Google
We were searching for.a good Indian place for dinner along i-70 on our way to Denver from Aspen. We were a bit apprehensive at first as we were the only ones at that time..around 8 pm. But we were very happy that we find this place. The fire was pretty good..especially samosas and veg viriyani and the rest were decent. Quantities were large..we probably ordered a lot. Ambience was perfect and the service was great. Getting a sumptuous dinner at that time felt real good.

My family has traveled all around the USA and NOTHING comes close to this place. It is so incredible. The service was so amazing. We had the kindest server. The food was fresh and didn’t leave us feeling bad. We felt refreshed and full! If I could give this place 50 stars I would. We will be coming back whenever we visit Colorado!

Google
Great neighborhood spot!!! The food is delicious and the servers are really sweet. The non-vegetarian dinner for 2 is an unbeatable deal for $55. It comes with so much food—we were STUFFED afterwards. They even included a small cup of kheer, which was so delicious—sweet, creamy, and the perfect way to cool down our tongues after all the spice. The only downside was hearing that they no longer offer the lunch buffet. I was pretty bummed to find that out.

Ditto to all the other five star reviews. excellent goat curry and garlic naan. Shout out to my server Minesh . He was all alone on a Friday night and did a great job.

Google
Excellent Indian food! Fast service, clean restaurant, and calm atmosphere! Great place to eat if you love Indian food which you should if you don't already!

Google
Ordered moong dal Halwa and Gajar halwa. Moong dalwa was so watery it almost looked like a lentil soup, but sweet. Couldn’t even eat one spoonful. Gajar halwa was the same, it had some consistency due to carrot, but carrots were raw and milk was just there and wasn’t friendly with carrots. I travel extensively, but I haven’t had such experience in any Indian restaurant in the USA.

Google
Excellent meal with quick service. I really like my curry and it had a lot of shrimp 😊

Google
I just visited Curry Kingdom and was truly impressed! The restaurant offers an upscale and welcoming atmosphere, with top-notch service that made the whole experience feel special. The food was absolutely delicious rich in flavor, authentic, and beautifully presented. I also loved their selection of Indian beer and whiskey great choices that perfectly complemented the meal. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a quality Indian dining experience!

Yelp
Wow! The food was very authentic and very well made. The food served is well prepared with care and spice that was very authentic. One of the best dal soups I've had. Service is excellent very friendly! The dining room has great art and the staff are friendly!

Yelp
The best Indian food in the area! Everything I've tried so far has been delish. We tried the new bar special today: butter chicken, garlic naan, and beer for only $15! Such a good deal. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The $3 beer was great I also liked the saag paneer. The medium spice level was on the milder side. Nice service and ambiance with colorful decorations.

Yelp
I couldn't even get an order from this place. Their yelp website is glitched. I tried for twenty minutes, then called the restaurant. On the website, it shows two different lamb meals, forty five and fifty. The man lied and said the two meals were the same. Can I really trust my food with someone? They can't tell the truth. I would have gladly paid the fifty bucks and picked it up.

Yelp
Curry Kingdom an Indian Eatery is an Indian restaurant in Wheat Ridge. It's located off of 44th and Wadsworth near Walgreens. I'm slowly knocking off all my new neighborhood restaurants. I love me some Indian food and the craving kicked in over the weekend. I ordered through DoorDash and the food was ready for pickup in no time. The employee (maybe owner) was very polite. For a Friday night, the restaurant was completely empty. Maybe they hone in on the takeout side of the business? It's a fairly large space, so I felt bad seeing it empty. Luckily I live close by. The intoxicating smells of the food were tortuous after a long day without eating. I wanted the classics: curry, rice and naan. No more, no less. Chicken Makhani (Butter Chicken) // flakes of tandoor meat cooked with creamy butter sauce. When you order butter chicken, always get it with a little kick. A medium spice had a decent bite, but I wish I ordered hot. However, the curry was extremely flavorful. The chicken was fairly tender. The curry had big aromas of garlic and ginger and other spices. With garlic naan and basmati rice in tow, it made for a wonderful meal. I already know I'll be back to Curry Kingdom to work my way through the menu! Rumor has it they have a lunch buffet and who doesn't love an Indian buffet? First impressions are strong, even though this might be more of a takeout option than a dine in experience. Support our local restaurant scene!

