I really like this location I feel like it is under appreciated. It's never packed when I go except maybe in the summer later in the day. The food is flavorful, good portions, and good value. The drinks are good. The service could be a bit more engaging if I am being honest, but overall the food came out quick and just as we wanted it. The many TV screens were screening sports and the music playing was good.

Hostess seated us right away, entire staff very attentative, prompt and overall a great experience!!! Food/drinks was fresh and delicous,Special thank you to our waiter Shaheeen who made sure that we where taken care of!

Excellent location for a family dinner or location. My family and I had a really nice time here. The servers and greeters were very friendly and accommodating. The place is very clean and well organized. The food was great and very tasty. The prices are not too bad. Very great venue for family, church groups and professionals who want to have some fun together

Came here with my girl after running some errands. was happy hour, we got wings and burgers. Food was good, drinks were a lil salty sour, but great big portions. 2nd & 3rd time came drinks were better, thank you Dallas BBQ

First time trying this place, wow. The music was great, ambiance. This place really knows how to make food! I tried a bunch of things and everything was mind blowing. I had the sticky ribs, fries, yellow rice, and of course the henny wings. Those henny wings, you have to try. Service was awesome. Karina, greatest server ever. Whatever she’s getting paid she needs a raise. The manager on duty was also awesome. Kevin, thank you for your accommodations and for being a great host. He also needs a raise. Dallas BBQ in Jamaica, is the place to be.

Ordered vegetable tempura, hot wings (five), Mac and cheese, and Virgin piña colodas. The veggie tempura... straight from the grease onto my plate. The chicken wings can still fly with all of the feathers I can visually see when the plate came out despite all of the sauce on the wings. Mac and cheese was OK. The drinks are spot on, as usual. They def have that part down. I just wish it was more enjoyable overall for the prices. My waiter William was great as well. Not too overbearing, but checked on our table every now and then.

Came here a few months ago after having not been to a restaurant for more than a year. They were only doing outdoor dining at the time, but the weather was nice and it was worth going to just sit around and enjoy the restaurant experience again. The server was nice and attentive and the food was good like I remember it to be. The steak had those few pieces of inedible fatty bits that nobody really likes, but that's just how it is so can't complain because the rest of the steak was very good and super flavorful. Would definitely come back here again.

Me and my Bestie was in the area and we decided to go to BBQ's to end our Girl's Day. To me you can't really go wrong with BBQ's especially when it comes to their frozen drinks. That will always do it for me. I loveee a frozen Piña Colada. Anytime I come I always look to see what is the featured drink and The Hennessy Nutcracker did not disappoint. I always get something light so I ordered the shrimp tacos which were quite filling along with my drink. My friend had the baked chicken which you can really never go wrong with. The service was okay, just little things that can be improved.

The service here is mediocre, however the drinks make up for the slow service. The service is consistently slow. Ensure you have a lot of extra time when visting.

I went here to treat myself to a nice meal & a drink ...the food was okay the drink was way to sweet I asked the waiter to change the drink he went and got the manager... the manger was very nasty had a attitude bc I didn't like my drink and he did not really want to let me change it for another drink... but he ended up letting me change it after a few words was exchanged ... so now I'm ready to pay and leave and the manger gave me another problem bc he charged me extra on the bill for something that was supposed to taken off the bill smh ... horrible service will NEVER GO BACK .. manger name is Mohammad and he should not be a manger !!!

The good: food has always been good. Got seated pretty quickly. My server was able to accommodate the group I was in The bad: my server was the only one who was working with the group of 24 I was in, and nobody helped him. My three of my family members got up and got their own food from the tray. By all means this is not to knock him, I would've thought they would've been able to help out a fellow teammate by himself. The food was just ok. Because it has been sitting out for a long period of time by the time I got mine, it was cool. The only thing that was good was my pina colada. I was hungry so yes I ate it all, but if my server had help, I probably would've had warm food. Other than that, I always loved BBQ's. I moved down to Texas and yes it's not like it, but I look forward to a better experience next time

I don't do much reviews. But this ones for the people. If you're paying $20 for a burger I'd say it's safe to say that most would assume it's a damn good burger. Not here lol. I feel like I was back in school eating a cafeteria burger. Wouldn't recommend. Service was good. Atmosphere was good but food was trash.

