Absolutely amazing place filled with cute pugs ! The whole experience was fantastic, we had a morning session so they ran out fresh full of energy. You can tempt them with carrots, or buy them a puppicino or sausages. They will love you for it. I chose a photo opp too and was really worth it. Great value for money, great experience, definitely going back! The staff are lovely, the place is beautiful and merch gorgeous

One of my favorite parts of my trip to London was visiting CuppaPug. I have my own pug back home in NY and visiting this cafe had been a dream of mine since I first found it on instagram and I was not disappointed. The pugs are so cute and I love that the cafe helps rescue and get pugs adopted. You can tell the staff really cares about the pugs and wants them to find good homes. I bought the sausage bowls to feed them, 10/10 recommend as I felt like a celebrity feeding the precious pug babies. There’s food and coffee for visitors also and it’s really nice you can bring your own pug too! Definitely will return and hope to visit other locations ♥️

We had the best time. Really good value for money, and great for everyone, not just pug lovers. A really good way to meet pugs that need forever homes. We really wish we could help by adopting, but our own pug Dave isnt a pug lover and doesnt like to share his mumma. We really did have a great day xx̌

This activity was so much fun. The pugs are so adorable and have so much energy. Getting sausage treats was awesome! Some pugs smelt and licked my hand because I held the sausages. You won't be disappointed. I can guarantee you'll come back for more! Staff was so friendly! Overall, the best activity!

The service and atmosphere was amazing the workers were so kind, caring and interactive. The staff clearly knew the individual dog personalities and were attentive to their needs, informing us which were happy to sit and cuddle and which loved to play with their toys. The dogs seemed well trained and so cuddly. I loved how we were given a treat for the dogs and had an option to give additional treats and adopt them. My daughter said this was one of the best days of her life and loved being called the pug queen :).

I've been following the Cuppapug movement on IG for some time and was excited to have the chance to visit when in London this summer. What they do for breed awareness, rescue and rehoming, and owner responsibility training is truly remarkable. I'm happy to see the endeavor has expanded to other cities as well. The merch is adorable and I got a great bright pink sweater with the pug crew on it. Had a smoothie and latte which were very tasty, cuddles with these sweet fur babies, and some nice healthy treats to feed them. As a former pug owner and advocate for rescues and animal welfare I simply do not have enough words of praise for these special folks. Great for all ages, dog experiences, working through fears, getting informed, or just some stress relief and snuggles. I will be returning soon on another London visit and can't wait.

I visited cuppapug with my daughter yesterday. What can I say? It was amazing!! We travelled down from Coventry to London and so glad we made time to pop by. Cuppapug was my daughters highlight of the London trip, which is good considering we went winter wonderland and a circus show the day before. Also a quick seperate thank you to one of the ladies, Nuria who spotted my daughter was a bit shy and nervous and wouldn't get up to approach the pugs as they passed so bought several pugs over to her.. and introducing her to Brian who was her ideal dog, just lay enjoying the fuss haha. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Keep up the good work guys!!

Took my wife as a surprise birthday present and she absolutely loved it. Staff were super friendly and attentive, pugs all over the shop and you feel like you get plenty of time with the dogs. Loved it and will definitely visit again!
