We had our annual corporate meetings here and OMG top notch and a solid 10/10. Lily was our go to girl and she did an amazing job. Everything was fantastic from the check in process, the size of the conference room, the food was a hit, always hot and they kept it coming. They accommodated the little request like extra this and that or slight modifications with a smile. Housekeeping was great and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Bathrooms were very well kept. Seriously some of the best hospitality I’ve seen in a long time. If you need to book a space for a meeting, a venue for a wedding or somewhere for guest to stay this is the place. Thank you!

Great experience at this Marriott. The check-in was smooth and all the employees were very helpful. It was easy walking distance to nearby office locations and restaurants, and the service at the bar downstairs was pretty awesome. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It had all the typical amenities that you would expect from a Marriott and the entire stay was very peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in this area, and I'm sure we will be back!

This is a LOVELY hotel, and you will be happy you chose to stay here. The location is perfect. The rooms are just right, and the amenities are unique. I so prefer a delectable breakfast that I pay for than a mediocre one that's free. And breakfast here was just that, delectable. I had avocado toast and eggs and a triple-shot Starbucks Latte. Doesn't that sound amazing? But wait, LOL there's more-the staff is great! Clayton and Julia are just fantastic. Clayton is personable and professional, a great combination in a team member. And then breakfast was coordinated and served by the precious Julia. She is graceful and attentive, and a gem! This Marriott is hiring the right people and serving its guests well.

I’ve been a Marriott patron for close to 15 years. Rarely have I seen the level of service that Ashely has provided here. We are in town for a conference but several of the gentlemen in our group are veterans. One day shy of Veteran’s Day, Ashley showed the utmost courtesy to our veterans and recognizing their service to our country. Extremely polite, respectful, and it is humbling to see an organization that still takes the time to understand their customers. Garret was a true professional as well and was extremely courteous to our group. This is why I continue to remain loyal to Marriott and I truly appreciate the courtesy and service of this Marriott team in Addison!!!

Title: Extremely Unsafe Stay — Door Wouldn’t Lock, Unregistered Room, and Unauthorized Entry! I am a gospel artist staying under my assistant’s name while in town with my team for the Avidity Awards. From day one, my door (Room 534) did not lock. The engineer admitted the door was off-track but said fixing it would be too noisy. He suggested “just using the latch.” I refused and asked to be moved. They moved me to another room, but when I went to breakfast, the staff publicly argued with me in front of my team saying I wasn’t even a guest. I went to the front desk and discovered the room they put me in was out of order — and I wasn’t showing in Room 534 either. I was not listed anywhere in their system for nearly two days. Then at 8:30 AM, while asleep, someone walked into my room with a key. No knock, no warning, just “Oh sorry” and the door shut. The front desk said they “had to roll back cameras” because they didn’t know who it was, and even suggested housekeeping thought I’d “checked out overnight.” Checkout is 11 AM. Their only offer? Free breakfast. No safety follow-up. No manager available. No apology. This hotel is unsafe, careless, and unprofessional. If you’re a woman traveling alone or in a group — especially women of color — please do not stay here. Marriott needs to do better. Skylar, The manager I spoke to yesterday when I told her that I felt that this was unsafe and that anything could happen. She admitted that that was definitely true and I told her I want my money back and I’m not stopping Marriott until I get my money back you all should be ashamed of yourself for not taking proper safety precautions in a hotel in an open carry state and allowing someone to walk into the room and just nonchalant thing acting like it’s OK. The general manager should have been called at that very moment because that’s a safety issue. UPDATE: IT JUST HAPPENED AGAIN! The housekeeper just walked into my room. She did not knock on the door and when I asked her why they keep coming in here she said because the room in their system says that the room is vacant. I called downstairs to talk to the front desk manager, and she was very nonchalant and told me that the general manager does not work on weekends and they don’t reach out to the general manager for issues. I told them to get Skyler on the phone who is the manager of the front desk or the front area or something and they refused!! my safety, and my privacy has been violated twice in one morning!!! #Marriott #HotelSafety #TexasTravel #UnsafeHotel

