Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This Dairy Queen is in a tight package, but it has all the usual Dairy Queen items. There is table and booth seating, but it's pretty tight, so not really for big groups. Service was nice, and I enjoyed the food. I would recommend it if you need an ice cream fix.

Service and atmosphere were good the place was clean and workers were nice. Food tasted good but a little steep price for the quantity. Overall, I would recommend going if minimal options for dinner.

Besides of food, the facility is strictly maintained to be cleaned all the times, staff are very friendly. Ice cream in there are very good all the time. I used to go to Tim hortons besides there for enjoy coffee, and visit Dairy queen for enjoy burgur or ice cream! They are so best!

I really love the ice cream cakes here! They taste amazing and the staff are very friendly. If you’re a fan of ice cream, this is the perfect place to get a delicious ice cream cake for your loved one’s birthday celebration.

Honestly I never do this but I had the worst experience here I asked the worker if she could remake a blizzard as it so liquids it was dripping the worker yelled at me repeatedly and told me no it’s not can you not see. Even as I kept calm she continued to yell at me. I work in customer service and under no circumstances should I have been treated that way.

Popped by tuesday evening… I use to avoid this place because of the attitude from the cashiers, so it has been a year or two since my last visit. The vibe has significantly improved and the entire staff were welcoming and friendly. Definitely will be coming by again soon

one star because staff friendly and they open late but food order being correct not so much. burger was COLD cheese not even melted or warm, patty tasted rubbery like they pre-made and had been sitting there, bun was cold, asked no onions no tomato but you can see in photo they didn't follow instructions, onion rings was small and container not full, the dirty worm blizzard upon pick up was pre-made and melting no spoon had to bring home to eat instead of in the car so it melted even more, counted four mini gummies only as you can see hard to even see

Decent but small DQ in the PNE area. Parking is available on Hastings outside of the afternoon rush hour. Seating is available but limited. There are maybe 20 seats in the entire place. Staff were friendly and quick. The peanut and hot fudge parfait I had was tasty. Try not to think about how much fat is inside that nice smooth DQ ice cream. Not sure why they do this, but the fudge is only at the very bottom and very top. A more mixed approach would be nice, as I was stuck trying to scrape the fudge off the bottom after eating all the ice cream. Maybe it's intentional.

This Dairy Queen replaces the bigger Dairy Queen that used to be beside Starbucks. This DQ is clean inside. There are a few seats. I came here with friends. B and I ordered a peanut parfait and it was somewhat disappointing. They forgot to put peanuts on the top of the parfait. But the way they layered/made the peanut parfait was very different from the other DQs. They had the fudge on the bottom and on top. The other DQ usually have a layer of fudge in the middle. So when I got to the bottom the fudge clumped up. Somewhat disappointing.

The service here is absolutely top notch! We came in for a kids meal and ice cream and were blown away at the friendly helpful service here. I will be back 100%!! Best Dairy Queen I've ever been too :)

I've been to this Dairy Queen to order a cake and the people there are super friendly! I was also introduced to the ice cream pizza which I was forced to take then with me because it looked so delicious. They have a good selection of cakes and these "pizzas" that you can just walk in and buy. I wasn't yet able to order a cake online for pickup at this location but they were very helpful in store. Sis you know they can do either an edible image or a hand drawn thing based on an image you bring in? Très cool!

Last Wednesday I ordered a custom ice cream cake for a friend's birthday for pickup on Saturday. When I went to pick up the cake at 4:45pm my wife and I were told that the cake was not ready and that they did not receive the email. We showed the clerk and manager the email confirmation we received and they told us it didn't matter because they did not receive the email. They showed no concern or remorse or even tried to present a solution to our problem. They did not even apologize for the mix up. This is very poor customer service seeing as the cake was obviously for a special occasion and it would result in someone being very disappointed in not receiving their expected birthday cake. With little options, we decided to grab a generic cake from the freezer. Neither the clerk nor the manager offered any support and when we asked if there is anything they can do to make up for their mistake, they denied that any mistake has been made and made it seem like it was our fault that they did not receive the order. We re-explained that we ordered the cake correctly and have a confirmation and order number, so there was no mistake on our end and we were upset at this point. We asked if they could at least give us a discount on the generic cake we had to now buy and they told us "the generic cakes are cheaper than the custom cakes" which was more upsetting, like we were stupid. I told them we were not getting any customization because they misplaced our order. The manager then said she would take $3 off the price of a $33.99 cake. This is even more upsetting and insulting as $3 barely makes up for all the time we took designing and ordering the cake and then there is the promises and emotional turmoil on top of that. If this is how Dairy Queen runs its franchises, I cannot continue to patronize or recommend them and will buy ice cream cakes from Marble Slab or Cold Stone Creamery.

Went there today on a nice sunny day to have strawberry sundaes with my neighbour but they don't give you very much fruit sauce. Too much plain ice cream instead .that's what bothers me as well as the price. $11 for 2 very small supposedly medium sundaes. Disappointing!

Visited this relatively new DQ. I 'ordered' a medium vanilla milkshake, extra thick, with whipped cream on top. Simple right?! I was the only person in the restaurant. They messed it up, it has the consistency of extra thin, or almost like strait milk. I asked to speak with the manager so she could make it right, she said if you wanted it extra thick you should have ordered it that way before it was made. Wow.... I guess I must have looked so stupid, that I couldn't understand nor comprehend something as rudimentary as i must order what I want before they make it. I explained that I did order it that way, getting Lorena, the woman taking the order, to yes indeed confirm that I did request the medium vanilla milkshake extra thick. Just wanted to let the manager know I'm not a liar. By this time I needed to get a move on , asked how long to remake it the way they accepted my order. She said 5 to 10 mins. I then made an instantaneous decision: waiting for them to make right my order would not be worth the wait. So I left, gave it to my friend (who ordered it as she loves DQ). I gave it to her and she said, and I quote "WTF, this is the worst milkshake i ever had. So, now I'm out of time, very disappointed so I marched back in, told them that the get the dubious distinction of making the worst milkshake in the world. Knowing the manager may take several mins to think about this and worry about tbe decision to refund 5.39 plus tax, I just told them to keep it as I had to roll. So, I need to actually thank them, as my new diet, no longer allows DQ. In the scale if things this is about one little bad milkshake & how they mismanage something so little.

I thought this DQ was great, especially because of the staff. They were friendly and helpful, and the food was hot and fresh. It was nice to see ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper at every table. I was impressed that one of the ladies that waited on me, Lorena I believe, went to each table with a smile to ask how the food was. The interior of the restaurant looked nice, and was comfortable and clean.

Probably the slowest and most miserable looking employees I've ever seen. Don't expect "fast" at this fast food restaurant...

Poor customer service. Owner, Paul, doesnt care either. He actually provides the worst service of them all!
