Which 2020 Candidate’s Comfort Food Is the Most Haunting?

"A ubiquitous pharmacy/convenience retailer invoked as the obvious place to buy candy or chocolate while traveling, mentioned as an alternative to scavenging for little bowls of treats at events." - Madeleine Aggeler

Today I went to get my Flu and COVID-19 immunizations. I had an appt. and it was quick and easy, and the individual who gave me my vaccines was friendly, kind, and very, very nice. I had a great experience and appreciate the convenience and ease of getting my shots at a local CVS. I appreciate CVS tremendously.

Best pharmacy in Reno by far! They are organized, on point, friendly, always have my prescriptions ready. They are the best of the best and I have tried many different pharmacies and they always find some way to make me feel bad and this pharmacy is way way way better. You will not be disappointed at all. If you go to another pharmacy, I would switch over now. I don’t know why they have bad reviews because they are the best and I am so so so picky. Takes a lot for me to give a five star review and I’m telling you, you will not be disappointed. They are the best of the best! Trust me, I would not lead you astray!

*UPDATE: WOW! CHANGES ARE AFOOT! The pharmacy went from being a miserable monthly visit to something we can look forward to! The pharmacy representatives are actually friendly! I first noticed the rep with long dark hair being kind, saying things like, "Thank you" and "Have a nice day." Now her blonde associate is doing the same! Thanks, CVS, you moved from 1star a year ago to 5☆☆☆☆☆'s today. Keep up the good work and maybe spread some positive tips to the Plumb lane pharmacy! It's getting to be a bearable place to shop. My issue was the gender-bias. I refuse to be discriminated against because of my gender by anyone, anywhere, ever. It is a violation of my civil rights and a violation of Federal law. I stand up for ALL OF US!

If you are going to print photos in this branch, good luck! You place the order, and then the pick up time is supposed to be after one hr. But it never happens like that, you have to go to the store and then they will print the photo for you. So what's the meaning of taking online order and giving an estimated pick up time? These has happened to me 3rd time now including today's experience.

Google
Pharmacy complaint: had prescription not covered under insurance but had a GoodRX coupon. Waited in pick-up line for quite some time showed GoodRx coupon and then told to wait in drop off line. Again waited for quite some time somewhat confused. The male pharmacy tech said they did not accept the coupon. I explained that I was confused since the coupon said CVS. The male pharmacy tech said it was "control".????? Then had the pharmacist who was a petite female African-American come and she said quite rudely and very abruptly that they do not accept the coupon and something about "control" and walked off. So I waited in two different lines to finally be treated this way? Never again. I went to a different pharmacy and asked what all that was about and was explained VERY nicely that it is considered a "controlled" substance and many times the GoodRx coupons will not work. BUT based on the actual prescription their pharmacy could accept the GoodRx coupon.

THe associate was attentive and addressed my concerns and helped me complete my transaction. She was polite, courteous, expedient and made me feel that she was truly interested in helping me.

This CVS has just about everything you could want at any time of the day or night. It’s opened 24-7 Always has what I need!

Google
Well I like the store there's an absolute disconnect with the pharmacy. Much needs to be done to bring the store back up to its former glory

Yelp
This is a bit different...I think they've done a fine job of preparing my prescriptions at this CVS Pharmacy; they have been friendly enough. I don't expect them to be best friends. The prescriptions were ready and on time. One time, I was leaving town and needed it sooner, they filled it just fine in about 10 minutes. Not a bad wait at all. it's disheartening to read all these other negative reviews. Much of these situations are beyond the immediate control of CVS staff. Every time I go in, I see these fine people trying to do their job as quickly and accurately as they can.

Yelp
on Wednesday, October 15, I placed an order for a medication October 16. I called to check status. They told me the next next day I called they told me are me I can't get it now until next week. This is a drug I go into withdrawal from. I started to voice my complaint, no cussing no screaming. Nothing like that. Merely my dissatisfaction because I am in the process of withdrawal. I talked to Erin. She hung up on me.! since when does the Pharmacy technician hang up on a customer for being upset for being placed into a withdrawal status due to the pharmacies inability to stock enough medication? I called back spoke to the nice pharmacist himself. He checked and found that this medication is in fact in stock at the pharmacy and can be filled for me by 2:30 PM today!! say what?! I have been going without and you have it in stock??! Aaron the lady who hung up on did not even attempt to find out for me. She merely hung up on me for being should be fired.