Our first time here in DFW area for a Aviation conference and our room had small issues first with our safe had to have Mateinance come up to re-boot up the safe which he did then a few hours later when we were ready to go to dinner the safe did not work at all had to call the front desk for Mateinance again . This time we didn't use the safe, we just hid our valuables.||||Second was the shower. The faucet was not operating and kept on turning and trying to find the correct temperature and turning off the faucet was a challenge. ||||The pool was relaxing and water temp was perfect. No one was there. We got two days of sun and white puffy clouds passing by to give us that nice break. Even tho we are from South Florida we love sunny days and it is the rainy season that we have to adjust to. Room was small and bed was firm, comfy and the pillows were rock hard firm.||||The goodness of this hotel that it was close by to plenty of fine eats, good valet parking and great guys who took great care of us, Tyler and Jordan. The paperless phone app notifications to valet worked great!!! And SUZ took great care of us at the bar. Club M club was great for that quick beverage or snack to get you going.||||As Ambassador Elite members and a Marriott Lifers, we really enjoy staying at these property's but some updating is in need!!!

Our first time staying here for Aviation Business and it was a pleasant stay. Check in was a breeze, the room was ok, firm comfy bed, the M club lounge was plentiful of a quick breakfast and snack at 5 pm. The pool was relaxing , no one there and the water temp was perfect. The Valet parking with the phone app was awesome!!! No paper ticket just text them and watch the car on your phone arrive at valet or parked for the night. Two pleasant employees who took care of our rental, TYLER and JORDAN were aces!!! Nice conversation, before and after our arrival and departure. Easy to identify our rental due to it being a bright orange Kia Kona. Bartender in the lobby bar , SUZ, took great care of us. Cheers!!! We will be back!!!

Google
FIVE STAR hotel with FIVE STAR accomodations. Everyone here - from the front desk clerk, to the bartender, to the valet was nothing but welcoming and friendly. Got a room on the 12th floor - king room - very comfortable bed, large shower, big TV and lots of plug ins. Bartender/food/beer - If you are starving - get the "sheet pan" nachos. I just about guarantee you can't eat them all by yourself. The nachos were piled high (and all had cheese on them) and covered with both queso and shredded cheese, jalapenos, pico, guac. Wife had the philly cheesesteak sandwich and it was pretty good as well. Drinks - check out the adult rootbeer custom cocktail. Get ol' JT to make you one. Thank me later. We will be back!

Yelp
I had a stay here after being displaced from the original hotel I booked due to overbooking. This hotel was very accommodating and the hotel staffers were friendly and energetic. I enjoyed a clean room with minimal to no issues thankfully.

Yelp
Front Desk staff are all friendly. The only reason why I didn't give 5 Stars is because of this. For a big hotel, there are 2 washers /2 Dryers and only 1 Dryer worked. We've been traveling from Florida and headed to Las Vegas and this was one of our stops. We already planned on doing laundry here since it was mid way for us and we only had 1 load. There were no signs whatsoever that the dryer was broken. I called the front desk and they sent the maintenance worker. Only to find out from others who were also waiting that its been broken the whole week. Errr!!! In order to use these machines, you need to download an app. They ended up refunding me but that's just annoying. Other than that, accommodations we're good. Rooms were clean and the pool is outdoor. Drinks and food at the pool were a bit pricey but hey, if you want it pay for it so I did. Close proximity to stores and restaurants (Ida Claire's) so we walked a few blocks. It was nice. Overall, great spot and I'd return again.

Yelp
My wife and I stayed here during her business trip, as the conference was being held at the hotel. Getting here from out of town wasn't too bad, aside from the heavy traffic in the surrounding area. Plenty of places and drink near by, so this location is perfect for these type of amenities. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the ConAir iron provided, it did a great job steam pressing my jeans and shirt. One suggestion I have is to ensure room keys work for accessing the parking lot. We had some trouble with our cards not working at first, which was frustrating since it seemed like something that should be standard. Accessing the parking lot from the frontage road is tight, especially if you're driving a larger vehicle. If you have a vehicle with a lift kit, the parking garage might not be an option for you. Thankfully, there are signs posted before entering, so pay attention. I'd recommend using the entrance on the back side of the hotel rather than the frontage road; it's easier to enter, and you won't have to worry about rear-ending issues. The parking garage has gates that require a room key for entry, but when I pressed the assistance button (since I hadn't received my room key yet), they didn't ask for my room number or verify anything, and the gate just opened. I also noticed that the gates were left open during the day, which made me question the point of having security gates in the first place. The hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, but I'd highly recommend bringing your own or purchasing some nearby. The provided products didn't lather well, and I didn't feel fully clean after using them. There's a gym on the first floor, toward the back near the parking garage, and a mini store where you can grab snacks and drinks. Regarding the elevators, you select your floor before entering, and it directs you to a specific elevator. However, we noticed that the elevator didn't require a room key, which felt uncomfortable from a security standpoint. In today's world, it seems odd for a hotel not to secure elevator access with room keys. Lastly, the elevator to the parking garage is quite slow, so if you don't have luggage, you're probably better off taking the stairs.

