"A short walk from Daikanyama Station is one of the metropolis's iconic bookstores, Tsutaya at T-Site. Designed by Klein Dytham Architecture, the Tsutaya bookstore is celebrated not only for the beauty of its three buildings but also for the extensive selection of books, magazines, CDs, and DVDs. Tsutaya opens at 7 a.m., perfect for travelers who land before hotel check-in. You can have a coffee or a cocktail in the Anjin Lounge while perusing books. The concierges are specialists in a variety of topics to help guide consumers through the books, music, and movies."

Amazing bookshop full of design, acrivitecture, photo and travel books. Great place to hang for hours with nice coffees and chilling and reading a good book. Especially on rainy days like today. Amazing the way this place is used as a third space.

Daikanyama T-Site is a spacious, beautifully designed bookstore that blends seamlessly with its surroundings. With a wide selection of books and a cozy café outdoor area perfectly pair with a cup of coffee, it's the perfect spot for a relaxed afternoon of browsing and enjoying a peaceful break in Tokyo's vibrant Daikanyama district.

Amazing & extensive 2-story Japanese hipster bookstore with a Starbucks and lots of quiet study or reading areas. Great selection of local gifts. A highlight of a modern building in the trendy Daikanyama neighborhood.

One of the best places to do work in Tokyo. Get here early if you want a free seat downstairs in the first building (the one w a Starbucks). If you want to pay for the share lounge upstairs it’s also pretty reasonable and my favorite plays to do work (but available for taking calls as well as designated quiet spaces). Tons of spaces and plenty of outlets. You also get free access to snacks and soft drinks with your admission. For a small additional charge you can also have free / unlimited beer or wine. Highly recommend this place if you’re a remote worker or in need of a place to hold a meeting.

I'm so happy to visit one of the best bookstore in the world. Everything is just perfect. The atmosphere, the crowd and located in a very nice area. Also a very wide selection including foreign books and magazine in arts and design compared to the rest of the areas in Tokyo along with some expensive and nice to look at souvenirs.

Very trendy area in Tokyo also very much known for finding vintage and trendy one off items. Also known as the Brooklyn of Tokyo. The bookstore is huge and has so many interesting things inside. Lots of eating options with vegan and vegetarian options.