Giovanna is Amazing hands down one of the best servers I have ever had at BBQ's and I've been coming to BBQ's for over 15 years. The first time we actually crossed paths was not even knowing she was worker walking into BBQ's we connected instantly on laughs and good convo and after getting seated she was my server, her vibe is 10/10 she's authentically herself and this is what sets her apart. If Giovanna isn't promoted to CEO soon, what are we even doing here? Joking aside, this woman is the definition of exceptional service! She went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was flawless. It's rare to find someone so genuinely attentive and passionate about their work these days. Giovanna absolutely deserves a promotion to higher management for the level of care she provided. Now, onto the food! I started with the legendary sticky wings, and they were just as finger-licking good as everyone says. Perfectly sauced, juicy, and full of flavor. The broccoli tempura was crispy and light, a great option for balancing out the richness of the wings. My daughter got the fries simple, but done just right and she loved every bite. The drinks were on another level as usual and seemed even bigger than the other locations. The Henny Colada was the perfect tropical kick intertwined the Blue Hawaiian was as refreshing as it was vibrant. But the real star? The Superman Texas Size absolutely gigantic and worth every sip! Giovanna made the whole experience even better with her recommendations and fun personality. Dallas BBQ, y'all have a gem in her. She's definitely the kind of person you want in charge of things!

The atmosphere and food are always a go to . Our photographer was amazing and took very beautiful pictures for our family .

Every now and again the meat is under cooked but that's like every 6 months or so. It's BBQs it's not bad at all.

The food isn't great. Ironically I usually eat before arrival and get some fries or guac and chips to snack on as I drink. Their frozen drinks are AMAZING and a great price. I leave their lit off one to two drinks LOL.

Dallas BBQ still one of me and my wife's favorite restaurants . Celebrating our birthday weekend together, its a tarus weekend with my best friend my wife . The vibe was cool and relaxing. Good food and lots of fun, music. The staff always makes us feel like we're at home .I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with seasoned French fries. A couple of ginger ale ,and seltzer water. My wife had grilled salmon, baked potato, plus we got a frozen Margarita to go. Cool birthday the staff sang happy birthday to us brought us out a cake with a candle in it . Some kind of red velvet cake ,which tasted good. Good to see the restaurant is still up and doing good .nice and cozy location on the jamaica queens side of town.

This was an order for pickup, which I personally picked up. The call in order was for a Salmon CAESAR Salad. When I got home this is BBQ's rendition of a CAESAR salad. HUH? i called to complain and was told that that was their version for the day?!!! I keep trying to make it make sense.smh

I was always a huge fan Dallas BBQ. Key word "was". If you want to remain a loyal fan avoid Parsons Blvd location. Party of two seated at 6:45pm, walked out at 7:05pm, never saw a waiter except when we stopped one to ask was one coming to our table. The best part, as I was walking out I said to the person that seated us, we were never served she was too busy eating her food at the front desk, to care. FYI: the resturant was empty. Solution: many restaurants in Forest Hills, that treat you and your money with respect, which is where I had a delicious meal

Came in with a large group. I ordered a cheeseburger medium rare with a side of fries. The burger was good and the order filling except that it was well done. Regardless it tasted good. My Mac and Cheese was given to go instead of to stay but no complaints there cause I was stuffed by the time I finished eating so I'm taking the Mac n cheese home for later. Servers were cool and restrooms clean.