Yelp
To be honest, I'm not big on reviewing anything other than restaurants. But I swear by every time I come to this CVS Pharmacy , it has always been where I come out feeling irritated with how negative the pharmacy team is here ... and I am just there to pick up my prescriptions... I live right by this CVS, so I changed from the Target on Lincoln CVS to pick up my prescriptions here. But the past two times coming to this CVS , the pharmacy employees just seem so annoyed being there that helping others is bothersome to them. Last time I went to pick up a prescription for my 4 year old , I went up to the counter and the lady working said: "I wasn't ready for you, you need to wait" . When she "was ready" she just seemed so annoyed having to look for my prescription. I assumed maybe she just wasn't having a good day with how busy the pharmacy was. But my other experience was very unorganized when they told me that one of my prescriptions was not covered under my insurance only to find out that they did not have my new insurance.... After I've updated with them multiple times. Needless to say, maybe I just need to go to a different pharmacy, but for a non food related review: not my favorite CVS stores to go to even if it's a minute or two away from me.

Yelp
This is the WORST CVS I have dealt with in the Reno Sparks area. The pharmacist is indifferent, rude and does not care about his customers. The staff are incompetent and have no desire to provide ANY TYPE of customer service. After having a prescription transferred to this CVS on North McCarran in Sparks, Nevada, it was as if the entire staff had no idea this was a possible service offered in a CVS pharmacy. (my normal CVS location confirmed the prescription had been transferred to this location) After waiting in line for 20 minutes each time, I was shuffled from pick up to drop off ,FOUR times. It took me four times and 50 minutes for them to acknowledge they had the transferred prescription and could fulfill the order. It's unbelievable customer service has become a service of the past, in this CVS location.

Yelp
Appointment was made for vaccine. I checked in according to instructions. The clerk was polite and said he would be calling our name. He now has totally forgotten us and he could see me observing him. What a wonderful customer service he's providing! That would be a huge NO!

Yelp
CHECK YOUR RECEIPT WHEN USING YOUR DEBIT CARD!! The morning shift Supervisor is well known to the management staff for enrolling customers into the Extra Care+ membership without their knowledge. They know he steals $5 from customers with the enrollment but the managers don't care because it makes their numbers high and they get their bonuses. Last time I checked that was bank fraud. But they just laugh like it's a scene from a sitcom and tell the customers to call corporate. The older gentleman is getting $3 per enrollment ( enrolling at least 10 people a day) and management could care less! So again, check your receipts! Bank fraud and personal gain from store staff should not be something customers should worry about! Think about how many elderly people were taken advantage of. Sick for management ( including DM who obviously sees the numbers) to treat customers like that just for a bump in numbers. I wanted to say something but my job was at risk. But now that I don't work there....

Yelp
This store has been cleaned up a lot in recent years. Now, I have been coming to this same location for 30+ years through a couple of different business names. This store always has the vitamins and over the counter medicines I am looking for. The customer service personnel are always friendly. The pharmacy is efficient. There is a minute clinic of sorts, but I have never used them. I love the BOGO sales for vitamins. There is a good selection of holiday decorations, candy, and cards. Now, the pharmacy hours have been scaled back due to a lack of employees like all businesses. I like the idea of a 24-hour pharmacy, but I have only used it once back in the spring. The pharmacy is also great for most vaccines.

Yelp
Okay so the first person was 100% indifferent to our inquiry about whether a product was in the stockroom because the shelf was empty, but Jerry is a superstar!! Thanks Jerry, for looking in the stockroom for us, you saved this store location from getting a scathing review. We've decided to give you $10 more an hour (if only we could, we definitely would!) Thank you so much!

Sam S.

