Google
Waiter was friendly and even shared some local information about points of interest. Food arrived quickly and was definitely delicious and large portioned. They speak English and Spanish. Price was sure more than expected but I guess worth it considering quality and experience. Restrooms are single person and clean but toilets are small... fair warning.

Google
My breakfast was delicious, I got the Scandinavian eggs Benedict and it was so yummy. only complaints are that the onions could’ve been chopped smaller, and It was a little hot in there which made it hard to enjoy my coffee. But over all I had a good experience. Sarah was such a good waitress, vary friendly and on top of things. Would definitely recommend stopping by for breakfast if your in town:)

Our breakfast at Daily Bread was both delicious and efficiently served. My husband’s meat lovers skillet, though flavorful, was a bit dry and could have been enhanced with more cheese or a sauce. My tofu scramble with gluten-free bread was excellent, and the large orange juice, priced at $4, had the fresh-squeezed taste I love. The fruit side could have included more fruit. The homemade blackberry jam was a delightful touch. With both indoor and outdoor seating—complete with umbrellas—the atmosphere is inviting. A great spot for gluten-free diners! Our waitress seemed frazzled but she was plenty nice just in a huge hurry!

Google
Granola was ok. The seeds seemed burnt and it didn’t even have any fresh fruit on it. I’ve had better burgers too, it just felt not put together. Our server was slightly rude, didn’t want to wait for our drink orders, couldn’t modify the items on the ticket, forgot items and couldn’t inform us that some things are not available on the burger. Only after she didn’t have so many tables outside - we started getting a nicer server. Treat your work and the people who you serve with the way you’d like to be treated.

Google
The place was small, but the food was great!! Quick, friendly service. Coffee was good, but only drip coffee, no specialty coffees.

Jessica B.

Google
Affordable prices, delicious food, and attentive, polite staff. The fresh coffee was flowing, the food came out quickly and was so delicious! Such a good experience all around. My husband and I got the cinnamon French toast and the Scandinavian skillet, neither of us can get over how good it was. We will definitely be returning!

Joni R.

Google
Server was 100% rude. When we asked what the seasonal fruit she told us to look at the picture on the menu. Dropped off the wrong beverages and didn't come back. When we were done she brought the check and the machine and left. We didn't know we were supposed to check ourselves out so we waited for her to return. When she did she told us we were jamming the main computer and to process our payment. I told her I didn't know how to use the machine. She said "you don't know how to tap?". I have never been treated so rude. The food - avocado spread smeared partially on the toast. Blintzes were not reflective of the description. The other employees were very nice and helpful.

Yelp
A locals favorite forever. Try it and you'll see why it's Glenwood best kept secret for breakfast. The best Denver omelette you'll ever have! Service is impeccable. No rough cut, snotty diner waitresses here. All the staff are friendly and efficient. It's clean, cozy and located right downtown.
google avatar

Yelp
The eggs Benedict here is something else. I remember hearing a story about how the hollandaise sauce has a special story behind it. I kind of forgot but still awesome.
google avatar

Yelp
This place was packed but the service was quick and so nice! The food was a great diner breakfast!
google avatar

Yelp
Really good baguette French toast and polish blintzes. Service was super friendly and we got seated way sooner than expected.
google avatar

Yelp
While visiting glenwood, we were ent here twice. The food is good, the service is even better, and it is as quick!

Yelp
Daily Bread is the kind of cozy, quietly excellent spot every mountain town deserves. Breakfast here feels like a warm hug -- hearty portions, perfectly cooked eggs, and coffee that never runs dry. The homemade breads and pancakes are standouts, and everything tastes fresh, thoughtful, and made with care. Service is friendly without pretense, and the atmosphere hums with local energy. Whether you're fueling up for adventure or lingering over brunch, Daily Bread absolutely delivers comfort done right.

Yelp
This place is tiny but very cute! The wait staff always makes sure you have coffee and are super friendly. The menu has three items you can make vegan friendly which is nice! I wish they had an avocado toast with more fresh veggies on it. The avocado toast was tasty with the potato's though. It was pretty plain with no eggs.

Heather B.

Yelp
Yelp says they open at 2pm, but when I got there they don't open till 7:30pm. Apparently the food is good here but I wouldn't know.

Yelp
We had a 20 min wait, which was ok as we could shop at the store next door. But it was cold outside so if you are not shopping I can imagine that the wait was not pleasant. Seating was quite tight. Food was good. The eggs and polish style sausages were fine. Simple, hearty fare. The polish style blintzes were ok. Not a fan of the blueberry compote, there was a slight bitter aftertaste. The pancakes were really good. Fluffy with a nice chewiness. Very tasty. The eggs benedict were excellent. Even if the pancakes and eggs benedict were not good (and they were very good), I would have given them 5 stars for the fried potatoes. These were heavenly: crispy on the outside but piping hot, soft and creamy on the inside. It was sublime. We ordered an extra serving of potatoes on the side. I would return just for the potatoes. Server was great with his suggestions and very friendly. He was super busy with the crowd but he made sure we were taken care of. My son needed an extra napkin and we had not even asked for it. We just said to ourselves, oh we need more napkins and he must have overheard coz suddenly he brought us a pile of napkins.

