I love Cuyana so much, and this store especially! The staff is so kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable about the company’s products and mission. I’ve shopped here many times and never feel rushed or pressured into buying something. The service when bringing items in for post-sale repairs or monogramming is also fantastic, so I never feel like I’m seen as just a sales opportunity. I have the System Tote and several different inserts and I love being able to snap pieces in and out of my bag based on what I need for the day. The quality is incredible! The leather is so soft and the stitching is very well-done. The cost of the bag is well worth it, especially considering it’s way more functional and far less expensive than any designer purse. 10/10 recommend stopping by here! The System Tote is the best bag I’ve ever owned!

I’ve been a Cuyana fan since 2020. Third time to this store and Natalie was AMAZING. As a woman of color, I don’t always feel welcomed/ treated well while shopping. Cuyana has always exceeded my expectations and is why I keep coming back! What stands out: -their customer service! I debated getting a Polene and have heard horror stories about getting bags fixed/ exchanged. Their policy is very flexible and they will support in store. - the quality. The bags hold well and are clearly crafted meticulously. Their product has always stood out in the market. - very chic and modern, their designs are created with efficiency and organization in mind.

Huge Cuyana fan, esp their handbags. They’re very high quality, just as good as my ultra luxury band handbags and even better bc they’re more functional. Been carrying Cuyana the past few years, have relaxed my luxury handbags

Came here to pick up an online order. Customer service is fantastic and super friendly and efficient. They always carry very classic pieces from leather goods to apparel. I've only bought their leather items but I may be compelled to make some apparel purchases once they go on sale.

This place is the best and the employees make it amazing. My wife loves this brand and I wanted to get her gifts for the holidays but I had no idea what to get. I had that pleasure of working with Laura and Amanda. They looked up my wife’s profile and helped me pick out items she didn’t have and she loved everything I picked (we) picked out for her. I had the most pleasant shopping experience at this Cuyana location! Poulomi and Valerie were professional, friendly, and efficient. It was my first time shopping at Cuyana so they made a great effort to answer all of my questions. I was impressed with how they managed to check in with every customer who came in to look. I ended up purchasing two bags after their detailed advice. I appreciated their attention to my style interests and questions about durability. When I make another purchase I hope to run into them again! They were lovely.

Customer Service is excellent. It is a low stress store with a minimalist style across its offerings in handbags accessories, lounge wear and clothing. Top grade materials are high end. I love the simplicity of their product. I am a huge Cuyana Fan. Cuyana has a cult following of customers seeking a simplicity in life. If you appreciate low stress, high quality "everything is easy , classy, soft, figure forgiving but not formless, and stuff you would constantly pull out of your wardrobe over and over again but wish you would't ... then a Cuyana wardrobe is it. Always a treat to visit the Cuyana store at Stanford Mall. Female led company that offers limited curated collection of beautifully made leather handbags is what you'll find here. Total eye candy as you enter the store which displayed beautiful bags and clothing. Because some of Cuyana's bags are limited editions you have to grab what you love when you see them. Today, I was looking for a travel tote I have been eyeing that always seemed out of stock every time I check online. Jane went out of her way to track it down for me and disclosed the one I wanted was actually being retired and there were only 2 left. She put the order in for me and graciously waived the shipping to have it delivered to my house. Jane was friendly, approachable and very patient. She definitely took the time to listen and even showed me more bags which I added to my wishlist. She was enthusiastic about their products and shared details of their craftsmanship allowing you to appreciate what the company stands for and the quality of the bags. Because of my experience at this store, I am a forever fan! When you find yourself at the Stanford Mall, stop by and ask for Jane, she'll take good care of you!

Lynda helped me exchange my Ecuadorian straw hat which I purchased. She was knowledgeable about colors that suit different skin tones. Cuyana outfits and jackets are extremely comfortable and stylish.

Lynda has helped my family on multiple occasions and she is simply the best! I love shopping with her. It helps that the clothes and bags are phenomenal too, though I wish Cuyana would bring back more cashmere pieces.

Went to Stanford location to exchange. The ladies were so helpful and processed my exchange without any problem. Cuyana offers warranty and repair on most of their items. I have purchased several items for me and some as gifts.

The Palo Alto Cuyana store is exquisite. The product from clothing to jewelry to handbags are incredible and the store is merchandised in a beautiful way. A must visit if you're looking for an elevated look. Also, makes for a lovely gift. The store manager Jane is wonderful. She goes out of her way to ensure the customer is completely satisfied. I will be recommending this store and staff to my family and friends. It's nice to know in this day and age that customer service is still around. Had the best experience at Cuyana! It was my first time at the store and even though I came in right before closing Lynda was so nice and helpful and did not rush me at all! I picked out a few items and even though it was late Jane came through and monogrammed my purchases!! That was the deal breaker! Jane was so sweet and even showed me the intricacies of how they monogram items and tripled checked to make sure I liked the placement! I loved everything I got but experience made it extra fun and memorable. Thank you so much Jane and Lynda!

