If you’re looking for soup that’s hot and spicy and gets you all toasty then this is the spot for you! We ordered a couple of the recommended soups and other sides like the fried rice with a side of Beef Cilantro. Oh wow! The soup was nice a spicy with plenty of flavor with every sip. That was the Beef Noodle Soup. Their Wonton soup was also a winner with the wonton skins being so flavorful and tender. The Fried Rice is a great complement for anything you order in my opinion. Lastly the Beef Cilantro dish was a perfect ending to our feast. The service was on point and thanks to Rain our server it made our experience a memorable one. So if you’re in the mood for something like this then check it out and get on the waitlist because this place tends to get pretty crowded.

Let me first off, say that the service here was amazing. The staff in the front was very energetic and very good on serving us and making sure we got some good food and gave us some great suggestions. The spicy beef noodle with the pork with stain. Bok choy was delicious. We got the cold cucumber with the fried rice, which was super good to mix with the meat. I suggest that you get medium spice because they can get really spicy. The food was amazing and delicious and the portions were huge. Make sure you get the pop stickers also. Super good.

Food of today is eating one of famous noodles outlet that came with a taste of Szechuan and Taiwanese from @cupnoodlesshop it was our first time trying and we loved it 😍 everything were so good, plus very friendly and funny service from staffs 😇 Our quote of today is; “Life is better with noodles!” 🍜 Highly recommend for noodles!

This noodles place is delicious. The vibe and service are good. The price is a lil high but you do get a lot of soup, specially noodles. The portion came with at least 3 pcs of meat. The meat tasted good but the flavors were not in the meat but the broth. Two soups and an order of wonton was $50 so I have to question if its really worth it. The taste was there, the broth was an explosion of flavors but it was mostly noodles than meat. I will definitely come back because its super tasty. As you can see we had enough broth and noodles to take home. You will love their noodles but given the prices I dont know if you'll come back. It's very nice and clean and the service is amazing.

Drove down from the high desert to visit this place and it did not disappoint! We got the spicy beef broth and they let you choose your level of heat. There were 3 of us who ordered it and one got mild, the other medium, and last got hot and we were all pleased with our spice level. The beef was so tender and noodles were great! Overall the dish seemed and tasted authentic. The cucumber salad was amazing. We added some of their chili oil and made it top tier. We also ordered the wonton’s in chili sauce and they were our favorite! A little on the spicer side but nothing crazy. They were delicious! Lastly we did order the passion yeah and the mango-pineapple tea. Both delicious but I must say the passion tea was more refreshing. Portions are big and can definitely be shareable especially if you’re ordering multiple dishes to try. I would definitely say it’s worth the money.

I live near this location and it's in a shopping center near a 99 Ranch market. I keep driving by and had to finally try it! If you're into Asian dishes or noodles, this place hits the spot dead on. The noodles are all made from scratch, and the customer service was great. The meat in the noodles is quality and big chunks. There is no need to ask for extra noodles. They give you plenty with each dish! The portions are hearty and will certainly fill you up. I ordered the Spicy Beef, the fried egg it comes with is great! The pricing isn't necessarily cheap, but for what you pay and the amount you get, I can give it a thumbs 👍 👌 The location is small, so seating can be limited during the lunch rush. It's a clean restaurant! I'd definitely suggest this noodle location if you're into this type of food, and I'd be hard pressed not to say this is the BEST noodle place in Rancho Cucamonga!

Updated: multiple visits. The spicy beef noodles is excellent. The beef was very tender and delicious. The flavors were great. This is a safe bet. The intestine soup (pork) was surprisingly good. I was a bit nervous, but it was tasty. My gf got the chicken & mushroom and that was delicious on a cold day.

This place is so unexpectedly amazing! it's a tiny cozy noodle restaurant with generous portions. I literally had it 3 consecutive days after my 1st visit. the spicy beef noodles at a mild level is my favorite. the chili oil in the broth gives a slight numbing sensation in a pleasant way. I paired it with the white peach sparkling water that they offer, it's so good together. I recommend it.

