I love this place. I’ve been seeing Tyson at Cutler for the last 15 years, and there’s a reason why I’m so loyal. The front desk is welcoming, the staff is always attentive and the salon is an overall great vibe. There is no better feeling than walking out with a beautiful haircut. And for Tyson, he’s just the absolute best.

I love this salon! The energy is great. Coming here always puts me in a great mood. Jenna is the best. Her single process and highlights always make me feel brand new.

First time coming to the Brooklyn location and there is no comparison! I was warmly greeted by Jia who was so informative about my appointment and their products for my hair type. My color was done by Jenna who literally copy & pasted my reference photo and didn’t even have to use bleach! Then to top it off I received hands down the best shaggy layered cut ever by Eva. Overall the quality of service & care I received today was top tier. 10/10 💖

I was Brooklyn for the weekend and decided to get a blowout, and Nikki was absolutely amazing! Not only is she a skilled professional, but she was warm and friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation! I walked out of the salon feeling like a Barbie. Everyone else at Cutler is friendly and welcoming. I will be coming back!

Been going to Cutler Williamsburg for years and always have a great experience. Indi is an amazing colorist—she somehow always knows exactly what I want and the results are consistently perfect. Couldn’t recommend more.

First time here. I walked in one afternoon, was warmly welcomed at the reception, and assigned to Alberto, he is an amazing hairstylist. Very experienced in my opinion. I really love my haircut and the real test is always after I wash and style it myself. It still looks great with very little styling.

From booking the appointment to the actual process of sitting on the chair with the best colorist (Jennifer) the whole experience was incredible! Not because you are another number or dollar value, but because they treat you as a valuable human with care and kindness! Thank you team for making it easy!

Got my hair cut with Coral. First time with her and I loved my experience!! I’ve had a hard time finding a stylist I really mesh with, but Coral is definitely someone I’ll come back to.

Her name is Gabby and she's the goddess of blonde highlights. This is my hair right out of bed 2 months after highlights. No extensions, no special lighting, no hype - this is the way it looks every day and I love it (and her! ) I've been going to Gabby close to 15 years.

Unfortunately the blow outs here are inconsistent :( had a horrible blow dry and had to get it fixed. Staff was very nice and friendly but not worth being stressed when other places can do it well the first time. UPDATED: editing to make it clear why I didn't like the blow dry, it wasn't fully dry (the underneath was wet. The person blow drying my hair said it was ready and it was wet underneath. When she checked, she admitted it was wet and needed to be fixed). I've many other positive experiences at culter overall, however. Even though they tried their best to fix it, it wasn't a good blow out because it didn't last more than a couple of hours :(

I went to Cutler Brooklyn for a blowout/style while on my NYC trip and WOW! Amazing service and amazing results! Will be back the next time I'm in NYC :)

Sam knows what he's doing, he gave me the BEST haircut I've ever had!! I get compliments and looks all day long. I will continue to see Sam and have fun with my hair ‍

I thought I had the skills to give myself a French Amelie cut and woke up looking like a mushroom. Coral saved my life with a last minute booking and gave my hair the shape and form it needed without taking off too much length. THANK YOU CORAL! You rock.

Leaving this review under an assumed name so that I don't get tormented by this salon's staff any more than I already have. Stylists and Williamsburg location manager are condescending and disdainful when talking to clients. They act like you, the client, are very lucky that you have the tremendous privilege of being their customer. They refuse to admit fault when they make mistakes (mistakes with your hair, and mistakes in the way they speak to you). The egos in this place are tremendous. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Sahara is the worst. She seems to take pleasure in being as condescending as possible. Someone needs to remind these people that they aren't celebrities, billionaires, or gods and goddesses. They're just service providers. They refuse to have a mutually respectful relationship with clients. And if there's anything you didn't like about your service, and you bring it up so that the service can be improved at your next appointment, you will be treated with extreme passive aggression by your stylist at this salon. It's like these people think they are perfect and if you dare to suggest the service could be better next time and explain why ("you forgot to color a big chunk of hair near my hairline"), you'll never be treated with normal politeness or consideration by these people again. Stylists here also don't honor their agreements and don't follow through once they've promised to do something. Avoid this salon like the plague.

I've been going to this salon for about a year and a half now. I love it because you can always get an appointment and every stylist is really great. I have gotten my hair cut by 4 different stylists here and every time I just describe what I'm going for or show a picture and they do a great job. I especially loved my experience with Jeffrey, we had lovely conversations and my hair was cut exactly how I wanted it. Definitely recommend if you live in the area! Super reliable for hair cuts and styling, I don't color my hair, so I can't speak on that.