Updating my review for now Dallas BBQS because I recently visited again while visiting Jamaica Queens. I visited with a very large party following a recital. Service was very good and so was the food. We ordered sticky wings which were perfect. The other guests ordered sesame salmon salad, ribs, more sticky wings and I had the honey fried chicken and scallion cheddar waffle. Drinks were good but the mix was a bit thick and we had to wait for the drink to melt before really enjoying. If you're hungry, do not order a Texas size drink. Keep it simple.

The food wasn't that good the wings had no season into them. They changed the recipe on the coleslaw average at best

Yup 3 stars. I wanted to change it to a 4 but couldn't- Here's why. 3 stars because there was a stench by the bathroom area that is downstairs. Idk what it is but it was putrid. Also I had the shrimp and wings combo and my wings just tasted like fried. Like crisp. Like what happened to the seasoning. Why is the rice so mussy? Why is everything so bland? I came here for BBQs who is back there in that kitchen?? What's going on here? Then BOOM. Distraction. I was there with my teens on a random school night relaxed chilling and this woman was like oh can I take your picture. I was like hmm ok and then told my kids I would never actually buy the photos but let's just do it for fun. Nah this lady made some dope pics I bought two lol! And she had us laughing and having fun that was nice. Also the margarita. Yeah a little regular size Mango Margarita... SLAPPED! They got that right for sure that was two thumbs up! I like this place I parked right outside but the food is a hard NO.

Let me start by saying I live in the neighborhood and have been coming to this location for years. Now, I don't know if management has changed or what, but it's been different the last couple times I've visited. Please note I am a frequent visitor of all the locations. The only one I haven't been to is the new Gateway location. My boyfriend and I went last night because he wanted to watch the basketball game but we didn't want to go to a bar because it's Lent and we gave up alcohol. We came in and asked immediately if they can change one of the TVs to ESPN for the Primetime NBA game. All of the TVs were on the same soccer channel. The gentleman who sat us down said yes. We ordered ginger ales instead of Texas Sized Margaritas like we would usually. We then both ordered apps. The lights were bright!!! It was 7pm. The music was on some lite fm type station instead of r&b like usual. Why are we listening to Michael Bolton instead of Jodeci!?!? (And I love Michael Bolton,but that's not what we came here for)We then asked our server about turning to the game. He says ok I'm going to try. He comes back and says he can't, the TVs won't turn. I said, you all have done it before and the gentleman we sat us said you could. He says ok, I'll ask my manager. We're eating our appetizers and almost finished them. We flag him down, he says no we can't change the channel because a soccer game is about to start. The entire staff was standing together talking about the game to come. I said so you can't turn just one tv!?! He said it doesn't work like that. We decided to leave. We paid for our soda and appetizers, said we didn't want entrees. If the original gentleman told us they were unwilling, we would have driven somewhere else. But for the TVs to only be in the interest of the staff instead of the patrons is just bad customer service!! It'll be a while before I'm back at this location and what a shame. Dallas BBQ is dead, it used to be a vibe!

Wings were good and a great deal with the half and half wings, next time I'll ask for sauce on the side for the hot wings, too much sauce for me

My hunny has never had Dallas BBQ's so I thought it would be cool to order the two things that I know he'd love the most. He placed a to go order online and went to pick it up. We ordered a full order of Honey Sticky Wings (fried hard) and a full order of Vegetable Tempura. I also asked for two sides of Ranch dressing, I only received one. My hunny said it would be the first and last time he orders take out from here. They are on several platforms to order food including their own website which makes it difficult to communicate to the host which app you've ordered from and what the order consisted of. He said it was chaotic and there was an exorbitant amount of confusion. I'm not sure if this is new, but the honey sticky sauce was placed on the side instead of on the wings. We had to cook the sauce on the stove and reheat our wings as well as the veggie tempura in the oven because it wasn't done right the first time. Albeit the wings were delicious I didn't know that Dallas BBQs offered DIY meals. The veggie tempura was bland as heck and soggy by the time it reached our place. The majority of the veggies were fried and stuck together. A little bit of salt and black pepper would greatly improve the batter. I would suggest using perforated to-go containers so that fried foods do not end up being soggy. The saving grace was the ranch dressing which was every bit of heaven that I remember. I have no choice but to conclude that the cook was lazy as hell. Why on earth would anyone serve a meal as such?