Looking to burn your mouth? This is the spot! As an avid spice chaser, I scour all parts of the IE to burn my mouth. This noodle shop has formidable spice levels that have been attracting all from far and wide. I ordered their beef noodle soup and requested it as spicy as possible. It's a quaint shop, very cozy and personable. The staff is nice and to the point, as they are busy to accommodate all. -- One quip is the pricing for the beverages: a fruit or iced tea will run you $7.50...I can't recall a restaurant that's asked this much outside of mocktails from Yard House or something. Outside of that, everything is stellar.

Got both types of their zajiang noodles. I believe the only difference is that one gives you peas and the other doesn't. The noodle portion is actually quite generous and the sauce is delicious. Noodles are very good. Got the mild spicy because other reviews said this place doesnt joke with their spice levels and I agree. Mild is pretty much on the higher end of spicy. That being said, it is just right for me. The minced pork is marinated very well and tender. My only complaint is that the sauce is a bit too salty and I would have liked more bok choy on the side. The pea version was a great delight as the peas added on a new texture to the dish. They are cooked very soft and slightly resemble chickpeas. Also got the wontons in spicy sauce. Got mild but i think i could have gone with spicy. The wontons are very good. The only downside to it is that I got takeout and the dumplings were cold. I think it's intentional so that it doesn't get soggy but it's really inconvenient if you are taking it on the go and don't have a microwave available to heat up. Would come back again.

Me and the family wanted to try something new and this place didn't disappoint. We ordered the fried rice and spicy beef noodles. The fried rice was a little salty but the soup.... Yummmm! I Highly recommend this place if you like soups. It kinda reminded me of ramen. The beef was nice and tender and they bring it out right away! The servicer was very attentive and always checked in on us!

Amazingly authentic Chinese noodle shop. They are not joking when they offer the most authentic Szechuan flavors. Be forewarned that they do not mess around with the spices. I ordered "medium" and it was still a bit on the spicy side for me and I can normally tolerate spicy foods. My daughter ordered the beef noodle soup and the broth was just simply amazing and hearty. Service was quick from the time you placed your order until it comes to your table in their distinct cup. Just so you're aware, at the time of my visit, the whole shopping center is going through a facelift remodel so it can be a bit tricky to locate it after dark. But as soon as you step in it's bright/cheery and clean. They seem to do a lot of phone order and pick up so if you want to order and enjoy your food at home, there's that option for you as well.

If you are looking for authentic Chinese food, this is your place! Cute little ramen restaurant. Nice ambiance, seating inside, ample parking and great customer service. We tried their fried rice with chicken and omg let me tell you the best I've tried. I also tried their chicken in chili oil. This was ok for me, it comes cold. I think if it were served hot, it would be so delicious. Overall good place to try if you are looking for authentic Chinese food.

4++ Small restaurant/ cafe located in a busy strip mall of Rancho. The place feels family owned/operated and as you might expect, they specialize in soups. Their popular soup is the beef noodle soup, but they do have a pretty solid variety of some other styles. It was my first visit and I was craving the beef noodle, so that's what I ordered. It was on a hot day, but that didn't deter me from getting this hot bowl (or large cup?) of noodle soup. I came in early afternoon so I was able to sit right away. I ordered the beef noodle soup, but had mine be mild. The noodles were chewy and the broth and other toppings were tasty. Just a satisfying meal that really hit the spot. Definitely recommend if you want quick/convenient delicious food - especially if you're in the mood for noodles. It really helps that the prices here are very reasonable as well. There are a lot of other eateries and services in this same strip mall and it's also anchored by a 99 Ranch Market. Parking was somewhat easy to find since there is a large lot, but know that depending on the time of day you go, there could be lots of traffic and you may have to park a little further away.

