Google
Lovely atmosphere and good location, the waiters where kind and service minded. Loved the buratta as a starter, but the main dish was just ok. Big thumbs up for where it’s located and the service.

Google
Charming restaurant and waiter but I was a bit disappointed with certain aspects of the food and given the rather high prices, I’m not sure I would go back. The onion soup was lukewarm at best which defeats the point of having a soup in winter. The ossobuco meat was a delight and melted in my mouth. However the accompanying tagliatelle were very basic. Starter + main for lunch was €36 and a coke zero was €7. Atmosphere and decoration add value as it’s a very nice spot.

Had maybe the best green salad of my life. Been coming here since 2007 and it's always been the highlight of my visit. In the past I've always been here for dinner & never been disappointed. Its Michelin rated & Extra gold stars to the proprietor, Sophie who always makes sure my meal is perfect. Can't wait to be back. :)

Google
Unfortunately very disappointing main course (dorade and cannelloni both…). The ceviche was good.

Google
Amazing historic place with a great menu and service. Would highly recommend

Google
We ordered the grilled beef fillet with sides. The pepper sauce was really nice and the meat had a unique grilled taste. But the medium meat was too rare and undercooked. The chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream was perfect and absolutely delicious!

Google
The food is very mid. (Taste is mid, presentation not aesthetically pleasing). We got meat, which we asked to be “medium”.- we got “well done”. And when we finished eating, 30 minutes later we got sides for that meat (potatoes and vegetables). I repeat, after we already done eating! And waitresses didn’t do anything, they just didn’t care…..The price doesn’t match the the taste and quality of the food.

Google
During our week in Cannes, we were there 2 times for dinner. It is located in the old town, very easy to reach it out. The restaurant inside is cozy, very familiar and the people that work there are very kind. We had fish and meat meals and both were super! The desserts very delicious

Yelp
Food, service, ambiance is all wonderful. Unfortunately, Google says there are no available tables/reservations, even when there is availability. I walked in and found a table easily. Writing this review as a PSA for both customers and the restaurant.

Yelp
Nice ambience, but service was rushed. Food was delicious, but too much bourbon on the flambé prawns. WAY too much.

Yelp
Delicious food and friendly service! Nicely tucked away from the busy Croisette, highly recommend!

Yelp
Super cute, delicious food, excellent ambiance and great house white wine. Don't walk by, come in and enjoy the good. I met the owner, she's wonderful and she even gave me a recommendation for where to buy these cute shows by a local Italian shoe maker.

Yelp
Found this gem walking the streets of Cannes. Michelin Star for 5yrs in a row. Had booked in advance just in case it was busy (which it wasn't) and the owner gave us best table in the house (inside). The menu is not large, but what is large is the flavours and presentation. We shared a several choices for starters and a main dish each (and sampled a little of each). This place is really lovely and has been open since 1860, so a little heritage goes a long way.

Yelp
Found this place on a walking tour, apparently it was Picasso's favorite place. It has been around for quite some time and is a Michelin star restaurant (ooweee). Decided to try it for lunch. It's quite cute, tucked away in street. It has a small patio and an indoor seating area. Had a bottle of wine, and tried their lunch special, which came with a starter and entree. My husband and I had the same entree, the duckling, it was amazing. Actually all of it was amazing. And it was worth every euro, including the wine. Definitely a must try when in Cannes.

Yelp
Family restaurant in this spot for nearly a century, walls adorned with photos of movie stars that drop by probably during film festivals. Focaccia was fantastic, soft inside, cheesy and slight crunch on top, arugula balance it well. Cheese plate was fresh. Grilled shrimp was tasty. Aged oven cooked steaks were a bit over done. Spritz and Bourdeau wine were good. Service efficient and friendly. Will return again. Better to have reservation.

Yelp
Owner was rude and tried to move people around tables inappropriately and pressured us to order more food (not the first person to say that here). Place is a mess. Owner is rude.

Yelp
I'm surprised that this place is Michelin recommended. (Contrary to what other reviews say, it does not have a Michelin Star; it is only recommended by the Michelin Guide). In short, you would only eat here for its ambiance and history. The food itself wants to be sophisticated but it's poorly executed. The amuse bouche is a dull tapenade with what seemed like day-old bread. My appetizer was rockfish soup which was good-but-not-great. My wife's goat cheese and salad appetizer was equally mediocre. My main was the special of the day, which was clams and risotto. My wife had their fish dish. Both were forgettable. Dessert was some ice cream and sorbet for me; lemon meringue for her. The meringue was actually above average but the ice cream was below grocery-store quality. Service was very brisk and impersonal, which I'm ok with, but it may turn some people off. The fixed price menu was €35/head. After eating here, I wish I ate at another restaurant on the street for the same ambiance and less money.

Yelp
I had the sea bream and it was fresh and cooked to perfection. My husband had the duck and the sauce was fantastic!

