During my stay in Doha I was lucky enough to have Lunch and Dinner at CUT by Wolfgang Puck at Mondrian Doha as it was situated within the hotel we stayed in.
It's simple yet elegant in its decor. The staff were all amazing, both times I had Wayne attending to our tables. He gave us exceptional service.
My Lunch meal was a Crispy Chicken Breast Sandwich with Garlic Aioli and served on a Brioche bun. I ordered a side of Tempura Onion Rings too, served with Ketchup (it seems to be a thing in Doha) as you know I can't resist that combo. The sandwhich and the onion rings were scrumptious, I enjoyed every single bite of it. Everyone else enjoyed their lunch too.
On my second visit for dinner, it happened to be Thanksgiving, so they were serving a special dinner. We however, had our eyes set on the prawns. Grilled Jumbo Prawns with toasted Chilli Soy, Garlic, Ginger and Jasmine Rice. I washed this down with a Tequila Cocktail called "Pepino's way". It was a mix of Silver Patron, Basil, Japanese cucumber and lime. It was enjoyable wish it came in a tall glass.
Would have loved to go back again but didn't have time. But highly recommended for food and service.