Yelp
Yeah, I'll pass. Arrived at noon on a Tuesday. Contrary to my expectations based on Yelp reviews and Yelp stickers on the door, parking lot was inauspiciously empty...temporary sign was still up. The faint odor of sewage greeted me in the darkness. Happily there was No buffet for lunch, and I retreated with a lame excuse to the little fellow that emerged from the gloom to greet me. Disappointments on Yelp happen. Typically the gulf between reality and reviews is not as extraordinary wide as that at Curry Kingdom, but my faith has been tested! Yuck!

Yelp
Welp, I think I've found my new go-to Indian spot! First time here and got takeout. The food was fantastic! The wings were amazing with the perfect char, just the way I like them. I also tried the Chicken Karahi, and the medium spice level was spot on--not too mild, not too overwhelming. The menu has a huge variety of options, so there's plenty more I'm looking forward to trying. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves flavorful, well-prepared food. They also have a nice sized bar inside.

Yelp
As always this amazing restaurant delivers in flavor, presentation and service. We eat here often for the reason of perfection with a dining g experience!!!

Yelp
Always love trying new Indian spots around town. Though we have a tried and true spot closer to us than Curry Kingdom, I'd definitely put them up there with some of our other fav spots. We ordered chicken tikka masala, paneer saag, and naan to go. Like most places naan doesn't travel the best but it was still solid. We ordered spicy saag and medium tikka masala but I feel like they were opposite and my husband agreed that the chicken was much spicier. So that was a bit of a bummer since I was planning to share my chicken with our 1 year old who happens to enjoy spice but not to the level my order was. Also, they only gave us one container of rice when I'm guessing we should have had 2.

Yelp
I popped in here on a whim while getting a tire fixed at Discount Tire. I had been here several times before when it was still Lakeview Lounge. I had the best tandori wings!! They don't seem so spicy at first but after a few they catch up to you. I also had some cheese naan to cut the heat and a Flying Horse Beer of course. Such a fave of mine. They were friendly and welcoming and didn't mind that I sat there for the better part of the afternoon waiting for my car. I'll be back to try more food and I have to bring my son. He loves a place that isn't afraid to skimp on the heat factor!

Yelp
I think this is a new place as they are still doing some reno and the store sign is a simple paper on top of the original sign. So don't get afraid or shy away from it; you will regret it. We ordered 4 things for take out here: - Lamb Madras - Saag Paneer - Dal Makhani - Aloo Chaat (sorry, I don't see this on the menu right now) The Aloo chaat was the least favorite. For my taste buds, it was way way too tangy. If you like really tangy things though, you will like this. Additionally, I wish the pieces of the potatoes were cut much much smaller. Something close to the Bengali aloo chat. The Lamb Madras was interesting. I requested it to be 'extra spicy' and it was 'extra spicy' and I LOVED the heat. Never tried this dish before so didn't know what to expect. For my taste buds, it was a little more tangy than I like (not as tangy at the aloo chaat but still tangy enough) The saag paneer was fantastic. I am SO HAPPY that they have done away with the usual saag paneer where places completely disintegrate the spinach into a smooth gravy. In my opinion, a good saag paneer should have some texture. Some volume. This fit the bill. It reminded me of the saag paneer I've made years ago (or at least that's what my wife said). The star of this order though was the dal makhani. I think it has got to be one of the top 10 dal makhanis I have had on the planet. While rich, it was DELICIOUS. I notice they serve a lunch buffet only on Fridays and Saturdays. I am hoping to try their buffet out this Friday. Can't wait. Yes, I did not try my beloved samosas here. Not that I'm cheap but I am from the Indian origin so I just can't justify paying $7 for 2 samosas (at least that's what the picture shows). I think I will have to help myself on this one and just do it next time.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing! First time customer & I will definitely be coming back for more food. The service there is awesome, I've had Indian food before. But Curry Kingdom is now my favorite Indian restaurants to go to. Their food is real Indian food! Very cool place to go & sit down & eat, the staff is great & very friendly, knowledgeable about their menu & will help you order exactly what you are looking for to eat. I highly recommend Curry Kingdom!

Marc R.

Yelp
Food was phenomenal, service was great, and cannot wait to go back for more. Great little gem in wheat ridge!

Kelli S.