Yelp
Pros: friendly staff, great location lots of dining options, shopping, and of course the 3 story mall is only 6 minutes away. Buffet breakfast is great, room was clean, great gym with updated, clean equipment. Beds are comfortable.. with that said... Cons: This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. During the day the maid was cleaning the room next to me & it sounded like she was building a house, it is now 2am -and sleep is impossible due to hearing everyone else in their rooms closing bathroom doors, and really making any movement at all. It's almost like an echo chamber. I could only imagine how loud it is on the weekends -as it's only Thursday night. Someone was talking on speaker phone earlier, and I could hear word for word, so privacy is limited. Elevators have a weird system, and no real security feature, entire front parking lot you're not allowed to park in. There is garages, but you have to already be checked in with a room key to access them, so you're almost forced to Valet at $35 a night for convenience. Bar is decent, prices are HIGH for food & drinks everything food wise is between $20-45. This is a business trip, so the costs are covered, but I wouldn't stay here again on my own dime. Have a 5 hour drive ahead tomorrow AM-hoping to get some decent sleep, but it's not looking good.

Yelp
Had a wonderful time here. The service was great, Parking was a little wonky as the gates were kinda doing their own thing the first time I tried to use them and I had to hit the call button to get assistance but after that they were flawless. They provided some items for your convenience but they were from a competing brand which was also a little weird. The food on site was excellent, the floor level was always a vibe with wonderful people mingling. Hope to come back again soon.

Yelp
Solid 3.7 cleanliness, updated, but no pets allowed is a minus for me always. If that doesn't matter to you, you will have a fine stay. Here for a week long convention. Accommodations we're comfortable the food left a little to be desired, what's up with the runny eggs, (do better) but all in all it was better than acceptable

Yelp
If I were to rate this hotel just by the lobby and the public space, it would be a much better rating. However, since I also stayed a few nights in a room, so I can speak to that experience-which was not as pleasant. There was a strange odor on the elevators, which just got stronger on the sixth floor. It was sort of a combo of Bengay and mildew-maybe a strong scent was used to try to mask the smell of the mold growing in the shower. My room really smelled bad and the residue build up along the bottom of the shower made me question it's cleanliness. The bed was comfortable but the large pillows left me with a kinked neck and I noticed there were tears in the bed sheet. The room is also dark-they rely too heavily on lamps when some overhead lighting would make a big difference. This hotel is a bit dated and could use some TLC to get it back up to the Marriott standard that people have come to expect.

Yelp
Marriott Quorum really goes above & beyond to put an emphasis on guest service; Ashley at the front desk is always very helpful & accommodating, the staff make sure you have the amenities you need; The location is in the center of North Dallas/ Addison, so you're close to most everything...If you're visiting Dallas, highly recommend this property location, overall its a very clean, nice & well maintained property!

