The petite blonde bartender was really sweet and attentive. The drink she poured was perfect and not on the menu but she still accommodated it. She was slammed and still managed to be nice and friendly even to the people who were not. The seating is really crowded when full and prices (see menu pics) were a high but that's to be expected at an airport bar. I didn't get food but the woman next to me ordered the chicken wings. She was absolutely raving about them and they looked great!

Grabbing a cocktail with my wife before we head home to Portland. Was the only bar close that wasn't too busy to get a seat. Sever couldn't make the drink we wanted. ( Alabama Slama ) Told her I would just have a Bulliet bourbon and coke. But she tried to pour us elishia Craig. Drinks were kinda spendy at 15 each before tip. Think it will be one and done here.

Sure, the ambience is simple (it's in the middle of an airport), but the service is fan👏🏻tas👏🏻tic👏🏻 Patricia deserves a raise or something because that angel was on top of her game despite it being completely packed and being the only server. The wait time was minimal because she was on 🔥

Patricia was the worst! She was rude, told us we couldn’t sit unless we purchased alcohol and charged us $20 each for a tequila sunrise. She stood in the corner and was rude to other customers as well.I would never have her dealing with customers. Very unprofessional with lots of attitude. My money spends. Her attitude is horrible. Fire her or continue to get bad reviews.

Not sure who all reads reviews of airport bars, but if you have a don't go here. The staff was slow, rude, and ultimately we left.

1st Old fashioned cost $25, 2nd from different bartender cost $19.??. Asked why the $25 bartender said because there are 2 different ways to ring it up and that was the end of our conversation.

Sandi (per the receipt) the server/bartender was amazing. She was attentive, professional, hard-working, and always smiling. We ordered the fries and they were crispy and very fresh. Wine was great and a special cocktail we tried was a nice surprise. Nice way to end the trip to NOLA.

Two weeks in a row they were closed early without explanation. I sat at the bar tonight at 5:45 and was told they were closed even though there were people seated at the bar with drinks. Employe was incredibly rude when I asked if they normally closed at this time.

This restaurant is in the United Airlines wing at MSY Louis Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans, Kenner, Louisiana. The food was very decent, especially at the airport. They made decent drinks. The food was pretty good, and as far as I'm concerned, as a bar/restaurant inside an airport, it's just a win-win. Have a drink. Have a snack while you wait for your flight. The service was friendly. The ambiance was clean and Modern. And when I'm in the area again, I will come here for another drink and snack before my flight. Service was slow. I never received my food order or an update. Drinks were basic and came in little plastic cups. Only plus was there were plenty of outlets at the bar.

Let me shout out Shauna one time. She was a breath of fresh air at this airport. After a not so pleasant experience with other vendors here, Shauna was extremely kind and attentive. Thank you!

Strong drinks. Slow service. Make sure you don't have a tight connection if you decide to have a drink here. Very pricey cocktails, but to be fair, the strength of the drink is equivalent to at least two drinks.

Turning customers with money away at 6:15pm on a Friday evening. Bartender is jammin' music but doesn't put up a sign to show as closed. Instead they asked me to inform any additional walk-up customers to go fly a kite. The seating area and floors are dirty with debris, food and empty drinks from previous customers. You wouldn't see that other airports like HOU or DAL. Only in NOLA! I won't be back for over priced drinks.

Bartender charged me 20$ for a class of Pinot Grigio, when on the menu it says 12-14$. I'm not sure if it's automatic gratuity or what, but I feel scammed.

With all the great bars in NOLA, I should not be surprised to find one in the airport! Patricia was an awesome bartender, and made me a great Mezcal Old Fashioned! Flight may be delayed...& that is A-OK!!

The bartender here told me she couldn't serve me despite the fact that I had had quite literally 2 drinks. I followed up and she caved immediately and said she could get my drink. Bizarre. There's many better bars at the airport

Service was amazing. Mydee was very attentive, masked the WHOLE time, and nicely enforced masking of patrons. The tables were socially distanced and you were only allowed to order at the bar but Mydee brought the drink to your table so there wasn't crowding at the bar. I know it's an airport bar but the pricing of wines was a little excessive for New Orleans and more than I ever paid at the previous MSY airport. They were all the same price, which is easy to explain in a pandemic where you don't want menus, but the prices per bottle varied widely. I'd still definitely come back especially when/if they are serving in actual wine glasses instead of plastic.

Took forever to get served. Bar tender disinterested and hides in the back most of the time. Beer glass smells like dirty dish rags.