The portion sizes were pretty decently big! I loved the ambiance of the place, it had a really nice noodle shop vibe. But even though the portion was big, it was mostly noodles and soup. There was not that much meat in the noodles. Service was pretty quick though! The noodles and soup was really delicious and flavorful.

I've come to this place once before and excited to be back! This time it was different, the whole building is being remodeled. It looks like it's closed but it's not! Parking can be tricky here, since there are multiple businesses. I found out about this place from my boyfriend's brother. We walked in and were immediately greeted. The server asked if we are taking to go or dining in. I said dine in and we chose where go sit. The shop is a decent size but there are few tables. It is decorated to the culture, very bright and inviting. You will be sitting pretty close to another group if you're a party of two. Our server bought us a flask of water and menus. My boyfriend and I both decided on the spicy beef rice noodles. After a bit, our server came and took down our order. She asked what spice level and we both said medium. She bought it out within 5 minutes. I was surprised but my boyfriend pointed out that this is their specialty. More people started coming in, since it was getting close to dinner time. This place can have a wait time but it is worth it! I dug in, it was steaming hot. Both in taste and temperature. Very good. I had to pause to drink water so I can continue eating. There is plenty of noodle in the ramen. I do wish maybe a few pieces of beef were added. I loved it, the broth especially. Once we were done, we decided to pay up front. You do have the option to wait for the server to take your bill to you. Total came to $34 with some change. Very fair price! I enjoyed my time, definitely an experience!

This cozy and charming little shop was so welcoming and quickly filled up on the late Sunday morning that I came here. I ordered the spicy beef noodle soup and asked for medium spice. The portion was very generous and came in a large bowl. There were lots of noodles, and the broth was very flavorful. The beef was super tender and delicious. I'd definitely come back and recommend!

I haven't been to those place in awhile but I've been seeing it on my feed there past weeks so I came back. My hands down favorite dish here is the chili chicken, perfect balance of spice, sweet, and savory. Before when I would go here I would lime to order rice but they didn't have it at that time, now they do so it made for a great meal. We also tried the mushroom chicken soup within was flavorful, not too salty, and pretty filling. The beef noodles soup had a good kick to it and had bold flavors. Service was pretty quick. The place was clean and inviting. Try it out

Once again, TikTok convinced me to try this spot! I went on a Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised that there was no wait, I was seated right away. The food was sooo good! I highly recommend the Chicken with Chili Sauce; it was definitely the highlight of the meal for me. Nothing was overly spicy, but it did leave a slight numbing sensation in my mouth, which I actually enjoyed. Luckily, the cold Cumberland was perfect for cutting through the spice when needed. The only thing I'd skip next time is the brown sugar milk tea. It was too sweet and tasted a bit watered down.

Cool spot to try, but not one I'd add to my regular rotation. It's located in Rancho. A couple things that didn't work for me were the limited table space and the small menu. It doesn't apply to me but it's definitely not the place to bring a picky eater. The one waiter we interacted with walked a fine line between playful and rude... it ended up being an interesting experience to say the least. My favorite item was the spicy wontons! I found myself reaching for those more than my actual meal, which was the spicy beef noodles. For the spicy beef noodles, the noodles were great. The egg and meat, not so much. I found the meat to be majority fatty tissue.. which was unappealing to me. The broth had a kick to it; there were definitely layers to the broth. I tasted undertones of beef, cilantro, green onions and bok choy. I wish half stars were an option because this place feels more like a 3.5 than a 3.

The food was delicious, I ordered the spicy dumplings and fried rice. They were both so fresh and very delicious, we had a large party and they were able to accommodate us so quickly and serve us very quickly.

