高木Takagi, who works at the front desk, was very rude and treated us unfairly. While two Japanese customers were chatting for a long time at the packing area, she did not say anything to them. However, when we started packing our items after they left, she asked us to leave. I was shocked and asked, “This spot is for packing, right?” She confirmed it was, but then insisted we had stayed too long, which was not true—we had only placed our shopping bags on the table.
She raised her voice at us in a very unpleasant manner, which felt prejudiced. When I pointed out that the two people before us had spent a long time chatting there even though they had not bought anything, she replied, “I did not see that.” I was extremely disappointed and could not believe such an experience would happen in Japan.
This incident left me with a very bad impression and an overall negative experience. I sincerely hope your company will take this matter seriously and ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully in the future
