Such a good time meeting all the pugs. They all have their own character with Gizmo definitely acting as top dog! You get an hour slot where you can sit down and let the pugs come over for cuddles and play. The staff do bring some over for you to hold and play if all the pugs are around one area so you don't get left out which was really nice. Plenty of time for photos and to buy treats for the pugs. (Would be nice if they got a bigger premises to have a bigger wait area to sit down and have drinks or even food before or after but that can't be helped in the current place and doesnt impact the experience itself).

Had the best day ever today!! Left feeling so happy and on a huge high. The dogs are super cute and really interact with you. If the staff notice they are all on one side they will bring a dog over and ask if you would like to hold them. They are particularly attentive with the children ensuring they get to experience the dogs which i found really nice. If you want lots of attention i suggest purchasing some treats as they seem to LOVE them. Very reasonably priced entry and also prices reasonable when inside. The staff were so so lovely here too. 100% recommend a visit i will be back very soon without a doubt. Well done the new place looks amazing too!

So fun!! The pugs are very friendly and each one has its own personality. The employees will be sure to plop a pug on your lap if you can't grab their attention, which was nice. Definetly worth a visit if you love dogs or miss your dogs!!

We had the BEST morning ever at Cuppa Pug!! All the pugs were so cute and friendly and the staff were so lovely too. The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming. We loved the coffees and pug merch too! I have absolutely fallen in love with Gus🥹🩷 haven’t stopped thinking about him since we left. Thank you for the best day, we will definitely be back soon!! We did the puppies they were absolutely wonderful. They were adorable the way they cuddled up to you and chewed your hair. The team that run Cuppa Pug are very kind and very nice. My seven-year-old daughter had a wonderful time.

Me and my son came here today because he’s obsessed with pugs! It did not disappoint- the dogs are well cared for , the owner is lovely. Reasonable priced food and drinks. The dogs loved cuddles, treats and being pick up! We loved it. Thank you

This was my second visit and did not disappoint. The pugs are amazing, especially when they get treats. All well behaved and love cuddles. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back!!

I took my boyfriend as an early birthday present and we both had an absolute amazing time. Staff are lovely and Pugs are very friendly. I cuddled and picked up many of them. Definitely recommend.
