Dada Premium Aparthotel

I have to admit, out of all the holidays and hotels I’ve experienced, this one has been by far the worst. Upon arrival, we were given a PIN to access a card that would eventually allow us into our room once it was ready. We had booked a “premium” apartment located at the top of the building, which meant climbing 96 steps with our luggage since the lift was out of order. We were provided with only three cheap toilet rolls, which we assumed would be replenished daily — they weren’t. In fact, they were replaced just once, and only because we specifically asked. None of our bins were emptied throughout our five-night stay, which was extremely inconvenient, especially for a group of girls who might need the bathroom bin for sanitary reasons. Our towels were replaced only once, and the bedding was never changed. There was no housekeeping service, and we didn’t see a single staff member until the day we checked out. Carrying our luggage back down those same stairs was also quite dangerous, as the steps were uneven, deep, and narrow. The room itself was dirty and appeared to have been neglected or even vandalised. On top of that, there was a constant unpleasant smell of rotten eggs throughout the apartment. Paying £400 for this accommodation felt like a complete waste of money. I genuinely cannot recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning.

Positives. |Lovely size room|Very clean|Comfy sofa to sit on|Great location for proximity to centre. ||Negatives. |When we arrived i had a problem with my mobile network (not fault of hotel) but when we were supposed to get check-in code on the day of arrival, the fault with my network meant I couldn't recieve the messsge. I managed to get into wifi at airport arrivals to briefly contact my travel agent in england, who promised us that there was someone at hotel to check us in and we were ok to continue our journey there. When we arrived, as i thought, the hotel is unmanned, i still never recieved message with entry code and we were stuck outside the hotel for nearly an hour unable to get in. Eventually easyjet rep in uk managed to get the code for us to get in. Once inside and hooked up to wifi... then i recieved the WhatsApp message with my check-in details. Very poor procedure, should have been sent details at least the day before. I was in tears before my holiday even started. ||Considering there is no option for breakfast at the hotel, I would have expected at least a microwave so we could do some food ourselves. The only thing we had was a kettle so had no choice but to eat out constantly. Not the greatest hardship but if we have no option for food here, the ability to prepare our own should be an option. There was a small fridge for milk.||Shower drain was blocked so the bathroom flooded within seconds of being in the shower. This was reported, we were told technician would come the next day, this did not happen so we have been here 4 days unable to shower. ||Unable to adjust heating. We had rain or snow every day so coats and boots are soaked. We couldn't manually put heaters on to dry them. There is a control panel on the wall but multiple attempts to get it to do anything were wasted. |4 days stay. No room checks. No bins emptied. No tea/coffee/sugar refills. |Having worked in the industry myself, having bins emptied at least once in 4 days would have been expected in the very least. ||Bed. Huge bed however it was two single beds pushed together with a foam topper, the beds kept separating so we had to get up multiple times in the night to push them back together as one of us kept disappearing down through the gap in the middle. Mattresses so soft we might as well have been on a water bed. Its wrecked my back. ||The noise from trams through the night is pretty constant. It didnt actually bother us in the slightest however if you are a light sleeper, I think it would be an issue. Not a negative for us but just a note for others. ||Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I wouldnt stay here again.

Location is fabulous tram stop few meters down the road very frequent.. beds are very comfy.. only little issue is the noise from the trams as they run most of the night. Besides that very nice place

Booked the Dada for a recent visit to Krakow. We were a little nervous as there was no reception but as soon as we landed at the airport,we received a WhatsApp from them providing all entry and room details. Unfortunately,when we arrived the lift was broken and our room was on the third floor and again unfortunately I had some mobility issues that were not there when we booked. We left our cases in our friends room and messaged Dada. They quickly came back to advise that they were actively working on the lift and would it help to move our room to the 1st floor. Perfect. The rooms were really lovely, great size, clean, just great.The Dada was also really well situated for the Jewish quarter and the main square. The beds were really really comfortable and the hotel was so quite. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again

Fantastic facilities and great central location. Clean and equipped with all necessities beds particularly comfortable. Access to apartments accurate and easy to follow. Useful having a luggage storage facility on site.

Spacious well decorated apartment in an ideal location. Very clean and well equipped eg fridge, hairdryer, number of towels. Also very comfy bed.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I am leaving a review not only about the property but also about Booking.com for misleading information, lack of any real support, and the enormous difficulties I faced in getting my refund. Instead of assistance, I experienced indifference and a constant passing of responsibility. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this platform.
