They always find a way to make picking up your prescriptions the most difficult process. Edit: Your automatic reply doesn't help. Every month this cvs comes up with new issues to pick up my prescriptions. I am so glad I don't need medications to stay alive because I guarantee people have had numerous medical emergencies due to this pharmacy. It needs a serious overhaul internally or needs to be shutdown.

These people can never get meds correct, never have anything in stock, delete prescriptions from the doctor and make it your problem, forget to run the prescriptions through insurance, and constantly take forever to do anything. This should have been a location that was shut down. Hoping my insurance opens up to allow prescriptions to go somewhere else.

customer service here is terrible. i understand having a bad day or being in a crappy mood, but dont go out of your way to make customers feel bad for needing to use coupons to afford medicine— It's not an inconvenience to do your job.

I use this pharmacy when I need something immediately and get my maintenance meds thru the mail. If your medical provider sends multiple prescriptions electronically, CVS will always deny receiving some of them. The same thing happened once again even after having my doctor's nurse call the pharmacy and confirm all three had been received. My advice is to carry a written copy of your prescription and expect a 30 minute delay. Another guy came in while I was waiting and was screaming about their poor service. I had a chance to speak with him on the way out and he said he had problems with meds being promised but not being ready. If you think you can call and speak to a pharmacist ahead of time to avoid these issues, the robo machine will not connect patients to the pharmacist and as I noted earlier- calls from doctors get connected but muffed anyways.

We had scheduled vaccines at this location. Our work schedule changed the day of our appointment. We called, and and they said that we could come in earlier. Although there was only one pharmacist and only one technician, we were able to get the vaccines without too much of a wait. Although both the pharmacist and technician were obviously overworked, they were helpful and courteous. The store was clean and bright, as well as well laid out and organized. The clerks in the front of the store were also helpful and courteous as we checked out.

This CVS location is terrible. My girlfriend has been having multiple surgeries and she gets her medication sent to this CVS. From the time this place gets the paperwork for the prescription, it takes this pharmacy about two weeks to fill for some reason. So my girlfriend has to sit in pain waiting, and she gets no help from this pharmacy at all. If I was someone else I would think twice about using this pharmacy and go someplace else. What they are doing to patients is criminal.

Very confusing place to get OTC items from your insurance benefits. The reference books for specific types of insurance not available. Had to bring up the items to the register and have them verified as being covered by my plan. Took a lot longer than it should. Many items were not in stock.

Just started using this location. So far all has been fine. Filled a couple prescriptions where I came with the prescription paperwork and waited 30 minutes. No problem at all. The store seems well stocked overall the well laid out. I like that this location is a little more spread out than others. The CVS I had been going to was a really tight layout and always had a crowd. This location has a better layout. One complaint: If you are getting a COVID test via the drive-up window, you need to be in the LEFT lane (nearest the window). The location should put a sign out so you don't waste time in line only to find out that you have to drive around the building and start over.

I admit, I have never been to a CVS store prior to this morning. I had received a coupon, for this particular medication, from the doctor that was only good at CVS. This was the closest to the office ~ about a 3 minute drive. Granted, I was only here to have a prescription filled, but I found the whole experience rather pleasant. I was greeted as I entered the door and spotted the pharmacy. The pharmacy manager, whose name I cannot remember, quickly came to the window, asked me all the appropriate questions and said it would be about a 20 minute wait. That's fine, I brought reading material. No sooner did I sit down, take a photo, then my name was called. I hadn't even had time to put my phone away. They accepted the coupon and explained how, if need be, I could go about transferring my Rx to a closer CVS. If needed, I might even call my refill into this pharmacy because everything went so smoothly. Yay, I'm a fan.

This place had become incompetent over time with rude technicians. I would not trust this location anymore with my medications, since there are a ton of other CVS pharmacies out there.

Don't get tested for covid here. Going on 13 days no results. Can't get ahold of covid call center. Waste of time. Others having same issue. This delay will have caused covid to spread. Shameful. ***updated 20 days to get my results.

Stopped in here as a last minute errand on a Sunday afternoon to get a refill on a prescription. In the past, I had used the mail order service but I didn't realize I was completely out. Cari, the pharmacist, was very helpful. I didn't realize that they were 10 mins away from closing but she was still able to call into the mail order service to get my prescription transferred and she was able to fill it - all in 5 minutes! She's amazing and will definitely be a regular at this CVS!

Ive got pictures with chunks of human feces on the floors of the bathrooms here. I returned a week later to find that it hasnt been cleaned. The pharmacy is infested with rats. The pharmacy staff is overworked!The district leader (James m) advertises pay higher than what the employees receive. The pharmacy staff assists customers with bloody tissues stuffed up their noses. There is dust EVERYWHERE! Save yourself the hassle and get your scrips filled elsewhere. This review could literally save your life...

Friendly staff but check the dates on your beverages. Bought a iced brew this morning that was expired in January... I'd be fine with a few days but 3 months? I'll pass.

Since CVS has finally moved into the Chicago area, I have rarely visited Walgreens, Jewel/Osco, or any other drugstores for any medical product needs! And there is a Walgreens right across the street from me! I switched my prescriptions from Jewel to CVS because they had a incentive to switch that you would get a $25 gift card. So I thought, why not! Plus I had to find a spot and park and go into Jewel, which isn't always easy. My CVS has a drive-thru for prescriptions. How great is that! I can be in my jammies on a Sunday morning and get my scripts! Cool! The pharmacy staff are always very helpful and go out of their way to try to make you happy. I had brought in 2 new scripts and the pharmacist told me to go grab 2 sales papers up front that they had coupons in there for a $25 gift card with a new or transferred prescription (just like before but that was only for new customers). So she rang me up separately and let me use 2 coupons, so I got $50 in CVS gift cards on 2 scripts that cost me $14 w/insurance! Not a bad deal! She didn't have to tell me about that deal, let alone let me get 2 gift cards. It said in the fine print, one per customer. I am a loyal customer! They take care of me, so I only shop there! One hand washes another!

I love this pharmacy and store. I go in there all the time and everyone goes out of their way to help out and be kind. The entire pharmacy team ( especially Lauren) are incredible! Evan is like part of the family. You couldn't pay me to go anywhere else!!

The manager Lauren was very rude . The cashier called her for help and she took her time to come over to see what the problem was. Lauren spent a lot of time by the dairy clear in my eye sight looking at her papers in her hand. I had to ask her if she was helping us today. The cashier associate went to her and she continued to stand there ignoring me the customer.Then she comes over and didn't help us resolve the issue with my app coupons. She just rudely walked away. The cashier Kiara is very new and is afraid to ask the manager for help again because she didn't know what to do . I ask her if she would ask her manager about the issue and she said she wouldn't help!! This is ridiculous and I will not be going back to this store. I have never experience rudeness like this before especially coming from a supposedly manager who is supposed to be professional and clearly is unprofessional! It's clear that the cvs associates are not happy with their jobs! I left my items and didn't purchase what I wanted to buy. Sale items are never in stock. Sale or clearance Tags with nothing on the shelf and this should be cleaned up. Nothing in stock at 9:30 in the morning is ridiculous! I never see a sale associate on the floor restocking. The pharmacy team is awesome. Pharmacy team is very thorough and professional!

Too bad the state only licenses pharmacists, not compatency procedure to get them to the patient. This is the keystone cops of pharmacies. The time wasted with them is amazing, that any child could have done. No call backs when you need the meds tonight, they closed. Then the messages come to pick it up, get there and its on hold have to wait more. Then did we mention the meds have changed. Called with price, show up, price is different. Wait more, NO theres competition to goto.