Yelp
Most of the ppl are friendly and helpful but a woman named Yassa or Yasser, I got the impression she was a manager BTW. I'd never been there before and she I guess was annoyed she had to unlock the liquor dept. She wouldn't make eye contact nor speak to me and as she was unlocking the gate she said, "What do u wanna get? All of 'em?" I didn't know if she was being funny or judgy. But given her previous attitude seems pretty likely it was judge-mental. At the checkout the person before me was paying and she said, "Lot of ones, going to the strip club." And as the customer left she even yelled out, "have fun at the strip club". Lady stay in your lane! If you don't like the products nor the customers at your job - get a dif job.

Yelp
Went in to pick up a couple of prescriptions. I haven't used this pharmacy before, but it was a pleasant experience. The pharmacist was kind and helpful. Gave me all the information I needed and they were quick to get my insurance information.

Yelp
Horrible.. just horrible horrible service. The pharmacists will quotes you the price for a prescription, then .. all of a sudden the price is twice what they quoted.. I'd never go back.

Yelp
tried to get a prescription filled for trulicily for diabetics and have an open prescription for but they wouldn't fill it because it's too early. Meanwhile I go without medication. They wont help with contacting the doctor or tell you how to get the medication. Employee very disconcerting as to the problem, when asked to talk with someone else I was put on hold and nobody answered. I hung up after 20 minutes on hold.

Raul A.

Yelp
Where is employee's customer service skills these days??? As a pharmacy you'd expect them to help people get their medication in a timely & polite way. After 4 hrs to be told come back in 20 minutes and when I did return and they have just simply say oh we're out of one you'll have to go to another pharmacy and they're closed already. No apology for the Miscommunication nothing. I've been using this pharmacy for decades and I may not Return after this awful visit.

Yelp
Man, I just have SO much to say about this DUMP of a store. This is my abbreviated review. First off, when you enter, there are NO SHOPPING CARTS. None! Ask the clerks where they are, they shrug their shoulders. So, the customers are just supposed to carry their items? What kind of baloney is that? Second, the prices are SOOOO ridiculously high! It feels like I'm shopping at a store inside Disneyland!!! A gallon of milk almost $7!!! How do they stay in business? Third, the folks who work there are just plain RUDE! Don't ask anybody wearing a name tag a question. Just a rotten place to shop and do business with. I no longer go there.

Yelp
Nevada pharmacy laws make it hard enough to fill controlled meds. But CVS ses to take it even further the previous 3 months even tho i requested it a few days earlier they dont order the med til the last minute then im told it wasnt submitted or some other excuse that delays the fill for 5-7 days. Which leaves me in withdrawl and sick. This month it was due to fill july 14th. I was told no the 15th. Fine... 15th is wendsday i gave them the heads up on friday so i can come by noon to pick up... verified the day before they said noon. Today i call and they said the order hasnt arrived. Prob one or 2... i repeatedly check the app says in process at 130. I arrive at 220 and told there still an hour wait for it. So again lied to. For 4 months of inconvenience i dont expect alot but maybe they could of filled it in a more timely manner. When i was a tech at Scolaris we had a 15 min in store policy. It really doesn't take much to show ur customers are a priority. So now i sit waiting taking up a chair in this midst of covid. U would think they want to get waiters out to reduce exposure.

Yelp
Update 11-2-2021 = BRIAN the store manager hates customers that ask of him to look at their information or call with questions. BRIAN Will rather watch u never come back than to look up what your problem might be in the system. Called to speak to the manager Brian ( whom did not care one ounce of my issues with the pharmacy, within the first min on the phone with him he suggested I find another pharmacy) I called to explain my situation & ask a manager to look into my situation so it may not happen again the next month. Instead of listening to the issue & helping me find a solution he decided I should just not go there anymore. When I asked why he refused to help me he stated " you sound upset & I think it's better if you just find another pharmacy or transfer your prescriptions to a different location " I was dumbfounded I asked why he refused to even look up my information to get down to the root of the problem & he stated (without knowing & understanding the issue because he never even got my name!) the pharmacy has there own rules & I don't know what you would like for me to do for you since you are so upset " I said "Brian! I've been on the phone with you for 17- 20 min & not once did u take my receipt number, name, RX info did not look me up at all, how are you supposed to fix a problem you don't understand because you have not looked into it!" So he said that if I wanted a refund to come in but that he was not speaking to me anymore because I'm not helping. I tried to protest & ask more questions when BRIAN HUNG UP ON ME!!! What disrespectful service. I have never been so mistreated by CVS. WOW. I luckily called back & spoke to another manager Erica (extremely nice & friendly she is definitely the CVS representative I would always want to speak to.) she was horrified when I told her about the conversation I just had with her supervisor. Thank goodness it will be escalated & I can get everything back to normal. ----------- Pharmacy technicians never knows what's going on with your prescription ( when it comes to having them call the doctor to pre authorize my medication) Pharmacy managers are normally helpful but today 10/29/2021 at about 11 am not even the Asian manager didn't know or even care to figure out why there has been a snag on my medication being authorized by my insurance ( happened to me 2xs here before when I had my existing pre authorization is being taken over by my new treating doctor ) normally a phone call to the doctor will fix the whole situation. No one there even cared to call the insurance company for clarification. Too busy for the customers they are supposed to be helping.

