Cycad Guest House

Enjoyed my stay at Cycad. The service was great and the food at Saskia was absolutely amazing. The only thing that I had an issue with is the lighting in the room, it was too dim. As much as there are plenty of lights in the room the placement for me did not work. I would suggest that there be lights in the ceiling as well as around the room.

I had very good stay. The area is well maintained and clean and will not hesitate to visit again. Staff reception is excellent.

I always stay at the main hotel (Fusion) but I was there just for a night with a friend for a funeral, so this was sufficient. I had a blip with the beds but it was sorted out instantly and the manager from the main reception came to greet and remembered my specific requirements from previous visits at the main hotel and made sure that even though I was at their sister guest house, my needs were met! First class all the way!! Fusion Hotel is THE best place to stay on a trip to Polokwane. You won't get better service!

The Dinner was really good and just the hospitality overall was great. I will definitely recommend that if you are in Polokwane you stay here. Close to all amenities as well

Booking was very efficient. Upon arrival our luggage was collected from the vehicle, and we had a warm and friendly welcome at reception. The rooms are well decorated and spacious with all required amenities. Breakfast service and food were good.|Aircons are a bit noisy and TV stations are very limited.

Your staff are all very friendly and helpful. One lady even helped me to carry have Boxes to the Room, that is very rare and especially done by a lady.||||Keep Up the Great Work!

The service was perfect and satisfying. It was first time sleeping at this place but truly happy and satisfied.

Booking was easy, check in simple and all the staff is super friendly. Proper bed and pillows. The restaurant offers a vast variety of options. The ambience in the bar/resturant top tier. You really get more than you pay for. Worth a another visit
