Cypress Cottage

We loved this place. The owner was fantastic and so knowledgeable about the whole area. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated and the breakfast was out of this world. The only thing we found was the mattress in the room we had was way to hard, but this is more personal preference. I would recommend Cypress Cottages to anyone

We stayed at Cypress cottage for a night only on our trip to garden route. It was amazing. The house is very old and charming. There is a pool one can relax in. The host is very friendly and attentive, we received some good recommendations regarding the surroundings and also our trip. We would definitely come back for a longer stay next time.

We stayed here for just one night as a stopover towards the garden route and wishes we could have stayed longer. Great guesthouse with friendly service. The proprietor gave us a lot of useful information and advice about our onwards trip which proved to be very accurate. ||Thank you all very much.

This proved to be a lovely spot in a nice part of Swellendam. The property was a converted old residence that had been tastefully done. A lovely well kept garden with BBQ facility and shared microwave.

We had a lovely stay at Cypress cottage. It's such a beautiful home in a beautiful little town. Everything was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The house is beautiful and perfectly located. The host is nice, caring, always available and has great recommendations for visiting Western Cape. We highly recommend Cypress Cottage !

We had a wonderful overnight stay.||Cypress cottages were beautifully clean and neat and the beds very comfortable.||The service we received was excellent, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.||Breakfast was Delicious. Pity we couldn't have stayed longer
