coffee exactly the way I wanted it. Even held back my wife's coffee till she arrived from the dress shop next door. Very nice guy, very nice shop, GREAT coffee!

When your looking for consistency you can always count on the guys at Cultura. I have been a few times now and the service is second to none and the food is always fantastic. HIghly recommend the Beef Ragu

We would eat here just for the wonderful customer service, so lucky the food is superb!
