If you want to be right in the thick of the rainforest, then this is the place for you. The tent style huts with mosquito nets over the bed, adds to the beauty of sleeping safely amongst nature. At night you fall asleep to the sound of the nighttime creatures wondering around your elevated camp style tent. ||Sally was away but her staff did an excellent job with a warm welcome when I arrived. ||Not being use to the heat & humidity, the pool was a welcoming sight.||The camp kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare your own food, if you didn’t bring food you can order a simple but delicious dinner meal from jungle cafe on site. ||A nice drive along the coast will bring you to Cape Tribulation where you will find cafes for breakfast & lunch. ||I stayed 2 nights on my own and I will definitely be back. ||If you’re looking for 5 star accommodation with the creature comforts of home. This place is not for you. |If you’re looking to get back to nature and don’t mind a shared ammenities block, friendly staff, creepy crawlies, animals at your doorstep and the simple things in life. This is the place for you. |Don’t forget to bring your insect repellent!!

Three days here was the highlight of my trip. Lovely peaceful setting and the people who run the place were lovely. Good coffee, I didn't end up eating any of the cafe food but heard only good things. There's a small pool, large covered common area and a pretty well equipped self catering kitchen. ||They make it very clear in the pre booking info this isn't the place if you're looking for aircon and being insulated from the jungle, but the cabins are airy and I didn't find it too hot at all, also not many mosquitoes around when I was there in mid november. You will be treated to a nocturnal chorus of jungle noises so bring ear plugs if you're keen for a peaceful night! ||10/10 would stay there again.

Super friendly host - Sally, who gave us a decent meet and greet on rooms and surrounding amenities, as well as where to visit in Daintree. She was super flexible when we had to change the check in dates due to flight change. There’s a large communal dining and entertaining area to satisfy all needs.A very jungly experience, if you love to be in the nature, fall asleep with forest ASMR, this is the place to go.Will come back next time when we visit Daintree again.

We just finished a night hike with Odin as our guide, and it was incredible! His knowledge and infectious enthusiasm made the experience truly special. We saw so many fascinating things (no spoilers!) and left with a real sense of awe. If we could, we’d book an all-day tour with him—it’s the perfect way to bring the 180-million-year-old rainforest to life.

If you want to see a cassowary in the wild this is the place to stay. They wandered frequently through the property whilst we were there in October. The rain forest setting was fantastic the food at the cafe was reasonably priced with generous portions and the owners were very friendly. Would highly recommend

We loved our 3 night stay here. So beautiful sleeping in amongst the rainforest with all the beautiful forest noises. We stayed in a tent with an ensuite. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great self catering facilities. We saw Cassowary’s here too. Would recommend a stay here for people who love nature and camping and the rainforest.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the bed was comfortable and the mosquito net covered the entire bed easily. I slept well and got up before sunrise to walk the jungle trail where I saw a cassowary and other wildlife. One of the highlights of my holiday. Staff were very helpful as well.

We had an awesome time here and can’t wait to come back! Comfy beds, cool rooms and falling asleep to the sounds of the rainforest was unreal. Both breakfast and dinner were great, really good home cooked meals and big portions. The communal cooking and dining area was amazing too, super clean and well respected. The staff were so welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. They had so much passion and love for the place. Defo go on the night walk with Odin! He was fantastic and gave us newbies a lot of confidence to explore.
