Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. On Christmas Eve, a cashier at this No Frills interrupted me while I was speaking to my daughter, then became aggressive, said he could throw us out, and refused to complete my purchase after scanning all our many items. He repeatedly yelled “bye” at me in front of my children.
Other customers had to step in, calling his behaviour rude, unfair and racist. We were left standing until the manager asked another cashier to help us. This was unfair and deeply upsetting. Management needs to address this.