Yelp
Food was great and price was reasonable, cute little shop in main part of the town and had great benedicts. Service was quick and wonderful as well. Quaint little breakfast/lunch shop. If you want the benedict, you'd want to get here before 11:30 to order it. Highly recommend! I got the Spinach/Avocado/Bacon one but swapped out the spinach for artichoke. The potatoes were delicious as well and love the little slice of orange as a "dessert". Will def be back to try various dishes in the future.

Yelp
Delicious food. They are able to accommodate gluten free and even have gluten free toast. Tasty omelet with fresh fruit. Quick service!

Yelp
We were extremely disappointed in our visit. Our food was honestly just not good. The bacon was rubbery with an odd taste, pancakes were just so so. The avocado toast was nothing to write about and the toast was burnt. We waited 30 minutes for a table which was no issue but after being seated we rarely saw our server and she seemed to be put out when we did ask for refills or condiments. Based on all the raving reviews we were very excited to try it but it was a big no for us
google avatar

Yelp
Got here after the breakfast crowds. Great customer service and friendly. I had the Scandinavian Eggs Benedict. Very good, a recommended choice. Over all a very good breakfast restaurant.

Yelp
I hate to leave a low-star review, but I can't get past the number of flies that we had to deal with today at Daily Bread! Something needs to be done because the flies were buzzing around the seats, landing on customers, and resting on the food! Am I the only one bothered by this?! I'm hoping it was just an off day, but I suspect not.

Vera S.

Yelp
The worst food I've ever tasted on my life! Everything comes from microwave and cans/packaging. Me and my friends were unable to eat anything we ordered. Coffee tasted like someone washed floors with it and then served it to us. Service was awful- half of orders were missing and food was missing in most of orders. And on top of it- this is only cash operation- who use cash only anymore at any business???? Stay away if you don't want to get experience we had and waist of money!!

Yelp
We were leaving Glenwood Springs and wanted to start our journey with a good breakfast. At around 9 am the Daily Bread was fill to capacity. After a 15 min wait my wife , daughter and I had some breakfast. My wife had the Avacado toast with scramble eggs, and red potatoes. My daughter had a simple 2 scramble eggs with red potatoes and a English muffin. I had the Florentine skillet. It comes with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, and red potatoes. My eggs of choice were poached . I also had an English muffin. Not many places make soft poached eggs. They did a great job on my eggs and everything else. That's the way to go on our meery way to our next destination. Moab, Uath.

Yelp
This is THE breakfast place to eat at in Glenwood Springs. Given that - it is very busy and sometimes can be hard to find a table. I recommend arriving early. The service can be slow because of the busy times. Overall, the food is good quality and good value in a tourist town. The potatoes pancakes are a MUST! Super yummy. I would recommend sitting outside to enjoy the Colorado sunshine. It does seem like a small restaurant for the outside however, there is a lot of seating indoors.

Yelp
In town on a Christmas vacation and stopped here for breakfast. The food was awesome and so was the service. We had eggs, pancake, polish sausage and fruit. Everything was on point prepared to our liking. We enjoyed it so much we plan to visit again before we leave. :)

Yelp
Damn good breakfast / it's worth the wait! The wife went shopping next door so it felt like not much wait all.

Josh H.

Yelp
Kinda a standard diner breakfast. Service and atmosphere were good. Food ok. Potato pancakes tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Whatever oil or fake butter they cook their eggs in have a bit of an off flavor. Nothing too bad just a bit noticeable. Based on the reviews. I was hoping for a little better. But it works for breakfast

Ron H.

Yelp
This place does everything right. The cooking staff definitely knows what they're doing and prepare everything to perfection. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly and welcoming. Add in a cozy vibrant atmosphere and you have Daily Bread. They don'T just serve food...they serve happiness. You should definitely give this gem a try. We loved it!

Liz A.

Yelp
MEH - I had really high expectations after reading the reviews. Coffee was weak, potatoes tasted like the oil was old, bacon was flimsy. Eggs Benedict were just ok - I could barely taste the ham just not much flavor. Blueberry pancakes were pretty good. Service was very good. I'll probably try a different place next time.

