Cycad Guest House

Enjoyed my stay at Cycad. The service was great and the food at Saskia was absolutely amazing. The only thing that I had an issue with is the lighting in the room, it was too dim. As much as there are plenty of lights in the room the placement for me did not work. I would suggest that there be lights in the ceiling as well as around the room.

I had very good stay. The area is well maintained and clean and will not hesitate to visit again. Staff reception is excellent.

I always stay at the main hotel (Fusion) but I was there just for a night with a friend for a funeral, so this was sufficient. I had a blip with the beds but it was sorted out instantly and the manager from the main reception came to greet and remembered my specific requirements from previous visits at the main hotel and made sure that even though I was at their sister guest house, my needs were met! First class all the way!! Fusion Hotel is THE best place to stay on a trip to Polokwane. You won't get better service!

The Dinner was really good and just the hospitality overall was great. I will definitely recommend that if you are in Polokwane you stay here. Close to all amenities as well

Very clean Rooms set up beautifully with gown and slippers. Breakfast was good but you now have to pay for special coffees .Breakfast very expensive and food not the same level of quality as before. TV channels in rooms are terrible you can hardly see or hear on any of the few canals available. With technology changing there is so much more available than the terrible viewing. Please look into thisStaff were all very friendly and helpful.Might need to change venues

Booking was very efficient. Upon arrival our luggage was collected from the vehicle, and we had a warm and friendly welcome at reception. The rooms are well decorated and spacious with all required amenities. Breakfast service and food were good.|Aircons are a bit noisy and TV stations are very limited.