Dallas bbq is one of my favorite chicken restaurants. I always get the sticky wings with sauce on the side but since the pandemic I've been ordering take out/delivery. I ordered a 10 pc of sticky wings and Mac & cheese. The best!!! Although, I received a wrong order because i got the boneless instead of bone-in wings. I obviously could not change that since it's delivery but still recommended.

im a fan of dallas bbq! if you're into chicken, ribs, burgers and frozen cocktails yes this place is set for you. Ive always love their sticky wings ohh so delicious down to the bones! their ribs and corn bread is delicious, partnered with their some frozen drinks on a summertime yesss to that! i gave it only a 4 star this time since the power bowl that i ordered (to go) with steak and other one salmon has very little like one spoon of quinoa only i was like thats it? but other than that ingredients are fresh and nice.

Food was good I gave them 4 stars because I'm big on fries and they have ok fries. The beyond meat burger was real good and my pina colada was great. The inside is nice neat and clean. Parking is not ideal you will end up driving around and around also the people that hang out outside are not ideal but you can't control everything

The worst BBQ I've ever had in my life. They should b ashamed to call themselves DALLAS BBQ. Everything was frozen then microwaved. Very sad. I was so disappointed. Ordered ribs. Got two different kinds. Big one on top n smaller rack on bottom.

Okay I was apprehensive coming here because the average Yelp rating isn't amazing.... But boy was I pleasantly surprised and totally impressed by this place! It deserves 5/5 stars!!! This BBQ was outstanding. First of all, all the staff were kind, patient and helpful. Our waitress, Faith, was soooo amazing. She was super professional, super courteous, super friendly, and just made the dining experience even better, if that's even possible! The restaurant was also super clean, and had a really fun atmosphere. Loved the music and music videos projected around the restaurant. On to the drinks - they have a really great selection of frozen drinks. We ordered the Texas size (huge) frozen margarita, which was excellent! Next, the food - the menu is so expansive and it was hard to choose my dinner. I went with the BBQ rotisserie chicken and a side of baked potato and cornbread. The BBQ sauce was soooo amazing! It was the perfect amount of sweet and tangy with a little kick. The cornbread was also super moist and wholesome. Loved it so much! My mom ordered the ribs, which were fall off the bone tender and coated in that delicious BBQ sauce. Loved this place so much!! It deserves 5 stars always!!!

Honestly the food is pretty mediocre but I go there once a week for a virgin piña colada which I then take home and add rum too. You can also now get alcohol to go since the pandemic era rule was made permanent.

They are serving trout for salmon. It's a damn shame. These restaurants are past ridiculous .. if it isn't bad food stale food old food expensive food no food not enough food forgotten food nasty food. What's would be left for these restaurants to serve to paying patrons... someone needs to be held responsible ...

Went out and had the Hennessy wings and a drink the customer service was great, I can't complain. Our wings came out very quickly but we sent them back because we wanted them a little more well done and they did just that. I would recommend this place the drinks was good too

WOW - THE FROZEN COCKTAILS! Came here with my sister for lunch on a Tuesday. The service was great.. We were quickly seated, our order was quickly taken, and the food/drinks came out quick too! The food was very good.. the angry shrimp appetizer could use more sweet chili sauce but it was delicious, the grilled salmon and fries were on point.. the crispy shrimp and cod with cold slaw and yellow rice were ok, just the breaded part kept falling off and they gave too much rice haha Oh yeah, we both loved the *Beach Bomb* frozen cocktail!! Yum! We made it for the early bird special but we opt out because we didn't want just chicken, soup, and side lol They gave us a very healthy (almost vegan, gluten free, reduced sugar) brownie as a complementary after we got the check. How nice! ;) We must go back to try the baby back ribs!!!