My hair was a mess, partly a result of neglect and partly because I had not found the right stylist. Jeff was amazing. He took his time to listen to what I wanted and suggested great ideas. I have not a haircut this good in 20 years. He did an amazing razor cut and gave me a new look. I just wish I was wealthy to tip him more because he deserves it. I will definitely be back.

Jeffrey is incredible! Since he has been cutting my hair, it is healthier and stronger than ever. He listens and works hard to make sure you leave feeling beautiful. A true gem of a person and incredible hair dresser!

Overall, the salon has a great vibe and everyone's incredibly chill and friendly. I spent several hours getting a cut and color and it was a really pleasant experience. There's WiFi so you can bring a laptop and work while getting your service done which I love. Specifically want to shoutout Jen for my cut and Indigo for my color. I've always had a ton of hair but could never, seriously in 26 years, get a cut that worked for me until Jen. Finally, a cut that looks equally as good right after as it does grown out. & Indi absolutely crushed my highlights. I showed her what I was going for and she absolutely delivered. Couldn't be happier.

I booked a session with Indi after reading all her rave reviews. She really listened to what I was looking for and incorporated some of my own coloring instead of adding new low lights to give it a natural look. My hair turned out better than expected! If you need a new colorists go see Indigo!

5 stars for Gaby and that Cutler was able to squeeze me in before a flight. Gaby worked a miracle on a twice botched hair bleach/balayage. Just the relief of not having streaky hair is amazing, but I also loove the ashy blonde I walked out with.

I've been coming to Cutler for over a year now and its truly become my go-to salon. Everyone is always so kind and lovely even on a busy day. I've been dying my black hair red and they do such a good job of keeping it vibrant and healthy year-round! Shoutout Lana, Blakely, Hannah and Jenna!

WARNING - Review for 58th St. Cutler with Suren I'm saddened to write this as I've read so many stellar reviews of this salon. My previous stylist at another salon recently moved out of state, and was excited to pay this salon a visit for a haircut as a first time customer. Unfortunately I'm unable to leave a positive review, as after leaving this salon I've never been so disappointed in a haircut. I went into the salon asking for a simple cut of long, subtle layers for my medium/long hair, a few face-framing pieces emphasized needed to be long enough to be pulled back in a ponytail and to make sure Suren understood my hair type, I came into the salon with my hair air-dried to display my natural wavy hair texture. When the haircut was finished I noticed elements of my haircut that I did not ask for. My hair had dramatic and uneven layering throughout. But most bizarre was that all hair around my face/baby hairs had been trimmed to be 0.5-1.5" in length--including my hair by my ears and my down my part. With my naturally wavy hair texture, this translates to a halo of frizz around my face. The following morning I reached out expressing my disappointment with my service. After emailing a few images of my haircut they promptly provided me with a full refund of my service (which was ~$170). Because of this, it will cost me additional time, money and stress to correct the situation. I've had to schedule a correction cut (at another salon) and postpone my engagement pictures to allow time for my hair to grow back and lay flat around my face. I've never written a review here before, I hope my honest review of a less than satisfactory service at this establishment helps you make an informed decision about choosing this salon. I also hope the stylist is able to learn from this mistake to avoid causing stress and embarrassment to future clients.

I have visited this location ~3 times and every time I have left unhappy because I hadn't received either the cut or the color I was hoping for. Every time I visited for color, I saw Indigo. The stylists were always different, as I rarely cut my hair, so I've never had a preference. I was an employee at Redken for over a year so I enjoyed visiting Cutler as it's a Redken salon, so I was familiar with the shades and products Redken had to offer, therefore knowing exactly what I wanted when it came to coloring my hair. So I felt I could trust Cutler and its employees, but I was wrong. I always left the salon feeling sad and defeated by receiving a color that was not what I wanted--I do a full process red--and I would leave with a duller red than desired. I specifically would tell Indigo that I preferred Color Gels Lacquers (specifically 6RR or 7RR) but she would never apply the colors as the salon apparently didn't carry them, but the last 3 times (every time) I have told her that I have the colors with me in the bag and she can just use them. However, she always ignored that and moved forward with Color Fusion (which I can't stand because I feel like my hair doesn't look as shiny as CGL does). The last time I visited Cutler was on my birthday, which lesson learned: I will never do again. I visited for a color & cut. I asked for a red to copper ombre and once again brought my CGL 6RR and 7RR shades with me, yet Indigo still decided to move forward with Color Fusion. Then as I moved into the cut, I asked for a couple inches off to just remove the majority of the dead/thinning strands, and left with more than 5 inches removed. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I started crying. On my birthday. I was so sad for weeks I absolutely hated the way I looked. I looked cheap and missed my long hair and couldn't believe how a professional salon would let my color turn out the way it did. See the pictures for yourself. 1) The color was incorrect 2) the "ombre" was not an ombre, only the roots were red and not even a 6RR/7RR red it was a DARK fall red which is NOT what I asked for 3) the cut was way too short 4) I will never return here ever again. After visiting for 3+ times and leaving unsatisfied, I will never give Cutler my money again.

