I learned of this business when i entered a giveaway on instagram and won. I was sent an electronic gift card to book customize bracelets for me and a friend and I made sure to book a bestie date. This location is pretty close to the C & E train and a nice walk from the 6 train but not a bad walk. I want to begin by saying the minute we walked in we felt welcomed. The ladies at the front told us how to measure our wrists and how many charms we would each have. I paid the difference to have the full bracelet filled and so glad i did. It came out so nice and very much elegant. We both loved our bracelets and how helpful the ladies were with helping us find more blingy charms. The music here is also very upbeat and kept us entertained. I truly loved this experience and will definitely come back. I want a silver one now haha! I've posted about it on instagram and many people have asked about it too!

I genuinely had such a positive experience here. The staff made me feel comfortable right away and were so sweet while helping me decide what to get. The staff were incredible. They were so patient and helped me look for the perfect charms for my bracelet. You can tell they really care about making sure you leave happy. The management team was just as amazing such kind, welcoming people and so easy to talk to. It honestly made the whole experience even better 🥰 I’m already planning to go back to make my third bracelet! They’re a little addictive because they’re just so cute and it brings back memories of when I used to have one when I was younger. Plus, they make your bracelet in under a minute! As a mom of a 15-year-old, I’m always a little cautious about where my daughter and her friends want to go, especially when it’s something they found on TikTok. But I have to say, bringing my daughter and her group of 10 friends here turned out to be such a great experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and patient with the girls. There were ten excited teenagers, and the team handled it so kindly and professionally. They helped each of them pick out charms, answered all their questions, and made the whole experience feel special instead of overwhelming. The bracelets the girls made were beautiful. I was genuinely impressed with the quality — they felt sturdy, well-made, and honestly there were so many charms I couldn’t keep track of them. The charms were detailed and securely attached, which as a parent I really appreciated. My daughter hasn’t stopped wearing hers since, and all her friends left so happy. It was such a fun and memorable outing for them, and I’d absolutely bring her back again.
