Dakota Hotel Leeds

Absolutely outstanding! We have stayed in Leeds many times however, this was our first time at Dakota. It will absolutely not be our last... WOW! The rooms, stunning & clean. The B&H toiletries smell amazing. You really get the luxury feel! The few staff members that we chatted to were all really welcoming & friendly. We ate at "The Grill" on NYD & it was absolutely incredible! Again with really above & beyond service. It's safe to say we have found our new favourite hotel & new favourite restaurant. Thanks everyone!

I have been several times now for food, and each time the service and food has been absolutely faultless and Dakota is my favourite places to dine out in Leeds. Most recently I went for Sunday Lunch and the experience again lived up to the standard of all my previous visits. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout to our host Annie, who was absolutely fantastic: friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. The meal itself was a delight. We opted for the three-course Sunday lunch, and at just £40 per person, it was exceptional value. Every dish was beautifully presented, packed with flavour and great portion size. The sticky toffee pudding is a must to try if you go. The venue itself also needs a shout out as it's just as impressive as the food. Stylish, modern, and contemporary. It offers a sleek yet cosy atmosphere and is leagues above most other restaurants in Leeds. I honestly can't recommend dining at Dakota enough and I can't wait to go back for my next visit.

Stayed here last night and it was a delightful experience. Was greeted with a warm welcome and the entrance smelt amazing. The slippers in the room were the most luxurious that I have ever had in a hotel. The location of the Hotel is just perfect: just step out and you have a huge selection of bars and restaurants and only a few minutes walk to all the retail therapy, Leeds has to offer. Would highly recommend a stay at the Dakota 🤩

We stayed at this hotel to go to a Soccer Match in Leeds. It is a really nice hotel. Restaurant is really nice and the food was excellent. The Conceirge named Kam was excellent. He was really helpful. I needed a parking spot and thought that I would valet it. However they did not open early enough for us to leave to go back to Manchester. As a result, I had to get a parking spot but had not made a reservation. Kam showed me how to get a spot on the phone and then he drove with me to the Garage and got the car situated. Kam is a how quality individual and excellent asset to your property. Hire more of him if you can.

There is nothing that is not absolutely fantastic about the Dakota in Leeds. The staff are so friendly, professional and welcoming and the hotel is beautiful, immaculately clean with a comfortable and relaxing theme that runs throughout the hotel. It is a place we will be returning to and we hope for a longer visit. at our next opportunity. The breakfast provided a great choice and it was full of freshness and superb in taste, a great way to start your day.

We stayed here for just the one night and again we were blown away by the staff. The hotel is modern and stylish. It is suitable for every type of traveller. The staff are exceptional at this Dakota Hotel, we have stayed at others but always find this one to be top notch. All the staff from the bar and grill are friendly and efficient. A big shout out to the blonde receptionist (Emma, I think) who was having a difficult day but was courteous and welcoming. She deserves a raise. A big thumbs up to everyone though.

Outstanding , is the word that describes our stay. We stayed on the Sunday deal that includes breakfast and late check out. The Hotel check in staff have exceptional customer service skills. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and smells amazing. Room was beautiful. Bar ambience was good. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return

My lovely daughter booked herself and partner me and her dad and her children and eldest daughter partner and new baby into your hotel to celebrate her middle child’s 21 st birthday |I have stayed at many 5 star hotels but THE DAKOTA hotel has been by far THE BEST|The hotel is five minutes from the train station and in the centre of the shopping area|The room was beautiful furnished with luxury spotlessly clean shower room with the easiest shower ever to operate|We had a fantastic nights sleep quiet and warm followed by an excellent breakfast with an impressive selection of options|The staff all go up and beyond being helpful and in particular all the reception staff |are friendly and professional |My husband and I travelled by train from Blackpool so no problem parking |We will definitely be returning for another treat |My daughter upon collecting her luggage on the way to the train station couldn’t believe that two separate people were complaining at the reception desk !!!! Honestly I don’t know what people are looking for our experience of family members of all different ages was truly a pleasure |Keep up the excellent standards you all work up to ||Many thanks |Stephanie Adams
