The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Well located, just a few minutes from the airport. The breakfast was spectacular and delicious! Also, an amazing space with garden to have breakfast and relax.

Very nice hotel! Close to airport and affordable. Very beautiful and clean, there was extra blanket, drinkable water, nice clean shower, hair dryer. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, absolutely stunning cafeteria and delicious meal with hot bread buns . Staff was so nice and helpful, they helped me with navigation. I would definitely recommend it.

A nice, cozy hotel in the middle of many great locations. The rooms were clean, everything that we needed was there but the most important thing to me was the customer service. The gentleman who took care of us provided service that I never had in any country. I unfortunately did not get his name but he was on top of everything and even remembered a request we made 2 days prior to leaving. His attention to detail and hard work should not go unnoticed.

Excellent amenities, comfort, location, and value for money. Super close to the airport and in a very nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The place also has a beautiful dinting room/garden area. Marleyni at the hotel is amazing! Highly recommend!

I've made reservations multiple times for myself and family. We are always treated so warmly and kindly. It's a short walk from the zoo & Mercado de artesanias. The breakfasts are always delicious. Their yard is so relaxing.

Truly a beautiful, serene hotel in a busy city. We especially loved our bathroom flooded with natural light from a tall skylight, huge bedroom oom and the most comfortable mattress I've stayed on in Guatemala so far. The breakfast was delicious in a beautiful courtyard and garden setting. A delightful touch is the front sitting room with complimentary water and friendly staff available for all our needs.

The hotel itself is pretty nondescript. It has nice size rooms and access to a garden where one can eat or relax. The great thing about this hotel is the lady who runs it is super-helpful and sweet. She answers your questions and makes sure you get anything you need. She allowed us to check in early, helped us order in Pollo Campero, and even packed us breakfast because we were leaving very early for the airport. She even directed us to the zoo which is a short pleasant walk and surprisingly was an excellent place to visit. Great stay!

Unbelievable customer service. They care about all the customers that enter. Helped us with making transportation arrangements throughout the country. Antonio is very nice and helpful- he goes out of his way to be helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nice. Coffee is good.