This place is great! Cute/funny aesthetic, fast and attentive service, huge portions. I moved to Rancho recently from the San Gabriel Valley, which has the most authentic and affordable Asian food -- so my standards are a bit higher than most people in this area. I haven't really had good Asian food here yet, but I was pleasantly surprised that this place was actually decent. We got our food within 15 minutes of ordering, and the servers were easy to flag down immediately whenever we needed something. Like I said, the portions are HUGE, I ate about half and packed the remaining half, yet my leftovers still filled up the container to the brim, as pictured!! As an insane comparison: we went to Haven City Market the following day and I paid about the same amount for a portion that was less than my leftovers from Cup Noodles Shop!! Specific dishes: -Bean Jelly: not the best I've had but still pretty good! My friend who tried it for the first time absolutely loved it, even though she was having some trouble handling the spice. I thought medium spice was perfect for me. I found the jelly a bit too soft and the sourness to be overshadowing the other tastes. -Sichuan cold noodles: taste was A+, no complaints there, but I did find the noodle a bit too tough. My friend thought the same about her soup noodles

Amazing ramen, especially if you enjoy spicy foods like I do. Service and food was great. I'll definitely be coming back for more.

The experience from arrival, ordering, eating and paying for our meal was all in excellence. We were greeted warmly at the door and introduced to their large menu of various soups. From the moment we ordered, our order was out within 5 minutes, and as soon as my spoon took a sip of the broth I knew this place was legit. It was so rich in flavor and delicious! The texture of the mushroom was cooked just right and I kept sipping the broth while slurping on the noodles. It's definitely more on the lighter side of the menu. They have chili oil on the side should you want to add some spice to your soup/ meal. I Will definitely be coming back to try more and the cucumber salad which has rave reviews.

Came here for lunch, it was an excellent choice. The place was empty but the service, the food the restaurant itself was great. The 2 gentlemen working there were very friendly and welcoming. We were seated and they gave us time to look over the menu. They have a good selection on the menu. I went with the spicy beef noodle soup. The broth was delicious, flavorful and not too overwhelming. The beef was a little tough as it should have been more tender. Noodles were great, I didn't need to add anything else to my soup. Huge parking lot and restaurant is clean with plenty of tables. I will be back, service was top notch.

Amazing noodles!!!! Honestly it's one of those places where you are left speechless after the first bite! We found this place on TikTok and decided to stop by and give it a try. My boyfriend and I both had the Yibin Burning Noodles and level mild. And we also had the potstickers in the chili sauce. Their chili oil is what is in the majority of the dishes. It does have that numbing sensation but so good if you are into spice. Shoutout to our server who came by our table and made sure our noodles were really mixed in with the oil underneath. Make sure you mix those noodles good haha.

Came as a party of two on a Saturday evening, pretty close to closing time. Ambiance It's a small shop with a lot of wood details, which I enjoyed. Also, the cups the food comes in are adorable! Food Chili Oil Chicken - A bit sweeter than expected but still delicious! The chicken was tender and juicy. Since it's a cold dish, it provided a nice balance to our hot entrées. Spicy Beef Noodle Soup - Pretty good! The beef pieces were on the chewier side, and the noodles were a little above average. Not sure if it was the cup, but the soup stayed hot for a very long time. Minced Pork Noodles (I think?) - I enjoyed this dish more than the beef noodles. It was a little salty, but the noodles had a nicer chew and texture. Definitely a carb-heavy dish. Service It was standard, nothing much to say. Overall I don't think it lived up to the hype, and the carb-to-meat ratio felt a bit off. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but I still enjoyed my meal. Also, I reused the chili oil from my chicken dish in other meals, and I really enjoyed that!

Flavor Flavor Flavor! The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup Was Very Good! My Server Rain was very attentive and friendly! He explained everything well. The restaurant was very welcoming with seating inside. The Menu shows pictures of the dishes for a good visual example. Hopefully they will get beer and wine soon I can't wait to go back!

The soup was flavorful, the noodles were cooked perfectly but the beef portions were not a lot as well as the bokchoy. The meat was not so tender either. The cucumber salad was delish! The service was good. The ambiance was clean but a bit tight as the tables were too close to each other. I had to squeeze my way out and I'm a petite person. It's worth giving them another try.

