Fine dining Italian restaurant
👎🏻Infrastructure - The restaurant is located at underground level. A fully enclosed indoor with no natural light or view from outside. It is set up like a palace style which is quite old fashion.
👍🏻Services - Very nice and friendly staff & the Italian manager, took care of us on every detail, from any diet requirements, explain to us of the menu, wine list, etc.
😐Food - Overall they are delicious. But there are way more to improve in my view. The menu is overly rely on truffle or top up for white truffle or carvia. Many dishes come with truffles - it’s too much. My suggestion they should be more focus on the quality of food, work on the menu, to make it worth Michelin.
The 50 years signature dishes the pasta and the tenderloin beef are just very average. NOT worth the Michelin named. I suggest that the pasta to replace the add on cheese to Parmigiano Regino, instead of the one that they use. Also the round bread is crunchy but not match with the pasta and the sauce.
👍🏻I appreciate the complementary dessert presented on the Italy map. The wine we chose are not bad too.
👎🏻Price - My view it is way overpriced. Food are not outstanding to worth charging this price. Also it is an underground place with old fashion fancy palace decoration, if it is at rooftop with some nice view and more vibes, it worth more dollars 💸.