Finding parking was not an issue, plenty of space for outdoor dinning. I meet up with my coworkers to catch up and chat over drinks and appetizers. We sat ourselves as there was no host. When we sat we eventually got a waiter, although physically we were 2 ppl, we explained we had a 3 rd person coming to the table. We asked for water and we started ordering drinks, we order 2 stella draft 10 ounce and a texas size margarita. Waiter came back and he only had 1 drink. He said that they were out of stella on draft. I order 2 sam adams and he said they did not have any. So let me get this straight, suddenly they have no 10 ounce beers but they have the 20 ounce, so he was pushing for us to order 20 ounce beers? We declined. So we now order 2 bottles of Heineken. Now remind you that 15 minutes have passed since he took tje drink orders?? WTF, my friend order FF, burger and chicken wings and we still were waiting on beers. Eventually beers came out and then food started to come out, but it was being sent to the table literally one item at a time. How can this waiter expect a tip? He has no idea how to service tables, he obviously does not know what beers are in stock for draft and he is slow like molasses. Well, i tell you this. I dont want to be hungry and have this waiter assigned to my table. His poor service and lack of customer service make you want to walk out and leave. We didn't do that because we are meeting coworkers since the pandemic. Anyways in the end we asked several times for items like bbq sauce, extra plate and togo box and he forgot it all. To the management of Dallas bbq, you need to train your staff properly, you need to have a host to assigned seating and waiters need to be knowledgeable of beers available on menu. Makes no sense that we couldn't be served 10 ounce beers because they were out of it but they can serve a 20 ounce size??? Sadly we stayed since we had ordered food for the table. Will not come back to this location for sure. On top of it all we asked the waiter to clear the table of dirty cups and he said he would do it later?? Really???

Once walking in its such a vibe. The whole place gives vibes. Excellent customer service! Made me feel wanted as a valued customer. We are worthy of excellent service like this placd gives! Bravo!

Overall a great experience server was very helpful. The food was great, tend to order wings with Hennessy sauce on the side. Corn on the cob was great as was the fries and rice. Come here often. Music on the big screen tvs are a tad loud but overall I enjoy coming here. Minus the loud music.

had the half chicken and shrimp with rice. Felt like I was eating a roasted chicken from BJ's that's been in and out of the oven for days. Definitely a dry bird. The shrimp was fried to a crisp and the rice was good. Overall I will try something else when the company orders lunch next time around.

Went to this location last night. Everything was great. The music, servers, and atmosphere was fun. Food and drinks were so so yummy. My only complaint is that I wish they gave more napkins/wet wipes.

I don't usually like chain restaurants. So I'm rating this based on chain type of restaurants. The staff was really very good. The food came out fast and tasted good. The place was clean. it was a good experience all around.

First of all, This is my first time in this restaurant, and the food was great. But I'm in complete shock that you allowed an individual come In without a mask! And coughing and disturbing my table!!! While you at the door asked me for my vaccination card and checked if I had a mask on my face. The worst experience ever here in New York and this was my first time ever in New York! The manager Kevin didn't do anything besides argue with his customers. Worst manager ever, first of all extremely disrespectful towards my table, you put your customers at risk. WE PAID FOR OUR SERVICE WE PAID FOR A GREAT SERVICE EXPERIENCE. But knowing how we're in a pandemic and you decided to be some softy and not care about your customers/ employees health. Horrible!!