Yelp
This location has been on the decline over the last several months, and today it came to ahead. For starters, it is severely understaffed. I dropped off my prescription this morning, and the woman stated it would be ready in an hour. I knew better than that based on my experience with them. So when I got the text, I just ignored it. I returned to the store at approximately 1817hrs. There was a line of eight people and only one female working in the pickup section. She had no idea what she was doing, and it showed. Once I made it to the counter, I gave her my information and provided her with my Government ID. She then proceeds to tell me that I have to have a State-issued driver's license/ID. Then she asks the Asian woman if she could accept my Government ID, in which she says, "State of Government-issued ID." I laughed because this woman is a joke and has no clue what she's doing. She was starring at my ID 100% clueless on what to do, then finally ask if I have a driver's license. At this point, I'm over it already, I wrestled my license out my wallet, got my medication, and left. The store reeked of bad order and was a complete mess. CVS should train their employees better. The employees should know that Government, State, or Passport can be used as an ID. The old crew that use to be there rocked! The team there now is tearing the place down one customer at a time.

Sandie C.

Yelp
Their outdated phone system is ridiculous. My cardiologists office called in a refill for me and surprise! once again the recording says I'm not eligible for a refill. This happens way to often, when I request a pharmacist or any human, the little man on the recording hangs up. Its really poor business practices, especially when I urgently need the meds. What should be a simple task, has now turned into a huge problem. I need a Tums!

Jim R.

Yelp
Awesome staff, luv 24/7 sometimes a little short staff, but that's everywhere these days just be patient.

Joseph B.

Yelp
The tall white guy with braces was awesome today. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. But he was working today around 1130 am June 29th. He should train staff on friendliness and making people feel welcome. Great job
google avatar

Rachel C.

Yelp
If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your time at this pharmacy. Came directly after surgery to get pain meds and they told me the wait was over 3 hours. When my mom asked if there was any way to rush because it was for a surgery that happened an hour ago... the worker said "nope sorry. There are 4 people ahead of you with the same situation." 4 people... really? Maybe it takes them an hour to count one pill. So incredibly rude and inconsiderate. Will never be back here.
google avatar

Steve T.

Yelp
The pharmacy crew is always busy but the lines never seem to move. I had to drop off a prescription and there was one customer ahead of me. They spent about 20 minutes handling her paperwork. I ate dinner and returned and got my prescription. Again, another long wait. After I picked up my medication I wanted to get some things for home but when I got to the cash register, at the front of the store, yes, another long line. I put them down and bought them elsewhere. They need to move customers through quicker.
google avatar

Nikki E.

Yelp
I was using this CVS for quite a long time but they progressively got worse. I would always get text messages saying my prescriptions were ready and normally they were there at the pharmacy but the last time that happened I got text messages saying I had three for pick up so I went to the pharmacy to pick them up the same day. When I arrived I had quite the line to stand in which is pretty normal. The pharmacy techs were standing there conversation with the customers which is OK I understand customer service but don't be excessive. When I finally reached the pharmacy counter they proceeded to tell me that they put them back on the shelf and that I would have to wait so why did I get a text message saying they were ready?! To be completely honest the quality of CVS pharmacy has depleted. They've moved everything around in the stores a dozen times so it's a Hunt to find what you're looking for. I'm just not impressed with them so I moved my prescriptions to a different store. CVS you have lost my business hopefully one day you figure it out before you lose more customers and go out of business.