Overpriced. Hair stylist made me feel like I was the problem. Asked her to help me style the side bangs she cut and was told to figure it out at home. Not only that she kept complaining about the aircon and other stylist which was weird. Only giving it an extra star because the receptionist and actual salon was nice. Other than that, will never come back here again. (This was in July but Only writing this because I'm looking for a hair salon and this place popped up and I got angry all over again.)

Had an awesome experience at Cutler Brooklyn, and would HIGHLY recommend Blakely!! I got a bad haircut at a different salon and came into Cutler to get it fixed. Blakely really listened to how I wanted it to look, took her time fixing the layers, and did an incredible job accomplishing exactly what I was describing. She has an incredible eye for cutting nice smooth layers - an artist! feeling much better about my hair now :)

Indigo gave me the highlights of my dreams. She took so much time with my curly hair and helped me figure out what I wanted. Can't wait to come back.

Extremely disappointed to learn that a stop at my local hairdresser for a quick trim resulted in a $150 bill. I live and work in the neighbourhood and I've been wanting to try Cutler for a while now. I had 40 minutes between work meetings today so I popped in for a quick trim (literally 1 inch taken off my already short bob haircut) I did not get a blow dry or style. There were no prices online but I wasn't worried, no way could it be $150 for this type of service. The hairdresser was super nice and lovely, once he finished I went to the front to pay and I was told it was a standard price. I explained the situation and they didn't seem to care, I was there for probably no longer than 30 minutes - I believe the hairdresser or front desk had the responsibility to tell me there was a set price regardless of what you were getting done to your hair. I'm extremely saddened by this experience at Cutler.

Would give negative 10 stars if I could. DO NOT GO TO ONA FOR COLOR. She is a nightmare. Mean, does not listen...I'll be wearing my hair (which I used to love) up...for a while. Update: still negative 10 stars for ONA. But the other people that work at the salon are lovely. They gave me a full refund for the nightmare ONA created for me. She over processed my hair. It's bleach blonde and fried. Go to Cutler, but avoid ONA.

Came here for a trim yesterday and Leila was amazing!!!!! I always get nervous when cutting my hair (its curly and I only like to trim the ends) but Leila completely understood my hair! That's so hard to find!! And she also understood my approach to all natural products and gave me simple recommendations on what to use , instead of pushing products on me like other places do! Love love love!!! Can't wait to come back for my next one!

Cutler is amazing! Jenn and Ryan are who I'm always getting cuts from, they have amazing technique. Whenever I walk in, everyone is so kind and inviting, especially Ellen and Wil! They also have the best shampoos and conditioners there, my favorite products so far have been from their in house line fat boy! The sea salt hair pomade is TO DIE FOR!! Especially if you have textured hair! I also love that i can come here and know that my hair will be taken care of whether I have it out in my natural 4c hair texture or a sew in! They are very knowledgeable in different hair types and are always honest about what they can or can't do! I've never had a bad experience here and I'm very happy I found a diverse hair salon In the heart of Williamsburg! Thanks cutler for being amazing!!

I have fine / wavy / dirty blonde hair and see Leila for cut and Pamella for color (I've gone for a range of blonde tones over the years depending on my mood) and they always nail it. I recommend putting your hair in the hands of this dynamic duo! Last week I asked for a bleach blonde bob for summer and I'm feeling it...

I was able to snag a last minute coloring appointment I've cut my hair with Leila before and loved it so figured I could give a colorist at the salon a chance although I usually don't just go without knowing or having been referred to one. They set me up with Lola. From the moment she said hello she made me feel so comfortable and she truly made me look fabulous. My hair was dark with a much faded baleyage, I wanted Lola to give me life in my hair and she did and I felt so wonderful after. I'm glad I took the Chance.

