Curry Village Pizza Deck was an underwhelming experience, and it didn’t quite live up to the hype.
Vegetarian Pizza: The Vegetarian Pizza was a letdown. The crust was rubbery, especially at the corners, making it hard to enjoy. While the curry flavor in the pizza was decent and gave it a unique twist, the overall pizza wasn’t up to par. It lacked the crispy texture and balance that you’d expect from a good pizza, leaving me disappointed.
Wait Time: The wait time was ridiculously long—over an hour for our pizza. Given the time we spent waiting, I expected the pizza to be exceptional, but unfortunately, it didn’t make up for the delay.
Ambience: The ambience was average. Since it’s an open space, it’s nice when the weather’s good, but it can get pretty noisy when the place is crowded. It makes for a less relaxing environment, especially when you’re trying to enjoy a meal after a long wait.
Worst of all, they wouldn't give us a cup of hot water when requested. No reasoning was provided. Overall, Curry Village Pizza Deck has some interesting flavors, but the pizza didn’t live up to expectations, and the long wait time and noisy ambience made the experience less enjoyable. I’d be hesitant to return unless there’s improvement in these areas.