Yelp
This store had everything I had to get except for when this Coronavirus hit and everything was gone and just not this store all stores in general was out of everything you need because of all of the dam hoarding going on. If everyone would just get what they need as if shopping normally everyone could get there necessities and all would be good.
google avatar

Jessica R.

Yelp
I picked up a prescription from them the other day. I will say that as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly cashier. However, it goes downhill from here. I waited in line. Pretty short. I was called to the counter with a sour, "can I help you?" I gave her my name then without a word she walked away. Okay... She then handed me the bag and said I needed to get instructions from the pharmacist. Okay... Had she asked me, I would've told her I have taken this prescription before. The pharmacist looked at the bag and read of the instructions. Okay... If I hadn't taken this medicine before, I would've been perfectly capable of doing that myself. Customer service is one thing that I really pride myself in and one of the biggest things I critique when I am paying for a service. The people behind the desk seemed cold and jaded. Sadly, I will fill my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.

Yelp
I normally have no issues shopping at this particular location, the staff is always friendly. This particular instance, I had a huge issue. I was buying nail polish, they had an advertised price of buy one get one 50% off. They also had a few of the same nail polish marked at 75% off. I grabbed 2 at regular price and one that was 75% off. After I was done and checked out, I noticed the error. When I brought it up to the cashier, it was like I was inconveniencing him. He stated that the particular item needed to be marked with the price. I informed him that the section that had the nail polish, with the exact same ones behind it, had the 75% off sticker on it. He huffed and puffed about having to go and check the price. When he came back, he informed me that even though the nail polish was marked that way, and even though all of the ones behind it were the exact same, he wasn't going to honor the price it was marked at. He said that they were put in the wrong section. I then told him that I would not have bought the nail polish if I had known it wasn't on sale. He then told me, with an extremely snotty attitude, "Well, do you want the refund or not?" I decided I didn't want to deal with him and his snotty attitude anymore, and didn't want to wait for a refund. Before I left, I told him he should take that sticker off before someone else made the same mistake I did. I will not EVER shop in this location nor any other CVS location again. I go into this particular one at least once a week. They just lost an extremely loyal customer because their employees have horrible attitudes and aren't willing to admit that they made a mistake and fix it rather than argue with the customer. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT??? I used to work in retail, I understand that you don't like to lower the price, but if it a mistake on your end, YOU FIX IT TO KEEP THE CUSTOMER. Shame on you CVS!

Rodney A.

Yelp
This pharmacy is the absolute worst in Reno/Sparks area. A one hour wait is a 2 hour wait. Place is filthy aNd understaffed looks like it is a pharmacy in 3rd world country. Disgusting.

Kyle B.

Yelp
The pharmacy department appears to be unable to keep up with the most basic of skills. Customer service and the ability to follow details really seem to be outside of their scope. Sad to say that it took us over a year to finally accept we needed to do business with a company that has the skill set to do the job. Walgreens has way out preformed CVS. Starting day one. Amazing, it was about the customer and not the problems of CVS. I know this is not saying much. Standards where pretty low to begin with, but it sure was refreshing to be greeted by a pharmacist who isn't having a bad day! A lot of competition out there and some stores still remember that the customer is the one that covers the paycheck.

LaDonna J.

Yelp
Terrible treatment of people that receive pain medications. Pretty much treated as a drug seeking addict every time I refill. The pharmacist made a pretty huge mistake and left out 30!! of my pain meds and no sincere apology when I had to feel uncomfortable calling, then just hoping to God she admitted she did this because when it comes to narcotics again always treated poorly. Please go elsewhere because the treatment of the pharmacist and most staff is just not what you should go through every month.

