Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We recently ordered the 4-piece chicken strip basket and a burger from Dairy Queen. The chicken strips were hot and crispy, with a good amount of breading and juicy meat inside. The basket came with fries and Texas toast, making it a filling meal. The fries were fresh and had a nice crunch.The Two Cheese Deluxe burger stood out with its two slices of cheese, fresh lettuce, tomato, and pickles, all stacked on a soft bun. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the toppings added a nice crunch and freshness. Everything was served quickly and the staff was friendly. Overall, a solid fast food experience that hit the spot for a quick lunch.

It was ok but there was nothing fast about it waited 30 minutes for our food but the people in drive had no problem getting there's so overall all a 5 out of 10

Ordered delivery twice in a week and both times items were missing from the orders. Food has been ice cold by the time is was delivered and blizzard treats where melted when they got here. Ordered and paid for extra sauces both times and have ben charged for them but never got them. Been told both times that someone didn’t check the receipts before handing the order to the delivery driver. Poor customer service from this location making sure orders are correct before sending them out for delivery.

Just went through drive through and got 2 chili cheese dogs and medium fries. The fries were good. The chili cheese dogs were horrible. The buns were hard. The chili was cold and the cheese was cold to the point it wasn't even melted. This is the second time I've ate their chili dogs and both times were disgusting. I will not go back.

It's DQ, but NO CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM!? What alternate reality did I slip into? Seems like they still use actual large instead of the shrunkflation ones most other places use.

I love chicken strips. But ummm, what is this? Overcooked, 3 pieces, and they were the size of chicken fingers. Fries were soggy and cold. This was the $7 deal. We ordered 2. Can't complain about the soda as it was fine as well as the ice cream although it melted on the way home. (Ice cream is not their fault.) To top it off they didn't offer a drink carrier for our sodas or the ice cream. Won't be eating their meals again, but will return for an ice cream cone once in a while.

I can't possibly give them any better than two stars on this review. I even ordered 20 minutes before showing up. When I got there there was nobody in the parking lot two people sitting inside and maybe three to four cars in the drive-thru. Now from what I'm understanding the definitions of fast food means that you get food as quickly as you possibly can in a convenient amount of time. That wasn't the case. It took him another 10 minutes after getting there for them to get my order done. And even after the order was done the quality. How to get started on the quality The french fries is what I was waiting on. Took him a little bit to get the French fries done but as I get into the bag and look at the french fries the french fries are not cooked all the way. They're not crispy they're not crunchy and then they're oversalted. I haven't even looked at the burger yet but mind you there was nobody there just a few cars in the fast food spot. So this should have been an easy peasy and it wasn't. I'm hoping a lot of people's reading this review and I hope they take it serious. There's a small town there's only two restaurants unless you want to consider Sonic but I believe that's in Mammoth springs. Those are the only two fast food restaurants we have and as far as I'm concerned dairy Queen out classes of McDonald's any day but not this one. I'm hoping that their service gets better and I hope that they continue to try to train their people to be a little bit quicker at what they do. I understand that they're a small staff and that makes it very convenient economically in order to keep the restaurant rolling, but you're sacrificing everything that makes a dairy Queen a dairy Queen. I hope you guys get better but as far as me coming back to dairy Queen in there I'll get my dairy Queen somewhere else.

Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Food was good. If I was going by this DW again I would stop!

The food is very nice! Even though they forget most of my food i guess i can risk a diet service was amazing though and the workers are so nice! I would definitely come again! The cats are super adorable and the food that i smell makes me wanna buy the whole restaurant out!

If you want fast, accurate, good food that isn't cold and rock hard, go somewhere else! Ordered 1 single sandwich. Classic Chicken Strip Sandwich with no tomatoes or mayo, add ranch. What I got after I was asked to pull up behind the other 2 cars already waiting, sat for 10 minutes, got fed up and pulled around to the main entrance, and walked into the restaurant was a cold Classic Chicken Strip Sandwich with rock hard chicken strips, and a few scraps of lettuce! The reason I was given was "we only have one person on the grille today", as I can plainly see 4 people who are milling around the kitchen/drive-through area! The only solace was after returning to the restaurant and going full Karen (I feel dirty now, and shame in them for them making me do this), was a manager who took care and made me a new sandwich, and gave me a coupon for a free sundae...

We literally ordered chicken strip basket, paid more for onion rings as a substitute, and seriously got 3 onion rings. NUTS!!! Not only in one basket did we get 3 onion rings, but we ordered 2 baskets, and got 3 whole onion rings in each basket.

OK, I'm a big fan of DQ and usually try to stop by with the kids. On a recent trip to Hardy, we stopped at this DQ to grab dinner for a picnic at Mammoth Springs State Park. I'm used to the food taking a little while to get cooked, but it is usually worth the wait. However, this experience was one of the worst. The lady that waited on us was single focused. For each person that she waited on, she wouldn't do anything else until their order was completed, even if she was waiting on fries or shakes. It took us almost 20 mins to get our food. And there were people behind us that didn't even get to order until we got our food. Food quality was good, just poor service.

Your typical DQ location. Friendly staff and quick service in a clean restaurant. I've stopped here more then a few times and always had a good experience.

The Thayer Dairy Queen currently has bad customer service and high prices for small portions. I do not plan to eat here again any time soon.