I visited the Brooklyn location on Grand St and am glad that I did! I hadn't had a hair cut in forever and consulted with the manager, Sahara. She was great, she made a few suggestions and recommended I trust Jeffrey and I am very happy that I did. I left it all up to Jeffrey and he worked his magic!! He took quite a while perfecting my new short cut, the conditioning and rinsing. I felt like I was truly VIP! Thank You Jeffrey and Sahara for a marvelous experience! Will see you all in a few months!

I was about 20 or so minutes late for my appointment with Jen but Jesse at the front desk was nice enough to put me on to Nathan an hour later. I was nervous about trying a stylist not of my choosing, but it had been five months since my last haircut. I was desperate. Nathan did not disappoint. He paid attention to what I wanted, promised to give me sexy hair and boy, did it turn out great! I know it will grow out well, air dry without having to set it too much. The best part is I didn't have to carry cash for the tip! The stylists are on Venmo. I had a great experience overall and I will be back.

I'm hoping to get into contact with an owner or manager of this salon regarding an experience I had on Tuesday, Sept. 1. I booked an appointment with Jennifer Sloan and was left dissatisfied, insulted and I believe overcharged. I booked the appt for a "single process" which is what I thought I needed but was admonished when I arrived by Jennifer because apparently what I wanted was more of a gloss (my mistake). I had dyed my hair over quarantine and simply wanted to make it all one color. I showed Jennifer many photos of my natural hair color and examples of what I wanted. She told me that my natural color was "blah and boring" so suggested leaving a bit more warmth and going chocolatey, I agreed. She then proceeded to tell me how my current hair color was "like a cockroach color" yes really. And it was bad and clashed with my skin tone. Fine. I would've been ok with all this insulting if the hair had come out with what I asked for/was agreed upon. But instead Jennifer made it literally black. Black with a horrible red tint. Photos inserted. When I was shocked and obviously disappointed after my blow dry by this. She argued with me saying I was wrong it wasn't black, it was lighter than her hair (irrelevant, but it was darker). I was on the verge of tears at this point so simply went to pay where the receptionist (who was very friendly) told me I was being charged $130 for a single process? I said I don't think that's right, Jennifer literally made fun of my for thinking that was what I needed and gave me a gloss. So the receptionist went back and checked with her and she confirmed she was charging me for a single process. I was in NY for a business trip and decided to take advantage of the open hair salons and thought cutler looked good online. I can't come back in to have it fixed because I'm back in LA. I don't think Jennifer should be employed by your salon or any salon. I was really excited to have my hair done and now have to pay someone to fix my hair when salons open here. A refund would be appreciated for how much stress and more work I need done to my hair now.

The worst hair cut I've ever gotten at a salon. I received a call from Cutler 30 mins before my scheduled appointment to let me know that Jason was still with a client and asked me to come in 35 mins later. That was a big red flag for me but seeing as I have a newborn and getting to a salon isn't as easy as it use to be, I let it go. I desperately needed a cut. I get there and there is a huge lack of professionalism and cleanliness within the salon. I wait for Jason to finish with his client and then I wait for him to laugh with coworkers and eat a banana in the back. (Maybe close the curtain especially if you know you're next client is waiting who already had to come in later than she was suppose to) The consultation was fine. He asked me all the right questions. However, he did not listen or follow through on what it was that I wanted. He could tell that I wasn't happy with how things were going once he started cutting and didn't address it. It was very clear that he was not skilled with scissors and didn't know how to handle hair in general. His fingers were shaking he dropped the hair dryer and his comb multiple times. He was singing (poorly). He sprayed product in my hair over 20 times even though during the consultation I told him I rarely use any product. I actually had to tell him "that's enough". He also made comments that bashed the last stylist who cut my hair. My ends feel worse now than they did when I came in. They are dry and chopped and frizzing out. My hair is uneven. I'm never going back to this salon. Maybe the other hair stylists are better at cutting hair but Jason is clearly inexperienced and frankly, Cutler should make sure their stylists are trained, capable and confident before putting them out on the floor to assist paying customers. I'm never usually in a salon for more than 40 mins. Jason had me in the chair for almost 2 hours. Just so bad. The whole experience was awful.