I am a new cuyana loyalist thanks to Jane and Linda! I had the best shopping experience and they monogrammed my wallet in less than 20min. I've been eyeing this brand online and I'm so glad I made it in store because Linda and Jane really listened to my wants + needs and recommended the best product. Can't wait to be back again!

Walked in today and my mother was treated very rudely by an employee named Paul. I Don't know if he was having a bad day but that should not come to the expense of my mothers shopping experience. Suggest this employee gets retrained on customer service skills.

Fantastic bags and even better customer service. I had bought a system tote bag for my wife which became her favorite work bag. A year later the strap broke. I walked into the Stanford store and within minutes Lynda had brought out a brand new replacement bag and strap, no questions asked. Wife was thrilled to have a replacement immediately.

5+++++ stars for the Palo Alto Cuyana store. The store manager, Jane V., exemplifies a service mindset to ensure a positive customer service experience. I have visited this store twice to do an exchange of a gift and both the sales person, Linda (I believe was her name) and Jane were friendly and outgoing. We ran into a little snafu on my transaction not to anyone's fault and Jane went above and beyond to make it right. I look forward to visiting the Stanford store again soon to invest in additional Cuyana merchandise. The store is impeccable and has such style, class and very elevated. Thank you Jane and team.

For the purpose integrity, authenticity and non bias opinion, I want to say that as both a consumer and an employee I love the simplicity of this line, their leather goods are of the best quality. I enjoyed being serviced by the rest of the team. The materials used to build this line are impeccable and amazingly the best quality. The store behind this line is why I work, the quality and of products and the way they stand behind it, is why I shop there. I will continue to shop here and tell other people about the quality and service from Cuyana Stanford.

I discovered the brand name when I saw a post about Eva Mendez a few weeks ago or a month. I loved the look of bag, simple but elegant, and most important looks very soft and light! I bought one for my friend's birthday since the one I choose seems like a good to carry on when you travel. Then I found it was local company and had a few stores in the Bay Area, so I decided to stop by their store in San Francisco at 2116 Fillmore. I couldn't make it for a few weeks but decided to stop by yesterday. My friend's birthday was already past without my intended gift and she already finished one travel, and into to her second one, so I know it was time to get that bag to her before her travel. The store experience didn't disappoint at all. It is a small boutique stores and their staff was very friendly and Melissa was kind enough to help to pick and choose what I needed for my friend and myself as well. I ended change the one I got and bought a zipper tote, with matching flap bag ( their mission is fewer is better) and small easy tote for self! As I expected, the bag is simple, soft, light, elegant, and well designed. And, I loved those travel jewelry box so much and bought one for me and my friend. As for me, I thought it was a lovely gift to myself and my friend and she loved it too. I probably will get the insert as suggested by Melissa next time.

I purchased a leather tote from this location a little less than a year ago, and was dismayed when the stitching on one of the handles started to unravel with normal use! Tbh- it took me forever to come in to the store to ask about it because I assumed they'd tell me to go find a leather repair shop. Wow I was so wrong! I walked in and explained the situation to two women (both named Linda) and they totally hooked me up! They explained that bags have a 2 year warranty- took one look at my bag and apologized- then gave me a completely new bag no questions asked! I was SHOOK. Amazing service and they were so nice. The bag I received was a "V2" and the straps were reinforced so definitely worth the time stopping by. I love all the Cuyana pieces I have and this was seriously such a moment. Thanks ladies!

The best customer service I have ever had, hands down! From the minute I walked into the store, Jane and Linda went above and beyond to make sure to help me with my needs. I brought in a leather travel case set that I purchased a couple of years ago that was showing some unexpected signs of wear. Within minutes, they found my previous online order and shipped a brand-new replacement free of charge. They are knowledgeable about the products and extremely professional and kind! I will always visit the store going forward as I am certain to have a wonderful experience!

I needed a nice back pack for work after having alot of pain with my shoulder bag. Lynda helped me and listened attentively to my needs. She was amazing. She gave me all the iformation and spec about various bags so that I was in and out with my new fancy bag in less than ten minutes. The icing on the cake is she was beyond lovely and even got to know me as a person. This was my first time and first purchase w the store. Definitely going back!

