"Wine is an integral part of life on the Dalmatian Coast , a region with many indigenous varietals; a visit to Dubrovnik shouldn’t go by without a glass of local wine. Tucked away on Palmotićeva Street off the main Stradun, D’Vino offers cozy interiors as well as atmospheric seating at tables set on the narrow thoroughfare outside. Try a glass of something new from the impressive selection of local producers—the knowledgeable staff can help guide you in choosing one. D'Vino features several tasting experiences that highlight the region’s star wines: the Konavle Valley's refreshing Malvazija, potent Plavac Mali reds from the Pelješac Peninsula, and Korčula Island’s fruity Pošip whites. Pair the wines with a platter of prosciutto and Croatian cheeses for a wonderful welcome to Dubrovnik and its wine region."

We stopped into D’vino Wine Bar for a glass of wine before dinner and ended up having a fantastic experience. We each ordered a different white wine flight featuring local Croatian wines, and were impressed by the variety — from light and aromatic to bold, complex whites, each pour offered something unique. Our server was excellent — knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. He even went above and beyond by recommending a few great local restaurants for the rest of our stay. The setting was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing pre-dinner drink. Overall, we’d definitely recommend D’vino to anyone visiting Dubrovnik who wants to sample regional wines in a laid-back, friendly environment.

Good wines and very nice cheese platter! A bit pricey though so we expected some small introduction about the wines we ordered but didn’t get any. The place is on a cute little alley so it’s lovely to sit there.

These guys know their wine. Lovely people and so willing to help but also very laid back. Go early afternoon for great wines or later to try the food (we had some homemade tapenade and it was terrific). Let the guys choose your wines!

This place is a gem! Stumbled upon it while looking for an afternoon glass of wine and a snack…had a flight of wines, along with a cheese board and it was amazing. A must visit if you are in town and love wine.

We came here late on evening in 2023, and had to return. Same, bustling atmosphere from the quaint side street as ever. Great wine knowledge from the waiter. I had my first Cabernet Franc... And then I had another. Possibly the best red wine I have ever tasted. A real treat, and reasonably priced for the centre of one of Europes tourist hot-spots. Cheers guys!!

A must visit spot in Dubrovnik! Lovely wine bar with incredible choice of wines. I wish I got his name but the Australian man was the most amazing host! So knowledge about the wines, I loved both recommendations, and so attentive and personable. Made me feel at ease being a solo traveller. Next time I visit Croatia I’ll make sure to stay in Dubrovnik so I can visit more!

No service, only some high level explanations one can learn from ChatGPT. Ordered the tasting menu, and we weren’t even showed the bottle. I got the Plavac Mali tasting, I’m already very familiar with this cepage. The first two, one of them a Postup, were just flat, one even flat, I suspect it was opened for too long. The Dingac supposedly the star, was one of the most basic Dingac I have tried (Violić 2019). 3 glasses of 50mL costs 25€ which I think it is too much considering not one of them is exceptional. Had better wine tasting experience in Croatia. This is by far the worst.

Well worth checking out! The duck pate and cheese were the perfect accompaniment to a glass of Pinot Noir. Sasha knows his wines and is the perfect host