Not comfortable with how this salon is handling COVID precautions. The salon was completely full when I went in and I did not feel comfortable at all so I had to leave before my appointment. It was also scheduled for 4 PM and when I got there, no one looked at all ready to take me so I was forced to sit and wait around other people. This is okay in normal times but did not feel right.

I've had many cuts in New York City and this one has been my favorite. I am too lazy to style my hair on a daily basis so I rely on my haircut! My texture is on the finer side of thick, I have lots of hair and it is naturally wavy. I got my haircut by Leila and it felt super fresh, glam and lovely. It has grown out beautifully!! You know it's a good cut, when it still feels fresh months later. I told her what I wanted and she understood what I needed instantly. She's basically a hair guru.

This was the most disappointing keratin I've ever gotten. It was twice as expensive and took twice as long as I'd normally take to do it in LA, and didn't even last a month!! Also, he burned my scalp soooo many times, I had a headache and sore scalp (didn't know that was a thing!) for days after. Keratins usually last 4 months for me, but three weeks in and my hair is just as frizzy as when I walked in, and they told me they can't do anything to fix it after two weeks. Huge waste of money and time, don't come here for texture treatments.

After years of living in New York, I've finally found my dream salon! Color: Ona is amazing - she's incredibly thorough and thoughtful, ensuring that her clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. For anyone needing a colorist, I can't recommend her enough. Haircuts: Genevieve is a hair queen! Not only is she an amazing stylist, but kind and a joy to speak with. She has worked with me over the last year to transition from a very short and blunt bob to long hair for my wedding and I don't think I could have done it without her! The Cutler team is not only professional but fun, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!

I had leila as a stylist and she cut my hair so well i have an entirely different texture now. It used to dry straight/wavy, and now it has cute ringlet curls!!! Her sunshiny personality also made the apt feel like hanging out with an old friend- i definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist

I got a cut here for $150 by Nathan. I felt really uncomfortable the whole time because he made me feel like I was a nuisance by asking question and trying to discuss what I wanted. He made it really confusing when we discussed the cut even though I showed him a photo of a previous cut I had which is exactly what I wanted. He cut my hair shorter than I wanted and then in a really immature way said that that's what I said I wanted to cover his ass. He was really condescending and mansplained the difference between angles and layers, acting like I was stupid and should know they are really the same thing (I'm not a hair stylist?? I'm trying to communicate?). He also styled my hair like Bobby Ray Cyrus with this weird flat wave that seems to work for him, but not for a 25 year old woman. I really don't mean to be harsh because I think he still gave me a cut even tho it was shorter than I wanted, but his attitude had me feeling super unwelcome and degraded for the hour i was there and left the place crying. This is not how you treat a polite paying customer! I thought he was extremely rude and egotistical. I will not be coming back to this place for my horrible experience. Beauty treatments should make you feel empowered and happy, and this experience made me feel exactly the opposite. Reception was super nice though. They also use cheap products and should not be charging that much.

I had an awful experience here. I came in to get my roots done and Alannah booked someone's appointment too close to mine so I was pawned off on an apprentice (?) for the majority of my appointment. This girl had no idea what she was doing. She screwed up multiple times. Other hairstylists had to intervene when they saw her using the wrong product during the toning process. She did not follow Alannah's instructions and I was there for a total of 5 hours. I still paid hundreds for the experience when I could have gone to a beauty school for a fraction of the price and the same level of expertise. I made an appointment and paid for someone with many years of experience but received an amateur job. It was so frustrating. My blonde is now darker than when I arrived when I explicitly asked for it to be lighter with pictures and a specific formula from my previous hairdresser. I'll never go back and advise others not to take the risk.

tl;dr : I got my curly hair cut here by Leila in December and almost 6 months later it's still perfect and grown in longer than it's ever been and still has a style and shape. I'll never let anyone else touch my hair ever again. Make the appointment! I have curly type 2c hair and since I started wearing it naturally have had multiple bad cuts. The cut I got right before I went to Leila was so bad and choppy I wore my hair up in a high pony for weeks. Leila was very skilled in working around my horrendous cut and before cutting my hair we talked a lot about how I liked to style it, the look I wanted to achieve, and went over specific details no one had ever asked me before like how much volume I wanted to have. COMMUNICATION IS KEY! The result was a layered curly look that even looked beautiful blown out (by Leila) for an event. So it was not uneven or cut to look good only in one style. Because of the weight she removed in cutting my hair I was able to grow my hair longer than ever (to my booty) and still easily maintain the layered look I was after.