I am getting quite frustrated. I want to emboss my crock passport case with my initials. I went into the Palo Alto store and also called the customer service number and got the store rep and the phone rep told me "We can't emboss the crock at this time". When I asked how come I got no clear explanation, instead both reps began repeating themselves like a broken record. If this were true and I cannot pay to have this done, why cannot I a) sign a release in case the item gets damaged or b) how is it you can emboss the inside with your brand name. (See below) Please advise

Why do the workers here make everything so awkward? I first went into the store to try a purse on. They stared at me making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, offering zero help. When my husband purchased a bag there for me he said the whole experience was unpleasant. His order wasn't ready when he went to pick up and when he went to return the bag several weeks later, the ladies couldn't process his return because their computer was down and wrote him a silly note on his receipt saying he returned the item. For a classy company to have a poorly managed store is quite sad.

Shopping during Covid can be really stressful, wondering how stores are handling protocols, but I have not had a single bit of stress when it comes to shopping here! Jessica and Calle have each helped me numerous times during my private shopping experiences during Covid they always make sure they're wearing a mask, offer me hand sanitizer, keep a good distance, and are often seen wiping some thing down. The store is always neat end well kept, never a "task" to shop which is nice. In addition to them being responsible and prioritizing their customers health, The quality of customer service and goods cannot be a better fit. Both of these girls go above and beyond each time to feel like a friend, and help me find what I'm looking for. They are each very kind and attentive, and when there's some thing I want that they don't have in stock of my size, they offer shipping to my house which makes it very convenient. If you're looking for an amazing high quality leather bag, personalized leather goods, or basics like an every day turtle neck or undergarment, this is the place to go. They have everything in between, and more. You can feel safe shopping here, and know you're in good hands when it comes to Jessica and Calle!

I love Cuyana. They have such quality pieces that look and feel much more expensive than they are. It's my first stop for basics such as bodysuits, sweaters, and tops. Calle is incredible-- she has impeccable taste (she comes from Marchesa design) and the sweetest personality! She really tries to help you find great pieces and is honest about what looks good on your body.

My experience with Cuyana over exceeded my expectations. Initially, I contacted customer service through text since the store was closed. The representative, Danielle, let me know that she would notify the store manager and took my name down. When I called the following day, the store manager, Jessica, had my name and item ready to go. We purchased the bag and scheduled a curbside pick-up for the following day. Jessica was professional and kind over the phone. When we arrived, we called the store and she delivered our purchase directly to our trunk. Given the challenges with COVID-19, I very much appreciated the ease of making a purchase here!

This store has the sweetest employees and I felt very safe in the store. Their items are wonderful and the staff really helps to figure out what you need and what item will be the best for you. Love that they implement a lot of sustainable practices too!

Wow, I love it that it's now down here in the peninsula! The service and product is just how I'd like it. Calle the sales associate was very attentive and helpful from the start to end of my visit. Cuyana has ethical standards in their products and they fit my classic timeless styles that I've been seeking for a long time. I'm impressed with their well cut and tailored T shirts. I've also found some blouses that have a phenomenal fit on my petite curvy frame. Their handbags are structured and timeless. I'm coming back here now and will update!

I love Cuyana, they've been a reliable stop for special / customized gifts for women (moms, friends, bosses, etc.). Price range is $50 up, including $75 alpaca scarves (although an additional $8 for box is so frustrating!), $120 cross body leather bags, $50-$100 small leather goods, $15 monogramming up to 10 letters. Would highly recommend checking them out -- they moved in to their new permanent location across from Williams Sonoma. I've had mostly great experiences here although I've noticed during the holidays they had some newer sales associates who weren't as knowledgeable. Both store managers who I worked with were awesome, patient, and extremely helpful!

If you love well-made, ethically & responsibly-sourced clothes & accessories (purses, belts, etc.) + outstanding customer service - be sure to visit Cuyana. I'd ordered some items online previously and loved them, I drooled over the catalog they recently mailed to me, and was delighted to visit the brick & mortar location at Stanford Shopping Center. The associates were graciously welcoming (not at all overbearing or pushy -yay), and Jessica asked me my name (& remembered it -I wish I always had that super power), what I was looking for, and guided me to a few items that fit my needs. She guessed my size (without saying anything) and pulled some items for me to try on. She was absolutely correct in all regards: I loved and bought a trench-inspired dress that's perfect for work, traveling, and going out. I loved the blouses she brought out, too, and I'll be back for those (+ maybe a handbag) at a future date. The store is light, bright, airy, clean, and genuinely welcoming. Tip: this location faces Pottery Barn, and backs up to Ann Taylor. I was a fan prior to visiting the store, and now I'm an evangelist in love with Cuyana.

I went to the Palo Altp Cuyana store and was thankful of the manager's customer service. Given the pandemic and that they were getting their carpets re-done, I had to view my items through the window (instead of browsing through the store). The woman helping me was very thoughtful, professional and speedy. Got my wallet engraved with my initials within 20 minutes!

Walked in and felt welcomed right away! All their accessories are very unique and elegant. Other than finding exactly what I was looking for, the customer service was the best! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality hand bags, shirts, and hats! Would totally come back again!