Yelp
We were in Glenwood Springs for the weekend and were looking forward to having a lovely brunch at this spot (the menu looks fantastic). We, 3 people, got seated pretty quickly but as we sat down, we got an urgent call and we had very limited time as we had to leave way sooner than we expected (our car broke down and we had to deal with towing and repairs). We asked the server, explaining our situation, if we could order to-go. The server refused saying that they were "too busy". So they could have served us food and we asked to box it up and they would be ok with that but because we asked to-go right away they couldn't do that? They could have easily made over $100 for that brunch and we would for sure tip for their accommodation and we would free up the table for the next party quickly too. But instead, they declined a totally reasonable accommodation and lost our business and lots of money. Truly a disappointing experience.

Yelp
I loved this place, it was warm and cozy with a great breakfast. I had the Eggs Benedict while my partner had that cheese blintzes. I was impressed when the waitress asked how I liked my poached eggs cooked. I got them runny and they were exactly that. The food was great, I epically loved the potatoes that came with the Eggs Benedict. The server was very nice, she was attentive - she kept refilling our water and coffee and checked if there was anything we needed.

Yelp
Greatest start to the day in a very long time... So we stopped in Glenwood for a night while in route to Denver... Never expected this to be anything but a small town in the middle of nowhere.. But on the contrary this is a bustling beautiful city with tons to do.... Sorry, got a little pff subject... So wake up and of course hit up YELP for a breakfast joint... Boom, Daily bread is literally around the corner and the ratings are great... We are greeted immediately with pleasant friendly smiles... Seated within a minute and served our coffee before we were settled in... Our server, Joeanna, was the friendliest most attentive waitress we could have ever hoped for... It's the little things that count... The ever full cup of coffee, splitting a shared dish without asking, cheerful uplifting attitude.... She was the cherry on top of this visit... We had breakfast and decided on splitting the breakfast burrito... More than enough for two and delicious...

Chelsea K.

Yelp
I have celiac and the gluten free French toast was amazing! They had a decent amount of gluten free options!
google avatar

Becky S.

Yelp
Stopped here since they are now open for lunch!! Couldn't get a picture fast enough from my kids and husbands plate. The burgers and chicken sandwiches were amazing along with the fries and shakes! Definitely do not pass this place up! Great prices also for families.

Steve J.

Yelp
Eggs over cooked bacon was cremated. Toast was cold and jam is like syrup. I will not go back there again.

Andy G.

Yelp
Great menu. Great food. The best part was the service. The guy that helped us (can't recall his name) was awesome. He told us his family used to own the resturant and now he just works there in the summer. He made our time there a perfect dining experience.
google avatar

Kevin B.

Yelp
The reviews were great for this restaurant and accurate as well as we really enjoyed our meal. It can definitely get busy here as it's very popular (and we came during the peak summer season), but we were able to get a table quickly. The service here was fantastic and our service was attentive and very kind. The food is great and we really enjoyed our breakfast (my wife got an omelet with breakfast potatoes and I got the Greek skillet). The chocolate milk was also very good (always a measure of a good breakfast joint) and it was a great meal overall. We'd definitely be back and would recommend it if you're in Glenwood Springs.

Yelp
This is a staple in Glenwood Springs. I grew up coming here as a kid, for breakfast, and now - decades later - it's still here. Definitely call ahead / book reservations online, to get yourself on the waitlist, or whatever the process may be - I forget, as I came here last fall, and will likely come again, so follow all the booking rules & hours, as they're very specific. But this is definitely the "go-to" breakfast spot in Glenwood Springs. When I came here last, I ordered my usual breakfast dish: the Denver Skillet with Pork Green Chili Sauce.

Marc C.

Yelp
This is a busy traditional breakfast cafe with the standard fare as well as some polish specialties. There is something for everybody who enjoys a good quality breakfast. Service is friendly and fast. Our party had an omelette, ham and eggs, and pancake. All were excellent!
google avatar

Pixie M.

Yelp
Wowza - the omelettes here were FANTASTIC and the service was very friendly and attentive. We ate inside, but there is also a small dog friendly seating area outside. The place is small so we were lucky to walk in and grab a table - but I would happily wait for a table on a future visit.
google avatar

Premila M.

Yelp
Nice breakfast place with a good menu with many options. The omelette was really good with lots of veggies, and fruits were fresh. The service is good but a little slow. Good option in Glenwood

Yesenia R.

Yelp
Very tasty! They had a nice patio. The only issue I had was with the menu. On the menu when you order the French toast the description says it comes with a cream cheese filling and berry compote. As you can see in the photo it didn't have any. The French toast was still really good! I just know it would be even better as described.