Have always passed this place on my walks but glad I finally came in! Was looking for a blow out and was introduced to Joy. I'm not sure if it was the head rub while washing my hair or the amazing blow out she gave but I absolutely adore her and would highly recommend! I'm super picky with blowouts and sometimes leave places to go back home and put an iron to my head. Not the case here, I will definitely be coming back in! Thanks Joy!

Cutler Brooklyn is an airy, bright space and the staff there were friendly and accommodating. I have dry, wavy, thick hair and for years had a hard time finding stylists who listened to me when I warned how big my hair air dries or understood how to enhance my waves without giving me triangle hair only Dolly Parton could love. I followed Nora Croft to Cutler BK because she GETS IT. I'm too busy/lazy to blow-dry and after my first haircut with Nora it finally looked good drying on its own. I like that Nora gives dry cuts because when my hair is wet, it's temporarily straight and I can't see how the cut will effect my curls in real time. This past weekend during my dry cut, I mused about hair colors and styles I wanted to try soon and she educated me on the molecular structure of certain dyes, the hair shaft, and what to expect. I appreciate what a fount of information Nora is before I try something new.

Leila is amazing! I have been wearing tape-in extensions in and out for almost a year & post partum for 3 months now, I definitely needed a haircut to combat the split ends, dead few inches of hair, & hair loss. She knew what I had in mind, and understood how short to cut my hair in respect to my wishes. She razored those dead ends off, and refined previous layers. I was referred to her by my old hair stylist & am so glad I went to her. She is very warm and kind, & makes great conversation. She was so affectionate to my little boy who was being chaperoned by my little sister. The salon staff are very friendly and accommodating.

This review is for Roxy Coberly of Cutler. She is *the best* stylist I have ever had and has been cutting my very curly (Cher-like) hair for 10 years. I would never let anyone else touch my scalp at this point. As other curly-tops know, it is very hard to find a hairdresser that is willing to do what you want him or her to do. Roxy works with me, gives me great advice on styles I want to try, and then executes those style to perfection. GO TO ROXY!

Had the most amazing experience with Lola! She transformed me from a grown out blonde balayage to a rich cinnamon swirl, just in time of the season!

Leila is super sweet.. but didn't listen to my request for having curly hair and being nervous about curls and having choppy hair. Probably great cut for people with straight hair. Not for curly hair girls...

This is my overdue review for the one and only Leila. I am the type of person who hates going to the salon, and would never go if I didn't have to. Leila makes the trip worth the effort, not only with her amazing haircuts, but her wildly charming personality. I absolutely adore her, and I can finally say after 9 years in NYC I found my person. I love my hair every time I go, and everyone who works there is super sweet. The salon itself is gorgeous, and everything is very clean. Thanks for making my salon experience something I can look forward to.

Kari is amazing. I moved to the neighborhood a year ago and was hoping to find a good colorist. Kari gives you exactly want you want and more, every time. She let's you know what color goes with your skin tone and is very skilled. I referred her to my roommate too who is now hooked. Highly recommended. Great service and staff. My hair comes out great every time while I get to sip a little rose. Its perfect!

The best most talented, down to earth staff - you'll never get your hair done anywhere else - and it will be perfect every time! I get my hair colored there- and honestly PAM is a rockstar/ expert - she did my hair when it was long and as a short blond with a dark undercut her painted highlights are the best - and I have had my hair done up and down Manhattan in every saloon known to man - if you are bored of your look or simply can't find anyone that can do right by your hair every time (that was my problem, no stylist ever had consistency or a true outlook on what I need- they just did as I asked) - you need Pam in your life she has been doing a perfect job on my hair for 3 straight years, from her time in Manhattan Cutler to her move to BK - she will make you feel incredible every time Next is Leila (hope I spelled her name right) - she cuts my hair perfectly with style and precision every time and she's not scared to tell you what you need and she knows style and hair She cuts my hubbies hair too and its always PERFECT! In general the entire saloon is full of super cool, highly accomplished stylists and colorists and they have worked with celebrities, colored people from the pages of Vogue -- but unless you look at the quality of their work, you'd never know, because they are too humble and awesome to name drop (i only know because I've seen some very impressive people walk through the Cutler doors) I love the super cute place as well, but as we all knew, they grew out of it and are expanding to bring a bit more space and luxury to the WillyB Cutler LOVE THIS PLACE - if you need a new place for cut and color - GO! Also, if you are there, pick up their product; FATBOY its the best hair styling product I've tried for short hair
