My experience with Custom Healthcare Solutions has been great!… I would say it’s because of the fabulous recruiter they have assigned me Kristen McClure. She has been amazing to work with. She always go above and beyond to help to see me through my all with the company and never makes you feel like your a bother. She keep me posted with everything needed in advance and updated with up coming contracts. I couldn’t have asked for a better recruiter, SHE THE BEST!!!.

I have been working with Custom now for a few months and they’ve been nothing short of phenomenal. Christina my recruiter gets back to me almost immediately when I correspond with her no matter what it’s about, even off hours! When I was sick recently she even reached out the next day (I was off from work that day scheduled so not to see about working) to ask how I was feeling, that meant a lot and you don’t get that with most companies. From the offer process to onboarding, orientation, picking up hours she is and has been on top of everything. I’d highly recommend custom and especially Christina!

I have been working for/with The Custom Group of Companies Healthcare and Christina (my recruiter) since July 2022 and it has been nothing but a great experience, one so different from other agencies I have worked with in the past. I have been working with Custom staffing for more than 1 year now as a travel nurse. My recruiter Kristen is awesome. She has been very supportive, a great advocate and works diligently with organizations to get you a contract. Everything runs smoothly as you can call the main office anytime to ask a questions. All lines of communication are always open with this agency. I couldn’t be happier. I will be starting my 5th contract next week.

My experience you say? This is my first Agency Job and I will tell you honestly, Working for this company and most definitely along with my recruiter Jennifer, whew has been mowing short of an amazing first trial of now over two years. Yes I have been with them approximately 26 months at this time. The company itself and all of the departments are all very professional but yet friendly and We “the nurses” are the priority, our needs and or concerns are their number one priority! Now specially my Recruiter Mrs. Jennifer O, has been very time focused with everything from onboarding, to getting you all the accurate info for orientation, and most definitely following up and inquiring about your comfort level during a contract. Ms Jennifer even comforted me during the timing of me losing a sibling which was totally thoughtful but unexpected. Thank you so much you guys for the continued support and wonderful agency experience!

I don’t know where to begin. This is hands down the best agency I’ve worked for and I’ve been with a few over my years as a nurse. Mallory is my recruiting specialist and she is the best of the best - I don’t think I’ll have to find another agency again. Her communication and follow-though is astounding. Have a question? She has the answer and quickly. She’s helped at every step to make sure I’m fully prepared and the assignment transition is seamless. She checks up on her nurses and goes to bat any time it is necessary. For example I made an error while entering my direct deposit info (forgetting to check the box for DD) so my check would have been mailed to me. In less than 30 min she was able to resolve my mistake, have the paper check canceled and funds deposited into my account the same day. I can’t think of another employer who would work so hard to fix a mistake an employee made. Her flexibility, kindness, knowledge and dedication to her profession is unmatched. If Mallory is your recruiter, I know you’ll be in good hands.

It has been almost 1 year since I started working Customs group as a nurse. My experience with them has been so great mostly dealing with my recruiter Christina Tabacchi. She has has sp wonderful when I reach put to her with questions or any concerns I have. Always checking with me to make sure that I posted my hours, making sure that I got paid and even going as far as updating me with any new nursing policies. This was my first experience with a staffing agency and I must say it was the BEST experience. My recruiter Jen Ornstein is by far the most dedicated, professional, knowledgeable and hardest working women I’ve encountered in a while. She is always available ( even for the simplest questions) She never makes you feel as if you are a bother or just another recruit. She works effortlessly in maintaining professionalism, transparency and clear communication between you and the employer.
