Daily Paper Archive Store

I know of this brand in the US but found it here in Amsterdam once I googled an article about black owned brands in Amsterdam. So happy to walk away with some items from their flagship store.

The guy who assisted me named robin was so helpful. He even gave me his hotspot for me to retrieve some information from the web. Thank you! I appreciate people who works in the industry that go beyond their means to help others!!!

When purchasing a product from this store, you find yourself trapped. If you purchased something from this store and then decide to return your purchase, you will not get your money back. You will only be given a store gift card with the amount of money spent on the returned product. That is, you are forced to buy something from this brand even if you don’t want it. Products of average quality and design and very overpriced. My purchase of a product from this brand and in this Amsterdam store was my big mistake and a big disappointment.

Customer Service is excellent. I bought a shirt here two weeks ago, and came back today to find another item. The women in the store recognized me, said Hi and was asking whether I liked my purchase the other day. Great customer commitment! Also, I was looking for the Red Captain Hoodie, but unfortunately they didn't have it in the store. The man at the counter helped me ordering it online and he told me it will be delivered the next day! Definitely creating Brand loyalty for me and I eill be coming back many times.

Great service. Ordered a shirt online and they let me exchange it in store for a different size, although it was sale online and not in store. Very helpful staff 👍🏼

My review is not aimed at the products sold by the store but from my experience visiting the store for the Oneplus 5 pop up event. The store is trendy and hip and seems to be nice enough. It is very small and not ideal for a Oneplus launch. Staff were nice.
