My husband and I did not have a good experience at this restaurant. We visited this restaurant for Valentine’s Day. Our reservation was at 530pm but because of the completely unorganized and chaotic valet service, my husband wasn’t able to sit down to dine until almost 630pm. He literally sat in the street waiting for valet service for close to 45 minutes. Additionally, the menu consisted of a 5 course dinner meal at $260 per person (something that was not mentioned on the reservations page). The 5 courses were small plates (smaller than tapas) that tasted good, but for that amount of money you would expect to leave the restaurant satiated at a minimum. Not only that, the food came out lukewarm warm to room temperature like it had been sitting there for 15-20 minutes. When I’m eating wagyu steak I expect it to be hot. Last but not least, there was a manager that was coming around to everyone’s table greeting them. This manager stopped at every table in our vicinity except ours. She looked right at us and walked in the opposite direction like we weren’t worthy of her greeting us. We spent close to $1000 at this restaurant for a very subpar experience. We’ve been to close to every steakhouse in the area and this was by far the worst especially for the amount of money we spent. I wouldn’t visit this restaurant again.