Yelp
service and food was amazing!! I loved how friendly the staff was. I had a great lunch and wonderful experience

Yelp
This is our go to spot for Indian in Denver. Staff is friendly and the food is always fresh

Yelp
We used Curry Kingdom as our caterer for a 2 day wedding at the Cliff House Lodge in Morrison, CO in September. The wedding was in a unique space as the building was quite small and old, having been built in the 1800s. We did a buffet style event both days. They catered the food for our Mehndi luncheon the first day and for cocktail hour and the reception/dinner the second day. I've heard from multiple guests this was the best wedding food they've ever had! We had an American/Indian fusion wedding and there were many guests there that had not had Indian food before. Bibek and his staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I don't have the best photos otherwise I'd share. They helped us build the perfect menu with the perfect mix of veggie, Vegan, gluten free and meat options. The price was great for 2 days worth of meals for 125 guests. It was great being able to keep the leftovers as well!

Justin T.

Yelp
The buffet is really good, there's not as many options as some of the other Indian buffets that I've tried but most of what I tried was much tastier than other buffets. The food basically tasted homemade, I honestly was really impressed with the quality & tastiness. It is a little pricey, a little over $20 per person for lunch but it was worth it! My wife loves Indian buffets and we try many of them- for taste alone this one is at the top of the list. The first time 20% off Yelp coupon only applies to non buffet orders so keep that in mind. The ambiance is maybe average but there's plenty of seating. Our server checked on us a couple times and it didn't take too long for them to bring our Naan bread. Ultimately, I would definitely return I really liked the place from a foodie perspective. Check them out. Happy eating!

Ken S.

Yelp
Bought a gift card at Costco and this was one of the listed restaurants. Tried to use it but they said that it could not be used for the buffet. Shady business practice!
google avatar

Nancy C.

Yelp
Both the food and service were amazing at this place. We happened to stumble upon it unexpectedly and we are so glad we have it a try. The food was so flavorful and the spice level was just right. The portions were great and they have a big Indian alcohol selection. We will definitely be back soon.
google avatar

Nate K.

Yelp
This place was a great find, I ordered from the menu vs the buffet. The salmon Tikka masala was delicious, I asked for 6/6 spice level and it delivered the flavor! It was pricy at $21 but I'm not complaining because I got 3.5 meals out of it. Very big portions to make up for the high price. This would have been a 5 star review but they were deceptive with their online ad of "get 15% off dine in" was a scam/deceptive.

Srini S.

Yelp
We were deceived by the online reviews. Food was pathetic and spoilt our reunion dinner. please stay away from this place.
google avatar

Yelp
This place hit the spot! I wouldn't say it knocked my knee high socks off but with the winds of Chicago it was pretty pretty close. Naan was warm and fluffy. Some people like flatter a little more stiff naan. Me on the other hand I don't discriminate I will devour them all. Do yourself a favor and grab a quick bite if you're on your way to the Field Museum or the Art Museum. You'll thank me when you should be thanking these folks for making a quite smashing smorgasbord! Peace Peace Chicken Grease Ya'll

Simone T.

Yelp
My husband I order from this place at least twice a month. Love the butter chicken and any of the bryianis. They also offer Deliverzero, which is how I originally found them. It makes me good that my delivery is coming in returnable containers.

Brenda S.

Yelp
The food and the service was phenomenal! We sat outside and the owner was very accommodating to us and our pet. We will definitely be coming back.

Christina M.

Yelp
The food was delicious and the staff are amazingly freindly and welcoming! I would definitely recommend Curry Kingdom!
google avatar

Mindy M.

Yelp
This food is addicting and amazing! They somosas are the best texture, great flavor. They have great serving sizes and prepare it so quickly. Promise, is the gentleman that greets you at the doors. He is always so kind, funny and sweet. Looking forward to my next order... and the next... and the next.
google avatar

Jordan L.

Yelp
Most importantly- best saag my husband & I have ever had. We ordered the non-vegetarian dinner for 2- hot & it was the perfect spice level & what a great spread of food & delicious! To drink, we had an Indian spiced tea & a masala chai, both excellent & flavorful. Our server, Promise, was awesome & gave us some great recommendations on new things to try. We will definitely be back!

Andrew G.

