I always treat Da Secondo as a part of Sferistero. Unique atmosphere, good food and moderate prices. Service old time tradition. In summary: touche of class.

Awesome service. The Agnello al forno was great! It was a quiet night in August and we didn't need to make a reservation.

A little expencive

Ristorante bello e vicinissimo al centro. Specialità tipiche Maceratesi buonissime e preparate ottimamente, con porzioni abbondanti. Rapporto qualità prezzo di molto sopra la media. Il proprietario è un ottimo padrone di casa, il suo cameriere di nome Giusto (di nome e di fatto), offre veramente un servizio da 5 stelle. Trovarne personale così gentile e preparato che ti spiega per filo e per segno i piatti e le tipicità. Per quanto mi riguarda lo consiglio caldamente.

Ristorante situato nel centro di Macerata. Servizio molto lento, abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti in piedi nonostante la prenotazione. Oltre alla lentezza poca attenzione del personale, mancavano bicchieri e posate e nonostante la richiesta non ci è stato portato. Tutto questo a causa della presenza di un solo cameriere che doveva gestire più una decina di tavoli. Cibo abbastanza buono, gnocchetti alla maceratese molto buoni: consigliati.

Buon ristorante anche con specialità marchigiane sito nel bel Centro storico di Macerata in un vicolo tra Piazza della Libertà e Palazzo Buonaccorsi. Molto accogliente l'ambiente. Gentile il personale. Prezzi medi.

Fantastic place in a gorgeous town! Owner is extremely lovely. We had the truffle ravioli stuffed with fresh mozzarella and I swear they shaved a whole truffle on top. See the pic. For mains we had the filet with porcini mushrooms and the ossobuco. Both of them were outstanding. The sauces on both were rich and deep and more complicated than Typical Italian cuisine. Only problem is we couldn't bare to try dessert as we were ridiculously full. Little pricy but well worth it

Best in town! I've had about a half-dozen meals (lunch an dinner) here over several trips and have never been disappointed. I wish I could identify everything I ate, but I didn't always catch the names. Ask the waiter for recommendations. I love the array of appetizers, including deep-fried veggies, olives, and cream!