It's a small restaurant tucked inside the 99 ranch grocery store. We were seated right away for Saturday lunch and ordered the classic beef noodle soup and jajangmian. Word of advice is that don't mess with their spice levels! The "medium" was already way spicier than I expected and my husband's "spicy" was deadly lol. That said, the flavors were amazing! The broth and sauce had real depth and everything tasted authentic which was exactly what we were hoping for. We'll definitely be back the next time the craving hits!

Probably one of the better places I've been to that serves authentic Chinese food. You can either order with the workers or they also have a QR code to scan and order online. It's really nifty because you're able to continue adding more dishes or drinks to your cart if you're still not satisfied with your initial order. Love love love their cold noodle dish. They have the flavor down 100%. Could not stop eating it except when I had to share with my boyfriend. The beef noodle soup was also extremely flavorful. It was a bit spicy for my palate which was strange because I love spicy. I'll try their normal non spicy one next time. The broth was delicious and the meat very tender as well. The bok choy was slightly overcooked but that's okay. It also came with fried egg which was a nice touch of added protein. The bowls that the noodle dishes came in are like huge bowl mugs. Definitely interesting. I think you're able to ask if you can purchase them? The people sitting behind us were able to but I believe you'll have to ask since I didn't see it anywhere on the menu to purchase the bowls.

Cup Noodles Shop is definitely a great spot if you like noodles. They offer a small array of options but the quality and taste of the ones we ordered were great. The restaurant is the same strip mall as the 99 Ranch and a personal favorite of mine, Red Chili House. Cup Noodles Shop offers a straightforward menu with some delicious sides. We ordered the Chili Wontons and Cucumbers. The chili wontons were delicious but the cucumbers were a favorite since it refreshingly balanced the heat from the noodles. Both noodles were great but for the Chengdu noodles I'd prefer the eggs not be well done. I wanted the yoke to be still runny so when you mixed it all together it would created a flavor explosion! Overall, I really enjoyed our first visit and will definitely come back.

Delicious food! Very spicy though so I opted for mild spicy. The service was quick and friendly. Food was out in 20 minutes. There is a lot of construction in the area but overall the ambiance was very cute and clean.

We've been back since and much has improved. We are regulars now. Combined with great service, they also expanded the menu. Love their beef noodle soup with mild spicy and mild numbness.

This was hyped since I moved to Rancho Cucamonga but I gotta say it's not really my type of noodle soup. It's too spicy to the point where I had to bring home to water down. The spicy wontons were decent but a little too thick for me. It's also not the type of spicy oil I enjoy. If you like really spicy then maybe this is for you.

Came all the way to Rancho Cucamonga just to try this place. The spicy beef noodle is very good, the beef is tender and I love the mild level spiciness that they recommended. The mild level is already quite spicy for me, so when you're not sure of what you can handle always go with mild. Spicy wonton is a bit too salty and very spicy but the wontons are actually good stuff. Service is excellent. Ambiance is cool, not noisy even though all tables are occupied.

Hubby and I love this place! It's one of our go to spots when we don't feel like cooking or just can't decide what to eat. He's love their spicy beef noodle soup (medium spicy) and I always get the Chengdu Zajiang Noodles, mild or medium spicy, depending on my mood . We also share an order of the spicy wontons, so good! The food does lean a bit on the saltier side, but honestly, that doesn't stop us from coming back. The service is fast, efficient, and super friendly, which makes the experience even better. Such a great hole in the wall spot! So glad I came across it on IG and decided to give it a try!

It's a bit pricy at an average of $15 per bowl. It was good but not worth the price. I ordered the dry bowl with pork. It contained egg, two pieces of bok choy and green onions. The noodles were good. It's on the chewy side so take a note of that. It is also came in very long pieces. The ground pork was a bit over seasoned and too salty for my liking. However, when mixed with noodles it got neutral out a bit and tasted yummy. -1 star for price and the seasoning of pork Otherwise it's a cute small establishment that makes good bowls. Parking is available however will compete for its in a plaza with other restaurants and a grocery store.

