While in Dublin, we were just looking for a restaurant nearby with great ratings, and this came up. We walked in with no reservations on a Saturday night, and we got seated immediately in a very packed restaurant. It was super snug - like really close seating next to other parties. However, it was really nice and intimate, and the service here was great and friendly.
We got the salad with a baked block of goat cheese, and oh my, it was heavenly. Served with mixed greens, tomato, garbanzo beans and drizzled in olive oil and balsamic. The pizza was really great too, really simple and the bread on the pizza was perfect (the restaurant has a huge pizza oven so you know the pizza here is made legit). Saving the best for last, the past of the day, which had prawns, zucchini, tomatoes with bucatini, and the sauce is white wine, but it was like a creamy red, and no complaints. This is probably the best pasta dish we've had in a while and we were so satisfied. So glad we found this gem during our short stay in Dublin, and if you're craving good Italian food, check this place out.
