Daintree Ecolodge

This was a unique place in that every room is its own small “house”. You get to enjoy being a part of the rainforest. The resort is beautiful. Loved the screened in porch. We also had two dinners here and they were excellent as were the drinks.||There is a small hike to a waterfall on the property that was beautiful and a nice small adventure. For larger adventures the staff helped us with a river tour at sunset which was beautiful. ||My only call out is I do feel it most appropriate for couples due to the relaxed romantic vibe. ||You can hear neighbors a bit due to the open design but this is also what makes it special.

We very much enyoed our stay in the Lagoon Treehouses. It is a very special experience to sleep and eat breakfast directly in the rainforest. The rooms/treehouses were great - clean and good equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great as well. There is small à la carte choice. Everything we had was delicious.

Stayed there for a couple of nights in August, it was a fantastic experience! Staying in the rain forest with all modern comfort. Close to the main attractions and I can really recommend the evening dinners with exquisite fine dining!

A wonderful place to stay. Clean comfortable spacious rooms with everything you need. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Not a complaint, just a comment. The dinning menu was a bit limited. The wine list could use some higher quality wines added as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

My stay at Daintree was phenomenal. The lodges are truly in the middle of the rainforest, with the wildlife coming alive at night. The restaurant food is excellent and locally sourced. The staff is one of the friendliest, hard working and most accomodating I have ever met. Rob, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure everything is to your liking. I took the nature walk with Emma and her knowledge and friendliness made it a highlight. The spa was also excellent, with a very "homey" feeling and excellent treatments. Finally, the entire staff is there to make the stay enjoyable with everyone from housekeeping to waiters there for you. Couldn't recommend enough.

Such a wonderful experience. Hands down the best food in the region. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and guides. My wife and I had a lovely relaxing holiday here. On the luxury end in terms of price but so incredibly worth it!

Amazing!! We loved our stay. Starting with the friendly staff. Rob had great recommendations for “exotic fruit tasting” at Cape Trib Farm. And Cassowary Falls tour. Both were great! (Highly recommend). The breakfasts and dinners were delicious. Room 16 was lovely. We really enjoyed the sounds of the forest. And slept so well. This was a great place to shake off the jet lag and immerse ourselves in the Daintree Rainforest.

We had the most wonderful experience at Daintree Ecolodge – five nights of pure relaxation in the most peaceful rainforest setting. The staff were amazing and every meal at the restaurant was incredible. Cocktail hour quickly became our favourite part of the day! Big thanks for making our stay so special 🙏☺️
