I have to admit, out of all the holidays and hotels I’ve experienced, this one has been by far the worst.
Upon arrival, we were given a PIN to access a card that would eventually allow us into our room once it was ready. We had booked a “premium” apartment located at the top of the building, which meant climbing 96 steps with our luggage since the lift was out of order.
We were provided with only three cheap toilet rolls, which we assumed would be replenished daily — they weren’t. In fact, they were replaced just once, and only because we specifically asked. None of our bins were emptied throughout our five-night stay, which was extremely inconvenient, especially for a group of girls who might need the bathroom bin for sanitary reasons. Our towels were replaced only once, and the bedding was never changed.
There was no housekeeping service, and we didn’t see a single staff member until the day we checked out. Carrying our luggage back down those same stairs was also quite dangerous, as the steps were uneven, deep, and narrow.
The room itself was dirty and appeared to have been neglected or even vandalised. On top of that, there was a constant unpleasant smell of rotten eggs throughout the apartment.
Paying £400 for this accommodation felt like a complete waste of money. I genuinely cannot recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning.