The Dan Dan noodles or the dry noodles were probably my favorite... it was so freaking good I forgot to take a picture of the food!!! The braised beef noodle soup is really good, but I think the dry one was my ultimate favorite . Sechuan numbing part was also really nice, not overbearing. The server recommended another item and she said to get it the next time, but I forgot what it was. I just know it was called burning noodle or something a dry one!! I definitely want to try that. The staff is really sweet. The restaurant is small and the noodles are really good. Would definitely come back.

First time and not the last time! This little quaint noodle shop in the Ranch 99 plaza is a great find! Rain was an exceptional server and gave us the run down of the menu. We ordered Chicken noodle soup and the Veggie Soup, they ask how spicy you want it and it served quickly in these cute bowls. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noddles were soft and the vegetables were amazing and crispy. A must try

This Chinese restaurant may be small, but it has big flavors! The numbing spice Sichuan kind! In Chinese it is called málà / 麻辣. Direct English translation is numbing spicy. Let's just say near the end of my meal -- I could not feel my tongue and felt sorry for my poor taste buds. The funny part is I ordered mild! You can always add more hot sauce to it or if you are like me... you are pathetic towards spice lol! Side note... I didn't try their hot sauce, but it is made in-house. My boyfriend tried it. He said it was good. I'll take his word for it! Before even arriving there -- I already knew what I was going to get! Their wontons, potstickere, and the dried noodle. What I didn't think about getting and ordered on the spot (btw I was starving...) were the cold plate appetizers. That part completely took me back down memory lane of when I was in China! I remember at every restaurant I went to one year in multiple Chinese provinces was having the opening course be -- the cold cucumber salad and woodear mushroom salad. These two dishes were made exactly how I remember it being made and tasted in Mainland China! It... was... so... good!! Hen hoo chi! 很好吃! Speaking of Mainland China... the dishware... the Spicy Wonton and Chengdu Zajiang Noodle bowls looks straight from pre-1998 China. Uh, as in major Communist ruling and when China only had KFC and Pepsi... before modern capitalism. Did you know before 1997 KFC was owned by Pepsi?! I feel like China started to modern up when they got their first Starbucks in 1999. Phew... history facts right there! Now back to the food -- I will totally come back! I loved the noodles and the potstickers. The Chengdu Zajiang Noodles were cooked perfectly; the pork meat sauce with it was a bit on the salty side, but delicious as a mild level for hotness. The Potstickers were perfectly as is. You don't even need any sauce to make it good. The Cold Cucumber was a perfect touch for me because that and my glass of ice water was what kept my mouth from dying! So numb spicy, but oh so good. Flavorful spice is always the best! Location wise -- in Rancho Cucamonga? Who knew there was a growing Chinese population. My boyfriend calls this city the new Irvine. And it sure looks like it. Cup Noodles Shop is nestled in a 99 Ranch supermarket plaza, which is a great spot to go after eating some numbing spicy food. There are plenty more Chinese restaurants in this shopping complex and every one looks legitimate! I'm seriously getting impressed with how real the Chinese food is out in the Inland Empire is now.

10/10-I dropped in for my birthday dinner. We ordered a chicken noodle, the beef intestines noodles, and chicken fried rice. Excellent service provided by Rain. Very cute Chinese noodle house, very clean, our order was ready not too long after placing our dine-in order. We will return soon.

It was a rainy day and my poor tummy wanting something hot and comforting. We were in Ontario area and searched a nearby spot that we've never been. We came across this little spot which is located in the same complex as the 99Ranch Market and the Miniso. Parking was a little hectic, maybe due to the rain. We came around 12.30pm on a Thursday afternoon and the place was packed. Waited for about 10 min for a table. The place is small and giving you the hustling bustling night market vibes, packed and crowded. It's a mom and pop place, patience is needed. Food came out fast from that little kitchen that they have. Service is fast, efficient and on pointe. I ordered the Zajiang Mien and my husband ordered the spicy beef noodle soup. Both came tumbling down our tummies in ease. Very delicious indeed. The serving bowls that they used is very interesting and cute. It reminded me of my younger self getting the catered lunch container from an old lady back home. Will definitely be back when we are in the area again next time and feeling like the tummies needed comfort.