Yelp
CVS is a fairly inexpensive chain pharmacy/drugstore. This particular location is conveniently open 24 hours a day. I've had mixed results at the pharmacy. I really liked one pharmacist, Rachel, but then they moved her to Carson City. We had fun joking about my hometown Ridgecrest about which she also knew. I've found one pharmacist to basically go out of his way to be an a-hole. He told me my girlfriend's (at the time) insurance was a zero when I tried to pick up a prescription for her. In fact, he simply entered the number incorrectly. One of the pharmacy techs-in-training was very socially off-putting. I was also told by a front store clerk that she couldn't redo my order to add my green bag tag, that it wasn't possible. There was no line and there is a way to do it. The selection is pretty good as it's one of the bigger CVS pharmacies in town. The traffic is brutal during 4-7 p.m., however so if you always want to pick up or shop then, I'd go elsewhere. Parking is easy and a number of other chain and non-chain businesses are nearby, making it convenient. The front store staff at night is friendly and easy-going. The pharmacists at night are mixed. I found another one (not Rachel) to be socially awkward, but I suspect he's a nice guy though it's hard to tell.

Yelp
I've had constant, nonstop problems with an employee here. Every time my family and go in here there have been issues with this girl. I won't name her since I've already reported her to corporate. She had hung up on me repeatedly, made rude, personal comments to and about my family and doesn't respect patient privacy. Last I saw she was no longer behind the counter and is stocking. I assume it's because they can't fire her but they SHOULD. Karma will work itself out. She is in my prayers but no one deserves to be treated like this when they are ill.
google avatar

Chelsea A.

Yelp
I've never had an issue with a CVS Pharmacy before, or any pharmacy. Consistently rude staff at the pharmacy counter (except for Elvis). I'm not even sure I feel comfortable getting my prescriptions filled here. There has never been a time when I've called this location and they actually picked up the phone. The medication is disheveled as it does not appear as if they have implemented any sort of system of organization. There is somewhat of an alphabetized system.. but when it takes them 10 minutes to find my 1 prescription with my last name starting with an "A"... something is wrong there. I've seen them throw medication to each other from across the room. How many complaints does this location have to receive before corporate gets involved? It should be known, however, that the PHARMACY is the only part of this CVS that I have an issue with. The retail employees are excellent.

Janie A. F.

Yelp
Nothing especially unusual about our experience here except that they were open and had what we needed for our dog's allergy attack. The prices were quite a bit higher than we could have gotten them elsewhere, but again--just happy we could get what we needed quickly.
google avatar

Tracy C.

Yelp
I've spoken to Steve the District Manager TWICE about the rude treatment from Kim the last 2 times I was there. First, when I tried to make a return and when I came in the second time to make the return after Steve called me in regards to an email I wrote. She used to be so awesome and I told him I'm upset over her treatment of me, as I am a regular there, top 10% for this location actually, and could he please make sure she's ok. And they really need to fill in all the open spaces in their cosmetics section, too!
google avatar

Jewel L.

Yelp
The best thing about this CVS is that it's 24hours and their bottle water is usually on sale for a good price of 2.88. Unfortunately if you're buying something even late at night you're going to wait in line for a while, and don't even think you'll be in and out of the pharmacy to drop off or pick up. Even with one person in line you'll wait forever. They have bad customer service and may even forget about you while you wait there. Ps don't park on the side after 8pm or else you'll get to a locked door and have to walk around the front.
google avatar

Lisa G.

Yelp
Had received a pain prescription from St. Mary's. The near by Walgreens had none of the medications so we traveled to this store at 11:30pm. There weren't many people waiting so we got out in a half an hour. Pharmacists were cheerful enough for that time of night. Glad they were open or I'd have to go back to the Emergency room and get admitted to the hospital.

Yelp
This has been a nightmare! They have made me run out of my medication twice for over a week at a time. They never followed up with my doctor and I went without my thyroid medication for over a week! I had to call my doctor to refax my prescription to them twice! They loose paper work. They don't follow up with their customers and their staff doesn't talk to each other or leave notes about any problems going on. Unbelievably the worst service I have ever experienced! I do Not recommend them to anyone!

Shane S.

Yelp
I called in and spoke with the pharmacist to deliver a prescription for my patient who had infection and pain. Two hours later the patient called me because the pharmacy still had not done anything about it. When I called and spoke with the pharmacist again he said they would perhaps get to it within the next 30 minutes and then hung up on me.

