Such a good time meeting all the pugs. They all have their own character with Gizmo definitely acting as top dog! You get an hour slot where you can sit down and let the pugs come over for cuddles and play. The staff do bring some over for you to hold and play if all the pugs are around one area so you don't get left out which was really nice. Plenty of time for photos and to buy treats for the pugs. (Would be nice if they got a bigger premises to have a bigger wait area to sit down and have drinks or even food before or after but that can't be helped in the current place and doesnt impact the experience itself).

We absolutely love coming to Cuppapug and have been customers since 2022 when they used to be in Haggerston. The new venue is amazing - much more space and many more pugs! The staff are amazing - the owners have the biggest hearts of anyone as they do so much to rescue and rehabilitate these adorable dogs. Highly recommend - they're also incredibly good with neurodiversity - both my sons are on the spectrum with adhd but are treated with respect and understanding. Get a sausage bowl for the dogs - you won't regret it. Thanks as always for an amazing Easter treat for my sons.

Second visit here and would thoroughly recommend it. The helpers are really lovely and make sure that the cuddles are evenly distributed! Well priced food that’s not a rip off ( great cheese toastie) I will be coming back Would have given five stars but the loo needs a bit of a tweak.

We attended today and had the most wonderful time. The staff were incredible, the pugs were adorable and we loved visiting. We will definitely be back for sure. Such a beautiful idea. My son & daughter both loved everything about this place.

What a lively place! Can’t wait to bring my daughter here. The pugs are amazing and so playful! The staff were spectacular so kind and friendly and you can see the bond they have with the dogs!! Be warned you will have to stop yourself trying to adopt or walk out with as many dogs as you can carry!!

Absolutely fantastic experience at CuppaPug in London! The atmosphere is super cozy, and the staff are so friendly! A highlight was feeding the dogs strawberries. The moment you bring them out, you’ll be gently swarmed in the cutest way imaginable. Highly recommend it 🩷

Wow! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we felt so welcomed. The facility was clean and well looked after. The help were so lovely. And the pugs were so friendly! We were in London for a short trip and wished we would have stayed longer so we could visit these adorable pugs again.

Visited Cuppapug today for a family day outing. Was a really nice experience, everybody enjoyed the company of the pugs and hosts were really good at advising how to interact with the pugs as they do overwhelm you if you have some treats in your hand. Kids age 7 and 14 both enjoyed. Groups of 20 at a time for 1 hour slot. Drinks and dog snacks reasonably priced. Would have been better if there is family price discounts Make sure you put the postcode from Google as the confirmation address doesn't have postcode and maps took us across the road to another location. So we were slightly late and missed the intro. Would have been good with more window ventilation as its quite stuffy in there Staff are really nice, they stay around us as we were not confident with animals and we felt comfortable and looked after.