This is my second time visiting this location and both times my experience was good. The restaurant is small but I don't mind that, and both times I have visited it was never crowded. It does generate a fair crowd but not so much that your wait time is eye-rolling ridiculous. They have TVs and a nice sound system that isn't terribly loud and they play some really nice songs that goes with the atmosphere. Some R&B, a little Hip Hop, Reggae, Soca, Pop, you know a nice mix. My most recent visit was about a week ago on Saturday at 5. I met up with one of my friends and it was a fun time. We were greeted and seated as soon as we arrived, and the server, Kendrea, introduced herself. Very nice girl, patient, and attentive. For appetizers we ordered the Angry Shrimp (1 portion good enough for 2 persons) and the Crab Cakes and Shrimp (1 portion can be shared with another, but really enough for 1 person). My friend ordered a Salmon Ceasar Salad and I had the Grilled Salmon Filet with a Baked Potato as our entrees with a side order of Mac and Cheese (1 portion good enough for 2 persons). The food was all well prepared and delicious! For drinks we ordered them Texas size! She had a Strawberry Tsunami with a shot and I had a Tangerine Pineapple Crush with Champagne. The drinks was sooo good! Aside from that we really enjoyed our time. We ate, laughed and chatted at our table for quite a long time and was not rushed to leave or asked if we were ordering anything else. You know those things they do when they want you to hurry up at the table. None of that. We were also given complimentary little red velvet cakes after our dinner. All in all, I would visit this location again. Side note: There bathroom has always been clean whenever I visited.

I went to this Dallas BBQ location for drinks with my sister. We also ended up ordering a vegetable tempura. While eating the vegetable tempura I found a foreign bone mixed in my tempura. It was literally battered and fried like the tempura. I took the coating off and it literally looked like a rat vertebrae . It was gross I literally looked it up and showed the manager Mohammed. He continued to tell me that it was batter that was hard and I'm like are you freakin serious this is not batter its clearly a bone. Mohammed was not helpful at all, he took the tempura off my bill but it was evident that he could care less. You couldn't pay me to eat there ever again. Side note our waitress was the best. She definitely lightened the mood and was extremely funny. So sorry I can't remember her name but she was hilarious and excellent. She looks caucasion but shes Latina beautiful person inside and out. We promised to go visit her but I pray she finds her true profession because comedy is it for her. Otherwise don't ever eat here go for drinks and laughs but not the food.

Had a really good experience here. In the past I have been to BbQ but it has been at least 7 years since I been back to one. My mom and her co-workers where in town and this is the first place I took them. They were so happy to get some real food. Everything was good. They lost a star because Our waitress brought us the wrong meal after she asked did I was salmon. I said no, just the pineapple shrimp. Some how... she didn't hear that part and brought us Salmon and shrimp. Overall the old school music videos gave me a nostalgic feel. The environment was right, and my meal was good. It is a lot of food. You may not need an appetizer. Drinks are strong Always!!

Came here with the family after a walk around the attractions of NYC and I ordered the New food Special "Chicken and Waffles". The new special plate came with '3 pieces of glazed fried chicken, 1 huge waffle, 2 pickles, and a side dish of coleslaw. The waiter 'Alfredo' was so kind, he asked what drink we wanted, and what we wanted to order. I went with the water as usual and ordered. The wait didn't seem to long for me, maybe about a good 21 minutes, and when I the food came I was astonished. The plate had 3 glazed pieces of chicken: 1 drumstick, 1 wing, and 1 breast. The waffle was huge, practically on the edge of the plate and had a nice ASMR crunch to it, when I ate it! The pickles were sour, but juciy and tasted good when I had it with the sticky chicken. Lastly, the coleslaw, I don't have a solid review about it because I generally don't like coleslaw and I only took one tiny bite of it and give the rest of it to my Nana. Overall: Food/Service The food was very nice I enjoyed the wings and drumsticks very much. The breast wasn't my favorite because I don't like breasts like that and it got tasteless once I got to the middle of it, but the drumsticks made up for it. The waffle was alright it wasn't the best, but it wasn't bad . It didn't come with syrup or butter, but the glaze from the chicken had a nice touch with the crunchy waffles. The pickles only came with a serving of 2, but I still decided to consume them since their pickles and pickles are very yummy. Their portions are huge for my liking but I was able to finish the plate clean! This service was very top notch and 'Alfredo' is a very kind man who is very attentive to the customers needs, great waiter!
