This place has just opened downtown during the coronavirus closures, so for now they are just doing takeout, but they seem to have a decent sized area for seating once they are able to fully open. For now they have the seating area blocked off, staff in face masks, and a big sanitizer pump on the front counter.
I tried their bibimbap today and it was delicious. You get a choice of glass noodles or rice as the base, a choice of meat (I had bulgogi beef, I think the other option was korean chicken), and a selection of various vegetable toppings. Their cup bap bowl is slightly smaller and has less vegetables but comes with corn mayo - I'm not a fan of that, but if you are, then those bowls will be worth a try too! They said the spicy korean pork is currently their most popular.
Only 4/5 stars because I placed my order and stepped outside, when I came back to pick it up the guy who took the order had apparently completely forgotten what I wanted and had to ask me again whether I wanted rice or noodles, beef or chicken, and what toppings. I'm sure they'll get the hang of it soon though! And it was one of the better bibimbaps I've had in Edmonton so far.
