Cycad Guest House

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The lodge is beautifully maintained, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the setting is peaceful and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Excellent food, great facilities, and a warm atmosphere made this a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended and we would gladly return.

It was a rainy day and from the parking area, one of the reception staff came with umbrellas for both my husband and I and ushered us into the guest house. 2. the hosting staff took us to the rooms in order to make our choice and finally the dining area was beautiful and neat.|Everything was just perfect.

Enjoyed my stay at Cycad. The service was great and the food at Saskia was absolutely amazing. The only thing that I had an issue with is the lighting in the room, it was too dim. As much as there are plenty of lights in the room the placement for me did not work. I would suggest that there be lights in the ceiling as well as around the room.

I always stay at the main hotel (Fusion) but I was there just for a night with a friend for a funeral, so this was sufficient. I had a blip with the beds but it was sorted out instantly and the manager from the main reception came to greet and remembered my specific requirements from previous visits at the main hotel and made sure that even though I was at their sister guest house, my needs were met! First class all the way!! Fusion Hotel is THE best place to stay on a trip to Polokwane. You won't get better service!

Very clean Rooms set up beautifully with gown and slippers. Breakfast was good but you now have to pay for special coffees .Breakfast very expensive and food not the same level of quality as before. TV channels in rooms are terrible you can hardly see or hear on any of the few canals available. With technology changing there is so much more available than the terrible viewing. Please look into thisStaff were all very friendly and helpful.Might need to change venues
