Cycad Guest House

I always stay at the main hotel (Fusion) but I was there just for a night with a friend for a funeral, so this was sufficient. I had a blip with the beds but it was sorted out instantly and the manager from the main reception came to greet and remembered my specific requirements from previous visits at the main hotel and made sure that even though I was at their sister guest house, my needs were met! First class all the way!! Fusion Hotel is THE best place to stay on a trip to Polokwane. You won't get better service!

The Dinner was really good and just the hospitality overall was great. I will definitely recommend that if you are in Polokwane you stay here. Close to all amenities as well

Booking was very efficient. Upon arrival our luggage was collected from the vehicle, and we had a warm and friendly welcome at reception. The rooms are well decorated and spacious with all required amenities. Breakfast service and food were good.|Aircons are a bit noisy and TV stations are very limited.

Your staff are all very friendly and helpful. One lady even helped me to carry have Boxes to the Room, that is very rare and especially done by a lady.||||Keep Up the Great Work!

Booking was easy, check in simple and all the staff is super friendly. Proper bed and pillows. The restaurant offers a vast variety of options. The ambience in the bar/resturant top tier. You really get more than you pay for. Worth a another visit

Very clean and comfortable with beautiful bathroom. Rooms set up beautifully with gown and slippers. Plates and cups in room but no cutlery?Breakfast was delicious with the most amazing croissants ever!! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I will be back!

We checked in on 17 Oct with the friendliest reception staff, who gave us great advice about the hotel and its sister properties and all the places in the area. ||The rooms were lovely and clean and we got complimentary slippers and gowns for our stay. There was even a little note from the room attendant. ||A great place to stay.

This establishment is clean, comfortable, very well kept and very well managed.|My 2-night stay in Polokwane was enhanced by the neat state of the rooms and the great food that was served up. The experience was further elevated by a team of well trained, professional and client centric staff. Thank you and please keep up your standard of excellence.
