Lovely day, very serene and beautiful area. Railroad volunteer and tour guide David was wonderful. Made us feel right at home. Lovely little stores with local goods and beautiful train ride. Thanks! A great little day trip getting to see the Cuyahoga River. A note, if you have vouchers you may not be able to get on the train if it's full. We traded in our vouchers for reservations so we could secure seats

Nice ride, clean train. The trip was sold out so noise level was a bit much but as people got off it was much tolerable. Fall colors was just starting. I only wish we understood we could of got off and back on train cause it looked like a cute area to shop or eat!

Nice scenic train ride! We rode in the silver Broncos which had the dome. Even with it being 81 degree day it was cool inside. There was a gift shop and snacks you could purchase.

Very fun. I recommend getting tickets for the cigar lounge, it's an open air car, the view is better. If you booked the 3.5 hr trip take something to do.

We rode the open car. 4 hours was a bit too long for me, but it was a good time. You can do a shorter ride. They have a small selection of adult beverages and see decent food. Overall had a great time.

Fun ride with local color commentary by the Trainmen. I wish there had been more color in the fall foliage (10/4/25). Different experiences will be had depending on where your seats are, because every historical car is different.

Went for the long ride (3 hr rt). Very smooth track and interesting narration by the conductor. If going again, I would book a ride from Akron to the Peninsula station (1/2 way) have lunch and look at the shops before getting back on the train to Akron. The cars are awesome, especially the dome cars that require a special ticket.