Yelp
After doing an intensive hanging lake trail we were looking to have breakfast and decided to have breakfast at Daily Bread. We were seated on our table by our server Corina and she bought water along with menus. For drinks we ordered Orange Juice and Coffee. After exploring the menu we ordered Avocado Toast, Tofu Scramble and Veggie Omelette. Our server bought our drinks and drinks were refreshing and we loved both orange juice as well as coffee which was hot. The service was good and we got our food in 10-15 minutes. Avocado Toast was good and avocado was fresh. The tofu scramble was also tasty and delicious. The ingredients in the scramble was fresh and tasty. The veggie omelette was tasty too. The fruit plate along with the bread and potato was also amazing. All in all amazing breakfast restaurant with a lot of menu options.
google avatar

Gayle S.

Yelp
Great breakfast place in Glenwood. The veggie skillet was fresh and good and the burrito was large and also great flavors. This place is easy to walk too in the downtown area. Service was excellent too
google avatar

Xinyi S.

Yelp
Food was okay, not very surprising. Came on a Saturday morning. Waited for 30 mins to get seated, and then waited for 10 mins for the waitress to come over and order. After ordering, waited another 30 mins to get the food. Extremely slow. Not worth the effort.
google avatar

Laurel J.

Yelp
The potato pancakes and polish sausage were absolutely amazing. My partner is gluten free and they had so many options for her. Service was great. We can't wait to go back the next time we visit.
google avatar

Kyle V.

Yelp
Walked in and was offered a table right away for breakfast. The staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in with the host and my server throughout my meal. The food arrived in a respectable amount of time and the portions were just what I needed, big! The price was very reasonable and the menu had something for everyone. I ordered the Breakfast Burrito and a side of bacon. My only complaint was that I didn't love the bacon. It wasn't very crispy and flavorful which is what everyone seems to want! The burrito was delicious and massive which made up for my bacon. The atmosphere is on par with Glenwood Springs because it's an old building restored into a restaurant with character. I'll definitely be back.
google avatar

Virginia B.

Yelp
Breakfast was okay. Nice to find a breakfast restaurant and service wasn't terrible. They checked on us several times.

Christine G.

Yelp
Remember yummy home fries? Deep fried potatoes now. Sorry, not sorry, I judge a breakfast place by its potatoes.

Tracy B.

Yelp
Delicious food and great service from this local favorite. All 6 of us loved our wonderful breakfast!

Yelp
Where to begin. Okay, important context: there is no good breakfast in Glenwood Springs. However, this place is PRETTY good, a shade above mediocre, and it's very friendly and great service bumps it to 4 stars. Oh, and the blintzes are bomb. Our first morning in GS, we came in here and the hostess said a 45m wait, so we cheerfully just went to the next breakfast place on the street. Huge mistake. Terrible, microwaved, bland, overpriced food. The next morning we tried Bluebird across the street--they were out of basically everything and the food we did get was similarly terrible and overpriced. Baffled at the lack of good breakfast in such a vacationy town, we decided to brave the wait at Daily Bread this morning and HALLELUJAH we finally had a not bad breakfast. Lesson: just put your name in and wait at Daily Bread. It's the only breakfast in town even close to good.
google avatar

Irene C.

Yelp
**1 star for drinks** Extremely watered down coffee and Irish coffee. Bloody Mary barely had any alcohol in it. Luckily, the drinks are cheap but we were surprised at how bad the coffee was considering the food was delicious. **5 stars for food** - Scandinavian Eggs Benedict with Fruit - Pancakes with eggs & bacon Both my bf and I enjoyed the food, but the drinks were awful. Service was great as well. We went on Saturday morning and had a 40 minute wait for the patio. Overall- I would come back for the food but would def skip the drinks
google avatar

Evon S.

Yelp
This little gem was AMAZING!! I loved my server Luis. He took very good care of me & was very helpful in describing things on the menu. He even made humorous jokes about things that made my experience even better. If you're in Glenwood Springs DEFINITELY go and stop in on Luis. I have not a single complaint about the food or drinks. They came out fast and were very well prepared.

Yelp
I'm totally confused by the appeal of this place. We were a party of 4 on a weekday morning, around 8:30. I noticed the menu contained many Polish dishes, but I didn't try any pierogi, polish sausage, or potato pancakes b/c I hate being disappointed by my childhood food, so I can't comment on the authenticity of these dishes. The danish my friend ordered was day-old, " maybe by a few days," she said. The avocado toast was a light smear of avocado spread on thick, sourdough toast. My eggs, although I DID order them softly scrambled, were under-cooked so I couldn't eat most of them. The highlight was the fried red potatoes -perfectly cooked! Disappointing coffee. Pleasant service, though, by servers trying their best to overcome the impact of mediocre food. I'm told this place used to be "the jam."

Yelp
Great place on the main drag of Glenwood Springs. Friendly, attentive staff. Clean! Love the glass water bottles. Had POTATO PANCAKES just like a grandma's Meat lover skillet was loaded. discount for cash $
