Dali and Gala Cocktail Bar

We had am amazing time at Dali and Gala... the best cocktail bar experience till date undoubtedly. Starting with the decor and ambience, we were blown away by the fact that almost all the art work and curious were hand made by the owner/family. The detailling behind every room and corner was astounding. The best part of the whole experience was the bar tending team... starting from Jay who personally attended to us, gave us recommendations that could not have been more perfect. His enthusiasm was contagious amd he took time to explain every aspect of the drinks or the decor. Such high energy is quite rare to find. Rest of the bar tending team did an amazing job too...such a young team and infectious energy. Well done! The drinks and the food were top notch. Personally I am shifting my loyalities from Bar Spirit Forward to Dali and Gala. Thanks for a memorable experience.

One of the best cocktail bars I have been to in Bengaluru. Has a very eerie ambience which adds to the experience. Everything is in sync with this surrealistic atmosphere and the drinks are bang on. In terms of food: definitely try their stir fry menu- basil potato, beef chilli, pork belly. Raw mango on crisp is great, I didn’t personally liked the avocado and tender coconut on crisp. For the quality of food and drink they offer, I found the place to be reasonably priced.

I usually make it a point to never visit the same bar twice when I’m in Bangalore—the city just has too many options to explore. However, Dali & Gala broke that rule entirely; I found myself back for a second round within the same week. True to its name, the ambiance is a masterclass in surrealism—dreamy, slightly wild, and utterly immersive. The cocktails aren’t just drinks; they’re liquid art, beautifully presented and expertly balanced. A huge thank you to Pradhyumn, Vish, and Suzanne, whose hospitality made the experience. I even had the pleasure of chatting with the Creative Head, Sidharth, whose insights into the concept made me appreciate the artistry even more. Between the high-energy vibe and the friendly crowd, I walked away with great memories and even a few new drinking buddies. If you’re looking for a spot that feels like an experience rather than just a night out, this is it. And if your date night is going good or bad - this place will enhance /save it . Highly recommended.

Visited in Nov 2025 Dropped by Dali and Gala during my recent trip to BLR. I had made a reservation from beforehand as I had heard that this place can get real busy, esp. on weekends. My friends and I ended up ordering 10-11 cocktails amongst us. Every drink we ordered was absolutely top notch. There wasn’t one drink where we felt that the quality was below average. In my experience, it’s actually quite rare that you order more than 10 drinks in a cocktail bar and every single one turns out to be a banger. Also ordered quite a few food items. The food menu here comprises only small dishes (starter type dishes) which can be shared. Even the food dishes were really good. Service is quite good. Friendly, quick and efficient. Overall, Dali & Gala is one of the top cocktail bars I’ve visited this year. A 200% recommendation for folks living in and visiting Bengaluru.

I absolutely loved this place – it's super trippy and has an amazing vibe! The music and overall ambience completely blew me away. The cocktails are truly authentic and beautifully presented – honestly, they're sexy! Yes, the prices are on the higher side, but it's totally worth it for the experience. If you're into unique drinks and a cool atmosphere, this spot is a must-visit. They're well-known for their incredible cocktails!

Visited Dali & Gala Cocktail Bar in Bangalore for an office party and really enjoyed the vibe. The ambience is super trippy, music is great, and the cocktails are well-crafted and beautifully presented. Service was smooth and the overall experience felt premium. Cons: There’s no space to dance with friends, and the side dishes options are quite limited. Overall, a great spot for drinks and hanging out with colleagues, especially if you’re there for the ambience and cocktails.

I loved everything about the place but what stood out was the service. We did not have a reservation but as we arrived slightly early for dinner, we got a seat. We were offered fryums which were continuously being refilled without even asking! I had requested for hot water and the server ensured everytime my glass was empty, it was refilled with hot water. We had multiple drinks but disco porn was the most kinky! Every drink has a theme to it which enhanced the overall experience. Drinks are expensive (around 950 per drink) but worth it. The food tasted amazing. Expect small plates which are reasonably priced and every item (atleast veg) was delicious. While I dont remember the exact names, my favourite was raw mango on crack. I also tried the pepper noodles which were also delicious. Overall great experience and the 10% service charge is totally worth it!
