I have stayed in this hotel twice. My first stay was in April 2025, and I truly enjoyed everything about it: the room, the service, the food. My second stay in July 2025 was somewhat bumpy. Upon check in, I was assigned to the wrong room since the room I booked much in advanced turned out to be given to another traveller. It was rather disappointing, yet after the discussions the hotel offered me a free upgrade to an executive suit for the entire duration of my stay, but I later chose to move to the room I booked originally. The next night the hotel was hosting a very loud event which went on late at night, and which again was very disappointing. I had my next stay booked for August 2025, and I was going to cancel it, given the experience. However, the hotel apologised and assured me that they have reviewed their even policies. Indeed, the rest of my stay was most pleasant and I have enjoyed the quiet environment, the amazing service, the wonderful spa (ask for the therapist Mala - she is amazing!), and delicious food. I have therefore kept my booking for the next month, and I am looking forward to staying on this absolutely beautiful place again. I hope I will get the same excellent service that I have experienced before. Thank you to the whole team for taking action to make my stay (and your hotel too) better!