Yelp
CVS Pharmacy this was your last chance with my family. You had our latest prescriptions for over 20 hours, because of course they couldn't be filled last night, a text was sent saying both were ready but again, of course, they both were not. Now after waiting another 20 minutes, we were told that this medication is not covered by our insurance and we waited another 10 minutes to get it filled - FINALLY!

Yelp
This is the closest pharmacy near me so it is my first choice for getting prescriptions filled. The pharmacy is extremely helpful despite being perpetually busy and with a constant line. They have a decent array of almost anything for general home you can get, and is a great place to stop by in a pinch if you need something. I like the company's reward program for having a savings card which I take advantage of. It is my number one shopping place for drugstore makeup, and bath products. I have also gotten snacks, home cleaning, and small gifts there. With a clean store, 24 hour pharmacy, friendly and helpful staff and the new Minute Clinic set up, I would highly recommend this chain.

Yelp
Due to some unfortunate medical needs my family has been a regular at CVS pharmacy. It is too bad that we need them but I am glad they are here when we do. They also carry rechargeable batteries but didn't have the one size (C cell) I needed.

Yelp
If I could give zero stars at this point I would. I only use CVS because my insurance forces me to. I always have issues have repeatedly had to give the the correct fax nber for my doctor. They will keep sending get it to the wrong fax number I'll show up when it was promised to be ready only to be told my doctor never responded... they didn't respond because they never got it. This time has been the worst I requested my rx 5 days before I needed it it is a medication for nerve pain and I am now 3 weeks out between mistakes on their end and the required time my doctors office has for rx refills I am in agony. The rx is close to 300$ with insurance so I have a savings card that was on file that is no longer on file. I called this morning to get their fax number to fax a copy of the card over so it could be readded to my account prior to me coming to pick up the rx so they could adjust the price. I included a cover sheet stating what I needed done and my number so they could call when it was ready. This was at 8am when they opened. I just called and after 10 minutes on hold without anyone even picking up and telling me it will be a few minutes or anything I was told when things like that get faxed over they just get rid of them. I was then asked if I could just bring it in... I am not spending an hour at the pharmacy when I can fax it and be productive while you guys figure it out. I refaxed it and am hoping the person I spoke with will actually do what is needed if this was the first time something like this had happened I might not be so upset and just consider it a bad day.. unfortunately this happens more often than not with this pharmacy.

Yelp
What has happened to this CVS pharmacy? I used to come to this location years ago and it was fine. Now every visit is worse than the dmv. The place is in chaos, they appear to be consistently understaffed. Behind the counter there have been bags of customers prescriptions literally just laying all over the place and overflowing. CVS corporate you seriously need to get this place well run and under control. This place is a junkies stick up just waiting to happen!! I have moved all of my business. This place is not fit for business and it is seedy!

Yelp
I went into CVS pharmacy on a Friday with a fever I gave them my new insurance information and waited almost 1 hr for 3 of my 10 antibiotics. I called the pharmacy on Sunday to make sure they had the additional pills the guy had an attitude and told me I had to provide my insurance to pick up my prescription. So basically they lost my insurance information and I was not happy ... My opinion is that these employees at the pharmacy don't care they make u wait close to an hour every time, they all have attitudes and don't care about their customers. They have now lost my business and my entire family's business .. I will never go into another CVS AGAIN !!!

Yelp
Worst experience of customer service ever. I didn't go in for a prescription but simply needed some money orders. The cashier's name is Morgan and he was the rudest cashier I've ever dealt with. I walked up to the counter and first thing he said was "what do you want." I said I need a money order. He replied "ID!" I was so taken back o didn't know how to respond and handed him my ID and said "please". He replied "that's right!". By this point I was in shock. I said "no, you should say please". At that point he threw my ID and money at me and started to walk away when I asked "are you going to take care of my money order?" He replied "no dude and you can leave." I couldn't believe what just happened and said he was acting like an A hole and asked to talk to his manager. I had to deal with his supervisor at that point who promptly and politely took care of my money orders. Morgan is about 6'2, black hair/beard, tattoos down his arm and apparently when he isn't harassing customers at CVS spends the rest of his time at the gym.
