Dada Premium Aparthotel

Great location, a short walk to the Christmas markets and lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We had no issues with noise we have felt very relaxed! The beautiful clean spacious rooms with a super comfortable bed for the price! We would definitely recommend! ||Thank you for a great stay! :-)

5 out of 5 for our stay here. Room was lovely, comfy beds, huge bathroom with amazing shower, clean and comfy. We had a room withth a balcony which was lovely to sit out with our coffee in the crisp air. We did have a wee issue with our heating on the first night but that was resolved straight away. Would definitely come back to these apartments and would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in a great location for exploring krakow. Few minutes walk to the castle and the river and the old town isn’t too far a walk |I booked a room with a Balcony, rooms was a good size and the balcony is a lovely addition, especially if you are a smoker (ashtray provided) my balcony had a nice view of the church at the back of the hotel.|Check in was simple. I hadn’t provided contact details but I contacted reception when I arrived and the details were sent straight away. Even though they may not be based on site the staff were friendly and helpful.|There is a luggage storage at this hotel- I couldn’t see if this was available online which is handy for our later flight home.|Overall this is a lovely hotel in a great location. I would definitely recommend it and would return in the future

I have to admit, out of all the holidays and hotels I’ve experienced, this one has been by far the worst. Upon arrival, we were given a PIN to access a card that would eventually allow us into our room once it was ready. We had booked a “premium” apartment located at the top of the building, which meant climbing 96 steps with our luggage since the lift was out of order. We were provided with only three cheap toilet rolls, which we assumed would be replenished daily — they weren’t. In fact, they were replaced just once, and only because we specifically asked. None of our bins were emptied throughout our five-night stay, which was extremely inconvenient, especially for a group of girls who might need the bathroom bin for sanitary reasons. Our towels were replaced only once, and the bedding was never changed. There was no housekeeping service, and we didn’t see a single staff member until the day we checked out. Carrying our luggage back down those same stairs was also quite dangerous, as the steps were uneven, deep, and narrow. The room itself was dirty and appeared to have been neglected or even vandalised. On top of that, there was a constant unpleasant smell of rotten eggs throughout the apartment. Paying £400 for this accommodation felt like a complete waste of money. I genuinely cannot recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning.

The hotel and rooms themselves are very nice and spacious. I had a nice, quiet view of the alley at the back of the building off my balcony. The bed was comfortable enough, the bathroom was large and had nice fixtures and materials. It's very close to multiple tram stops as well as Old Town, and many, many restaurants and other shops. My main complaints are that I had to call to get my code to enter, which was quite expensive even with an international phone plan, and especially the very early 10AM checkout. They have a note on their wall saying if you want later (typical time for most hotels) checkout you have to give them a five-star review and contact them, which I happily would have if they hadn't solicited it. You can hear people stomping around at all hours of the night, but that's not really the hotel's fault, just make sure you bring some good ear plugs and a white noise machine or something like that.

Location is fabulous tram stop few meters down the road very frequent.. beds are very comfy.. only little issue is the noise from the trams as they run most of the night. Besides that very nice place

Booked the Dada for a recent visit to Krakow. We were a little nervous as there was no reception but as soon as we landed at the airport,we received a WhatsApp from them providing all entry and room details. Unfortunately,when we arrived the lift was broken and our room was on the third floor and again unfortunately I had some mobility issues that were not there when we booked. We left our cases in our friends room and messaged Dada. They quickly came back to advise that they were actively working on the lift and would it help to move our room to the 1st floor. Perfect. The rooms were really lovely, great size, clean, just great.The Dada was also really well situated for the Jewish quarter and the main square. The beds were really really comfortable and the hotel was so quite. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again

We lost our key card and the staff were so quick to resolve it. Lovely and clean apartment. The hotel is in a really good location - just a short walk from the old town.
