Culver House Hotel

We have just spent 4 nights with our Daughter, Son in Law & young grandchildren, in two separate apartments. We all absolutely love it here, very close to a fantastic beach, which we could see from the room balconies. Pubs selling lovely food & a local independent coffee shop also fish & chip shops. We went on really nice walks. The apartments are lovely & clean with all the equipment + ample supply of towels, milk, coffee & tea. We felt very relaxed. The host Mark was very friendly. We had to return after 4 nights due to commitments but the rest of our family decided to stay on they loved it so much. Would highly recommend for a short relaxing break. See you next year.

The apartment was very clean, bedding and towels delightfully colour co ordinated. Sue and Mark are immediately available if needed and such nice people. They ensure the kitchen is well equipped and generously supply milk, tea, sugar, coffee, drying towels, cleaning products and plenty of toilet rolls! When having a longer break the linen, towels and products are refreshed. Added bonus, dogs are welcome.

Awesome place, apartment had a spectacular sea view, location is perfect for those just chilling or seeking a more lively activity like biking or swimming. Pub up the road does good food or just bring your own food and cook there, complete with dishwasher 😀 You are on holiday after all !!

So lucky to have found this place as it was a last-minute booking. We had a 2nd floor apartment which had a balcony, but it wasn't big enough to sit out on. It was clean, had everything we needed, plus leaving fresh milk in the fridge for our arrival. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. A great pub 2 minutes walk which did great food which changed on a daily basis. Be warned for those with mobility issues, the stairs are steep.

Wonderful location - 1 minute walk across the dunes onto the beautiful beach. We stayed in Suite 1 which was immaculately clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The only reason we gave 4 stars not 5 is because it is very small (which is made very clear on the website) and it is quite dark. It was no issue for us as the weather was great and we were out all the time but it’s worth knowing as the weather can be unpredictable and you could find yourself indoors. We’d definitely visit Culver House again but would book one of the bigger apartments with views. The hosts were lovely and very helpful, The Ship is about 300 metres away and was excellent so we had a lovely break. We’ll be back!

Everything we needed for a happy holiday was provided at this comfortable and cosy retreat. Even fresh ground coffee, tea, and fresh milk.|All was clean and well presented. |The area was quiet and the parking was very convenient. Excellent location for beach and walking.

Lovely location. Nice and quiet. Lovely view. Close to pub, beach and shops. Very clean and fully equipped. A relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Gorgeous location, beautiful house, my apartment with a balcony was perfect for stargazing on a clear moonless night, waking up to crystal seas on the doorstep, clear blue skies, a little bit of paradise! The furnishings, bedding etc was beautifully designed, everything was to very high standard, you wanted for nothing. I felt very welcomed and looked after by the hosts.
