An amazing experience worth a Michelin star ⭐️ indeed. Don’t miss to stop if you are in Saigon, location is also very sharp with marble and refined interior. Food is extremely well prepared and presentation is on point as well the service, polite and professional, with the right touch of “humor” to catch a smile even if you are not in your best mood. Extensive wine selection either by glass and bottle. A stop for a glass of Champagne upstairs in their Caviar corner is also not to be missed !

Fine dining Italian restaurant 👎🏻Infrastructure - The restaurant is located at underground level. A fully enclosed indoor with no natural light or view from outside. It is set up like a palace style which is quite old fashion. 👍🏻Services - Very nice and friendly staff & the Italian manager, took care of us on every detail, from any diet requirements, explain to us of the menu, wine list, etc. 😐Food - Overall they are delicious. But there are way more to improve in my view. The menu is overly rely on truffle or top up for white truffle or carvia. Many dishes come with truffles - it’s too much. My suggestion they should be more focus on the quality of food, work on the menu, to make it worth Michelin. The 50 years signature dishes the pasta and the tenderloin beef are just very average. NOT worth the Michelin named. I suggest that the pasta to replace the add on cheese to Parmigiano Regino, instead of the one that they use. Also the round bread is crunchy but not match with the pasta and the sauce. 👍🏻I appreciate the complementary dessert presented on the Italy map. The wine we chose are not bad too. 👎🏻Price - My view it is way overpriced. Food are not outstanding to worth charging this price. Also it is an underground place with old fashion fancy palace decoration, if it is at rooftop with some nice view and more vibes, it worth more dollars 💸.

We absolutely loved our time at DaVittorio Saigon! We went there for our anniversary and were treated to an Italian fine dining journey that was simply amazing. The atmosphere and service are fantastic, the perfect setting to enjoy exceptional food. A must for anyone looking for an elevated dining experience!

Everything is a perfection there! Staff is extremely well trained and, at the same time, not so stiff nor distant. They are friendly and confident of their menu and knowledge. Ah, the whole experience of the tasting menu is definitely worth every penny. Just do it. Even if it sounds expensive, the courses you get are valued way more! Such a tasting menu in Europe would cost at least double the price. The execution of each course is perfect. It's a fine dining that you get really full and at least learned 1 or 2 new flavors. Many chefs can make a good looking food, but the flavor palette at davittorio is beyond imagination. I can't express enough my gratitude to the team of davittorio for this experience.

Went with some friends to this place for a farewell dinner. We had the tasting menu + wine pairing. Everything was super tasty. A bit of a tight pour on the wines but with some encouragement it got better. The best dish was the eggs four ways (the thing with the caviar) - was legit so damn tasty, I wish I could eat it every single day. There were so many things I can't even remember them all, but everything was really a delight. Would go back for sure for another special occasion.

We had the traditional tasting and the “meat lover” menus, Services and the food were excellent. Only 4 tables were occupied last night while we were there, hope they’ll have a lot more business soon

It's an experience of Italian food (fine dining) in town. Food was incredible, service was great. I had really enjoyed my night there from starter to dessert, also wine pairing matched very well. Worth to try for celebrating, dating or occation events Standard of food & service from Da Vittorio, Brusaporto(Bergamo), Italy and ⭐️⭐️⭐️ michelin starred. My experience was on 07/12/2022

Amazing fine dining experience. Everything from the food to the atmosphere and service is simply astonishing. They have 3 set menu: meat lovers, classical and veg. Whatever you choose you can go wrong. This is the second time I visit and you can witness the meaning of perfection. Must try is the Paccheri and the "Uovo all'uovo" if you order a-la-carte.
