Great hotel if you like all the wind/watersports. I couldn’t ask for a better setting and location. Comfortable rooms and beds, great food with some daily changes. ||In case something goes wrong or you are in need of something Samira will be the first to be ready to help and assist. Not only is she responsible for the gym and morning yoga’s, but she also cares about how your holidays goes on, making sure you feel right at home.||In the morning you will be welcomed by the friendliest and happiest person Jerémie making your fresh juices, he can beat any bad night sleep (in case you have one) and makes your day start with a smile. ||In general all of the staff are very professional and welcoming. It’s a pleasure to have stayed and for sure will return. |Together with the great and professional people of the KBC kitesurfing/wing/foil club it’s the perfect match for those chill relaxing (windy) holidays

My son and I very much enjoyed our stay here. It is very much a kite spot but Dakhla Club has the advantage to also offer a really good size pool and a very good SPA. |The food was excellent, staff adorable and helpful and our double room bungalow had a very good size. |Downside was the noise level. Our room was just next to the restaurant / terrace and some evening entertainment went on until midnight. If you are sensitive to noise and / or go to bed early ask for a room away from the restaurant or bring ear plugs :-)

I had such a lovely stay here this week! The overall vibe is very calm, and the pool area is really beautiful - a perfect place to unwind and relax. The staff was really attentive and kind - everyone from the pool attendant to the executive chef Simo went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and the food was excellent. A big thank you to everyone! ♥

Incredible food, wonderful staff, location and kite-surfing school. Our kids learnt fast with an amazing team, loved hanging out by the pool, heaps of fun activities if there was no wind.

Overall a bit disappointed by the experience considering the price point. On a general note, the hotel ask guests to pay for everything in advance, which is unusual. You have to pay for the room when you arrive, you have to pay for the massage before the massage, you have to pay for each drink (not on the room)…I have never seen this in any hotel in the world. It would be like if you go to a restaurant, they would ask you to pay when you ordered…it doesn’t put you in a good holiday mood. Positive: - the hotel is nice and well designed. Nice pool area - bungalow room are nice and clean. I think our bungalow was recently renovated and had a nice style with modern furnishings - location is amazing for kite (both beginner and advanced) - kite school with good instructors for beginner and good new kite gear for advanced - massage are of good quality Negative: - pre payment process for beverages and amenities. They even ask you to put a down payment on arrival for drinks - spa is not included even Hamman and spa pool (like for the payment, I have never paid for a pool in an spa in any hotel in the world) - the gym is average. no WiFi in the gym, so unable to listen to music - food is average at best. Better experience in other hotels in Dakhla, even cheaper one. - no A/C in the room - no “kite vibe” in the hotel / sunset bar. The bar was a bit disconnected from the kite and beach and as a result not many people used it. I think it would benefit from being located closer to kite centre - kite sessions must end very early (you can see that the lagoon is still full of kite) and downwind are very short, Iimited time to enjoy in Dune Blanche - service is very person dependent, some people are super nice, some other aren’t

I really enjoyed my time there, we had such a great experience, and I’ll truly miss this place. The daily breeze, the relaxed vibe, and especially the incredibly kind people made it something special.||One of the absolute highlights was the beach bar, where Abdul works. He’s one of the friendliest and most genuine people you’ll ever meet. Always smiling, always welcoming, he really made us feel at home.||If you're around, make sure to stop by his bar and enjoy a drink. Totally recommended!

Fantastic week at the Dakhla Hotel and Spa, made special by the exceptional staff. Special shout outs to Ali, Moussa, Jeremy Natural, Diomande Djibril, Asma and Joel at the pool bar. Also, not forgetting the lovely lady who did such a good job cleaning our room every day (25M). And thank you to all the staff who I haven’t mentioned by name. You do a great job and you made our stay special.

Great experience - we have been going for 5 years. Lately we have spent close to 2 weeks and the team was great in event, fun and accommodating us Special thanks to Moussa running the front of the house - great time all around !
