I would like to take this opportunity to send my thanks to the staff at Daan Viljoen Lodge, for taking such great care of our guests and guide. It was greatly appreciated and the clients were delighted with the fine service.||Our clients stayed at the lodge on Monday, 5th August 2024. On this day, their vehicle had a breakdown in Otjiwarongo which delayed their journey, to the lodge, considerably and they only arrived at the lodge around 20h00 and the gates usually close around 18h00.||The staff had already been in contact with the Cape Town tour operator and were prepared for the clients late arrival.||The group was well received and fed a delicious meal (their words) and could retire happily to the accommodations which the clients said were beautiful and very comfortable.||Such amazing service should always be recognised, so many, many heartfelt thanks to the team at Daan Viljoen Lodge! ||