Yelp
Bad services I didn't not like how he was talking to my lady will not be coming back he should learn sum respect
google avatar

Kristin K.

Yelp
May be the best Indian food in the Denver area. Great flavors. Good portion sizes and worth the price. Added bonus of deliver zero packaging option. Will be back to try more dishes. The korma was very good with many vegetarian options.

Belinda A.

Yelp
The best Indian food in Denver - really authentic. Great service. Really good value on lunch buffet too.
google avatar

Faith T.

Yelp
The ambiance was strange, like maybe the city of Denver Colorado is ancient and modern, all in one twist? Not enough is historical about the atmosphere, but it has modern street pictures on the walls, not the most attractive. I was served by someone with brown skin, which sort of was off-putting. I kept thinking my dad was uncomfortable eating when she was serving. The food, it didn't taste like curry much. It was like they took dried spinach in the curry sauce and burnt it to a crisp, not salty in the least. The meat was scary too. I couldn't eat half of this so called 'curry', because there was no flavor and the quality of meat was low. They didn't even have a tofu option! All in all, don't go here for curry.
google avatar

Michael D.

Yelp
Food just wasn't my favorite. I'm not an expert on Indian food but I have eaten it at other resultants. I tried the lunch buffet and charges and pricing is suspect. No prices on menus and when you ask the price your told it will cost a price what your not told is the naan is $5-$7 dollars per order. Was disappointed to see the staff filling people's table orders (none buffet orders) from the buffet as well. Inside with the decor I just couldn't help but to see the old dive bar (even has a breathalyzer still at the door) that was there and the buffet is oddly placed. Server was supper nice and tried to be helpful. Just think I'm going with another option next time I feel like Indian, there's nothing that would bring me back. Food cost as much if not more than other places, food wasn't as tasty as other places I've been, the ambiance isn't bringing me back either. Hopefully this place figure it out and starts winning in one of those three areas. Foods got to be great, or foods got to be super affordable, or you go for the experience and cliff divers and not the food management you got to hit one of those three to stay open. Also be upfront with the pricing and stick some prices on the menus and be upfront about what is and is not included no one feels good leaving feeling like they got tricked into paying more. Good luck
google avatar

Megan C.

Yelp
So good, spicy and a great variety! I love the veggie food and my husband is a carnivore who can hardly pick between the veggie dishes and the meat dishes.
google avatar

Chris H.

Yelp
Well now this is authentic. In a word: fresh! The tandoori chicken bone-in was a meal, two actually. A bountiful plate that was a) hot and b) sumptuous. I crushed what I could, chased with a... Coors Lite. The pepper and onion sauce was so flavorful it stained my fingers! Spice level 5 was at the top for this gringo. I'd put this place up against any I've enjoyed in Kowloon. Sorry. I have not had the pleasure to visit India. Service was delightfully Indian; polite and practical. Blessings be upon the entire staff! People bang on the decor. Isn't it about the food? Not fancy at all, clean with table linen. I'll be back. Will definitely return.
google avatar

Janet B.

Yelp
Yummy lunch buffet. Faves were the chicken tikka masala, Tandoori and biryani rice. Hard to spot this place tucked a block off the main drag, so Yelp brought me here and I will be back!
google avatar

Stephen R.

Yelp
I stopped off for their lunch buffet while I was shopping in the area. The food was great; best Indian buffet I've had in a while. One star off for the aggressively lackluster decor, but ignore that and enjoy the food. The service was friendly and helpful. I recommend Curry Kingdom for a quick, yummy buffet.

Susan R.

Yelp
My husband and I dined here last night and fell in love with this wonderful restaurant! Our first time to Curry Kingdom, what a great find. This food, service and atmosphere were top notch. Our server had thoughtful suggestions for both drinks and dinner. My husband started off with an Indian whiskey followed by a Curry spiced Bloody Mary with dinner. Since I was driving, I had a nice glass of red wine. For food, we started with onion Bhakti pakoras followed by goat curry, spiced 3 out of 4 which was perfect for me. My husband had chicken mushroom tikka masala 2/4 spice which was also amazing! Portions are generous, several boxes to go which we look forward to eating for lunch today. There were candles on the tables and nice music playing. This is a great place to. We will be back!!!