Yelp
Nice restaurant in Le Suquet. I wanted some true French food and this place was recommended to me. Started with the foie gras which was a terrine and came with a buttery muffin shaped croissant thing or maybe it was brioche? Whatever, it was good. Also had the duck with ratatouille and a polenta stick. Service was also friendly

Yelp
walked past this place while in Cannes and the menu was very appealing. got their course meal with appetizer and entree. and an entree and dessert to share started with fish soup which was creamy and fishy in a good way. served with toast and rouille. shared a duck and fish entree and ended with lemon meringue tart which was creamy and tart to end the meal. nice quiet place in Cannes.

Yelp
Da oldest restaurant in Cannes must have been a kool place, in light of da photos and paintings of all the celebrities who have visited da place. Although Benazir Bhutto hasn't been to Bouttau. Da bouillabaisse - da most expensive item on da menu at 49€ - is disappointing: tepid and not too flavourful soup. Only one waiter at lunch, but da guy is very warm and super friendly.

Yelp
Overall our lunch was very pleasant. Apparently it is an oldest restaurant in Cannes. Quite romantic, with a cute outdoor sitting area. We started with some Duck Pate & Salmon Gravlax . Salmon was definitely one of the finest I have ever tasted. Pate was pretty good as well. For entree I had Duck leg confit & my husband had Coq au vin. Both were ok. Not great but pretty tasty. Bottle of wine made everything complete! We did not stay for dessert, but I am sure it would have been great.

Yelp
My wife and I visited this local restaurant tucked in the narrow streets of Cannes. The food, ambiance, and service were all excellent, and really provided us with a great example of how extraordinary French cuisine can be. We started with a new take on foie gras that was served with milk chocolate, freshly baked brioche, and a banana purée. My wife had the roast duck with purple potatoes and I had the braised lamb shank with hummus. Both dishes were delicious and perfectly cooked. We finished our meal with a homemade cream puff and chocolate waffle. Based on our experience, I wouldn't be surprised if this location eventually receives a Michelin Star.

Yelp
Michelin 3 forks。The restaurant was founded in 1860,the oldest one in town。Located in a quiet lane of Le suquet,The lunch set is 26€, which is very reasonable but no lose to its taste。

Yelp
The best restaurant I ate during my short stay in Cannes. Just great food, staff and atmosphere. I was in Cannes for three days and this was the first place I ate. I should have gone back my last day. Great food.

Yelp
Excellent tiny restaurant on st antone. It has a wood stove built into it and carries excellent selection of open fire prep fish. Try their seafood pasta and bull abase soup is a must

Yelp
After Yelp blindly directed us to two restaurants that are closed on Monday we finally threw caution to the wind and tried the nearby Da Bouttau, billed as the oldest restaurant in Cannes. Lovely interior, great service (with English) and there's a video on a loop that assured us that this place has a serious kitchen with chefs wearing tall white hats. The appetizer was a cold spaghetti and seafood salad, brilliant and refreshing. My date ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu and I had the chef's recommendation of sea breem. Both dishes were fab, these folks are professionals. Great flavours and contrasts, nice wine pairing. After a disappointing lunch in Aix yesterday, Da Bouttau was a delight.

Yelp
If you are willing to wait for 2 Hours for your food this place is your best bet! When we complained to the owner.. He said very Rude things to us that I couldn't say in an Internet forum such as yelp...! The food when we tasted taste like air.... Okay you have successfully ruined our trip auberge!

Yelp
Absolutely wonderful, delicious and enchanting for a long dinner while in Cannes. They have all of the fresh local delicacies and someone ordered for me, and I could not have been happier. One of the staples and old-time institutions on rue St. Antoine, I highly suggest trying the specials and enjoying your wine and meal and don't forget dessert, while street musicians serenade you with violins, accordions, and clarinets.

Yelp
They offer a nice 3 course lunch menu during the week. The food was good but I think it's more of a clash with flavours with me. I had duck as a main course with risotto with orange skin mixed in... which really put me off. If I were to go back to Cannes in the future, I'd definitely try it again but perhaps another dish.

Yelp
Oldest restaurant in Cannes. Really cozy space. We enjoyed our food a lot. Wanted to have bouillabaisse but it was outrageously expensive ($58 Euros per person min. 2 people). We opted for the more affordable $29 Euro three course menu and really loved it. The foie gras creme brulee was the true highlight for me. Oh and that tapenade. And their mustard rocked too.

Yelp
Great food (recommend the vote de boeuf for two), and good location. Staff were friendly too, tho we were lucky to get in without a reservation - they turned several others away

Yelp
Fabulous! Been going there for years but never did Yelp, love it! The (set) menu is well worth the money, the starter with the balls of goat cheese and arugula are delicious, and the fish (all) is wonderful. The owner is so nice and the service is great.

Yelp
Outstanding inn, to include service, privacy, and a top drawer, creative restaurant.
