Dakota Hotel Leeds

Had a lovely stay here recently with my partner on a work trip. Hotel is lovely, great feel, clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly and professional. Location great, as well as breakfast. Ability to chrome cast in the room is always good to have too. Couldn’t fault it. Would happily stay again.

Absolutely LOVED my stay at this hotel in Leeds city centre!||From the moment I walked in, the reception team made me feel right at home with their warm smiles and impeccable service. The evening dinner was divine -delicious food, great ambiance, and top-notch service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, making it a truly unforgettable experience. ||This place is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Leeds. Can't recommend it enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Will definitely be back!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Dakota Hotel in Leeds in May for my Birthday and we cannot praise it enough. The hotel is truly exceptional.||||The hospitality we received was top-notch. Holly, in particular, stood out with her attention to detail and genuinely cared about our experience. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Her fantastic service and help to arrange booking and recommend room types made a significant difference to our experience.||||The room was immaculate, extremely comfortable and luxurious.||||All staff at Dakota Hotel in Leeds are obviously committed to delivering great customer service.||||Planning another visit to Leeds soon, it will be at the Dakota.||||Thanks again Holly!

My friend and I stayed at this hotel as we were celebrating a Birthday, I had a couple of questions, one was if they had any rooms with single beds so I emailed the hotel ahead of our stay and also mentioned we were celebrating a special birthday. I received a reply from “Jennie” in reservations, it was the most uninterested, abrupt and shortest email I have ever received. “The hotel had no single beds” was all she said. but she offered no help in maybe putting together a sofa bed? Or even just suggesting we booked an upgraded room with a bigger bed, Absolutely ziltch and no mention of the birthday. I think Jennie needs to go on a course for customer service as she is letting the hotel down. We didn’t even get a Happy Birthday when we arrived or when we left!! I will certainly not return to the Dakota at Leeds again, after spending over £400 for our room for one night we expected to feel appreciated and special. We felt neither. All they were interested in was taking our money.

just had drinks before and after a meal elsewhere. Service was excellent and the drinks were nice. Prices to be expected when drinking in an establishment like this. Outside/ inside part was nice but really noisy from pub/ bar opposite but inside is quiet,relaxing and classy. Overall a nice place to have a few bevvies with friends.

Stayed for 2 nights in a Signature suite , great room , bed super comfortable . The staff were exceptional , all very friendly , polite , helpful , nothing is too much trouble. We ate in the restaurant , had breakfast both mornings and also had bar food , all were excellent . |We did have an issue with noise from the bars / club below on the adjoing street late into the evening , made worse by England playing the quarter final of the football ! Miguel dealt with our complaint and we were offered a discount on the room for the inconvenience . I wouldnt hesitate to stay at a Dakota again .

Great hotel fabulous location and excellent staff , always our go to stay in Leeds. Valet parking works well although the expensive . |Rooms always spotless and cosy. |Bar is always accommodating with great service . Front of house go above and beyond to help