Yelp
If Michelin reviewed a buffet for Indian food this would be it. This NEW place is just phenomenal. This is gourmet Indian food - the Dahl - the naan - the buffet ... all the usual suspects samosas - dips and chutneys to tikka masalas - rices and curries. everything is perfect. Layers of spices and creaminess - and depths of flavor that are off the charts good. There is a passion in this cooking. Grab an IPA from the fully stocked bar and watch the game - plenty of parking- and exceptional friendly staff that pay attention to detail.

Katja M.

Yelp
Amazing amazing food!! Moved from Chicago a couple months ago and looking for our new fave Indian spot. Found it here, will definitely be back!
google avatar

Nil P.

Yelp
The lunch buffet is an amazing way to try a ton of dishes and figure out what you're into. The buffet had about 10 dishes with chicken or lamb and 10 dishes that were vegetarian ! Reminds me of my mom and grandmother's cooking!! We also went once for dinner and the good was excellent! Chili chicken biryani and tandoori chicken are a couple of our favorites!

Rebekkah B.

Yelp
Found this place in a quick search. Called and even though the buffet was almost done for the day the person that answered the phone encouraged us to come. There was a really good assortment of dishes and they helped us get more of a couple of things even though we were the last customers for lunch. The business just opened not too long ago so there is work to be/being done in the dining area but it is very spacious and has good music. Not too loud or quiet. Glad we happened upon it, not disappointed.

Andy H.

Yelp
I would advice anyone to go and make tikka masala, butter chicken etc from scratch!! super cheap, easy to make and a million times better than this place. The ingredients themselves only cost $10-15 and you can make multiple servings. When I went here i felt the food was over priced and just bang average. Also when I ordered a meal that wasn't tasty and I wanted to change it, the manager was extremely rude about it!! And the setting was very bland to finish.

Marta S.

Yelp
Food was great, friendly and fast service. Comfortable atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Deb L.

Yelp
This wonderful eatery is a little hidden, but totally worth it just for the buffet! 10 miles from my house and I will gladly drive back and bring new/more people to try the delicious food!

Roosevelt O.

Yelp
A quiet little restaurant when we got there on a Friday night there was no one else there! Perfect for us because we like quiet! The food melted in your mouth good, we finished our plates! Definitely recommend!

Katie P.

Yelp
I ordered takeout with my boyfriend from here and it let me tell you !!!!! So freaking delicious. We got the butter chicken, vegetable Korma, tandoori wings, and garlic nan. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. I ordered all food mild(I can't do spicy) and it was perfect!!

Cristina I.

Yelp
Walked into an empty restaurant with the family around 7pm on a Sunday. We all immediately noticed how quiet it was and wondered if we should stay. I'm so glad that we did. The hot (spice level) dishes were flavorful and not overly hot. The garlic naan was perfect (Seriously the best naan I've had). My family shared our four entrees and we actually had enough food left to ask for a to go box. That almost never happens. The only thing that could use attention is the service. The man waiting on us was very nice, but usually you expect to get a couple passes checking to see if you need refills or anything. Not a big deal. Still, this place was great and we will definitely be back.
google avatar

Justin L.

Yelp
Food is amazing. Promise was our host, and he explained popular dishes and described new dishes we weren't aware of. Although the restaurant did not have very many people inside at the 5 o clock hour, who cares!!!?? It created a quiet environment for us to have one on one with our waiter and to have conversation right the full roar. The food was amazing and we kept ordering! I tried their Indian Beer (I love IPAs and the beer he gave me tasted great with their food), and my wife tried their potato naan. Each was delicious and I tried their cherry, coconut naan which was delicious. Don't let the ingredient fools you as it tastes like a Cherry Poptart. We ordered their ice cream pistachio dessert and although not my wife's favorite, I enjoyed it. It didn't taste too sweet like normal American ice cream. Come in and give them a try. If spice isn't an issue I recommend their Hot as Medium May leave much to be desired. Not a knock on their flavor but just go for Hot if you don't mind spice.

Yelp
Lots of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. The food came quick and everything we had was delicious. No complaints here!

Yelp
Honestly I wanted to like it , since there's not very many Indian buffets anymore . But the food is bland , the chicken tiki masala was very dry, prob one of the worst Ive had . The naan is fresh and comes out when seated . It is also pricey for a buffet , I understand everything is more expensive but for the quality of food it's not worth it .