I legit haven't had better Chengdu noodles or Tofu Mapo. I love this place so much I crave it often.

So lately my boyfriend and I have been trying new places and this spot happened to be one of them! I am so glad we stopped by even tho the drive was over an hour, well worth it and the wait was about 15 min. We got seated, we ordered, and our food came out right away. The service was great, restaurant was nice and clean. I went to the restroom and it smelled amazing. We will be coming back! We were excited about purchasing the bowls, but the bowl happened to cost $25 and we said nvm. We were looking forward to getting 2 of them. We will see you guys soon! Food was bomb.com

Since we are near Rancho Cugamonga area, thought we stop I. And try this place. Very cute little place and very convenient location. 99 Rach Market is in the same shopping plaza, so one stop shop. They offer variety of noodles style. We ordered the Chendu Zajaing noodles and chicken in chili sauce(cold dish) both with medium spicy. Both dishes were soooooo goood! The nutty flavor of the sauce in the Chendu Zajaing noodles, the fried chili scent oil I the chciken dish were tasty. Service and the ambiance were good. This is a good find for the IE area.

This would be my first time trying this place as my friend wanted to try it. He said usually there is a long wait. Luckily when I got there, there weren't a lot of people. But a big group came as I was waiting, so I decided to get a table. It's a small restaurant, so if they are busy, expect to wait to be seated. Their menu has a variety of items to choose from, whether you want appetizers, soup or no soup and just noodles and even rice dishes. My friend ordered the spicy noodles soup and I got the chengdu zaijiang noodles (dry/no soup). And to share we got the wontons in chili sauce and potstickers. And I got a brown sugar milk tea. I like how you can choose the level of spice you want for your noodles, as well as for the wontons. They have quick service. The food came out right away, however the potstickers took a while to come out. And by the time it came out we were almost done eating. I do wish they gave a dipping sauce. I would definitely recommend if you love noodles. And I would come back to try their other items.

My go to spot for noodles in the IE, I'm glad they're getting the recognition they deserve due to the internet, but I also just want to eat my noodles without a wait! They're a mom n pop restaurant who recently got an influx of customers due to a food-influencer. Finally got to eat it again today before the dinner rush, and everything is as tasty as before even if the small restaurant was packed. The servers are very apologetic about the speed and crowd but still friendly service and delicious noodles. My favorites are the Chongqing noodles, spicy potatoes, and pickled mustard green pork noodles. They also let you pick rice noodles. Always hits the spot, but these days the wait during peak hours are around 30-60minutes. If you really want to try it, just go away from peak hours or wait a few weeks for the hype to calm down. If you already made the drive out and don't want to wait or leave empty handed, they sell giant tubs of homemade chili oil for around 10 bucks!

Ordered the beef noodle soup and it was probably the best I've ever had! The lady at the cashier was super nice and welcoming. Inside decorations were pretty nice! Felt like you stepped into a different dimension.

Do you love noodles? Do you like flavor? Then this is the place to be! My husband and I dropped in for his birthday and we were impressed.We came in around noon on a Sunday and were seated promptly. The restaurant is very small and tables are close together, but you can tell the servers are very efficient. We ordered the beef noodle soup and wontons, receiving all of our food within 10 minutes. The beef noodle soup is literally comfort in a bowl (or should I say cup). The beef falls apart in your mouth and the soup has a log of flavor! It's also spicy, which we loved. The wontons were also delicious, we loved the chili oil they drenched covered in. You can tell they make everything fresh. Before we finished eating, they brought the check and we were able to pay right away. By the time we left, there was a line going out the door! And honestly, it's not surprising. All I can say is get there before the crowds and enjoy! We can't wait to come back for more beef nooodle soup.