Yelp
As long as you stay in the right room, this is a super nice hotel! I was in town for work and they put me up in this hotel for a week. As someone who usually stays in the cheapest hotel I can find as I normally travel on a budget, this was definitely a luxury for me! The room looked and smelled clean. They provided large bottles of shampoo/condioner and body wash. I couldn't get a good lather with the shampoo so if this matters to you, plan to bring your own. A coworker got a room that had not been remodeled yet, it was yellow and felt like it came straight out of the 60s. It looked just like the cheap hotel rooms I normally stay in. She was moved to a better room the next day. Note: the older room did have a tub instead of a walk in shower so if that's something you need then the older room might be for you! The TV had lots of channels including Netflix (you have to sign in to your own account) YouTube, (you can sign in or just watch whatever.) (I didn't sign in and instead watched my favorite channels so that those were added in to the random mix that is the rooms recommended home page.) And other regular cable channels. (Don't forget to sign out of everything when you leave!) The room service menu was also on the TV. The pool was warm and not at all busy when I went so I got in a few laps and enjoyed myself just floating in the water and sitting poolside reading my book. I didn't go into the gym but it looked fairly large for a hotel with plenty of options. The rest of this review are for entities within the hotel that I'm not counting as the hotel itself. I.E. the Starbucks and restaurant. They will have there own star rating. The Starbucks in the lobby was iffy. Very much a Two Star. The first day the birista refused to make Frappuccinos because she didn't feel like making the mix. The area smelled like sour milk and the drinks tasted like it smelled. After the sour actual milk on day one, I went for Almond milk the next time. It must have been sitting next to the sour milk or something becase it tasted sour as well. Finally I found myself ordering Oatmilk for the first time and my drinks finally started tasting good! To bad this was at the end of my trip. They only carry small straws so they kept dissapearing into the cup. Also, you can't use your Starbucks card to buy anything so you're not earning any points on your orders. Thankfully there was a real Starbucks around the corner in a shopping/food strip. The restaurant was expensive and only Three Stars. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. Most of the staff were nice. Some really, really didn't want to be there. You seat yourself and if you're eating something vegetarian, don't plan on getting a lot of flavor... or food. The dining area was tiny, really really tiny. There are not a lot of tables so you might be standing there waiting for an empty, clean table for a long time while the staff ignores you. My coworker loved the bar though! Overall, resturant and Starbucks excluded, I really enjoyed this stay!

Yelp
I was there for a volleyball tournament, the staff, the cleaners, Valet, restaurant, and the pool were awesome. The room was perfect. Tyler head of the Valet staff was great, helped with our loading of teammates and gave us great advice of traveling to the Convention Center. To be honest this hotel overall was the best one, i have ever stayed at. The staff just took care of us, felt like being at home. Thank you so much, and our club will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lindsay L.

Yelp
Overnight parking $22. Also, the A/C unit did not cool our room at all. Other than that, it was fine. I do appreciate the room having hard floor instead of carpet. Convenient location.
google avatar

Happy S.

Yelp
This has to be one of the most disgusting hotel rooms I have ever stayed in and I cannot believe this is a Marriott property. To pay $290/night+tax+parking and to get a dirty stained room like this is absolutely outrageous. Take a look at the pics. Not much more needs to be said except for the foul smell. The only positive was the Valet parking attendant who was extremely nice.

Yelp
Great experience! We stayed for a conference, and everything was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains did their job. The bathroom was clean and well laid out. Loved that the TV was connected to the internet for streaming options. The pool was amazing. A hot tub would be a great addition, but we nonetheless enjoyed an after dark swim and sitting by the fire to warm up. The front desk employees were wonderful! The only miss was the AC in the room didn't go below 68 degrees, but it was still comfortable, I just like being super cold!
google avatar

Jay W.

Yelp
One of the worst hotels ever! Start with a lukewarm shower, if you're lucky. Incredibly incompetent staff that does not speak, or understand basic English. The rooms are worn out, the air is stale and everything is overpriced.

Lana D.

Yelp
Friendly staff, incredible restaurant and servers. Great vibe in Lobby...oozes happiness!

Yelp
Excellent stay. We were impressed as soon as we walked in with the friendly service by the staff, the updated rooms/bathrooms, the towel designs on the bed (yea - like the cruise ships) and all the extras. The breakfast buffet was delicious with made to order egg station. We would return without hesitation.

Yelp
Stayed 3 nights at a rate of 230. Marriott has brought so many subsidiaries I'm confused if this is supposed to be a prestige hotel. On the plus side, all staff I interacted with were great and overall the facility seemed clean and safe, including garage and elevators. On the 'meh' side, room 757 and I assume all rooms facing that way permits too much road noise from the Dallas North Tollway. That room's toilet flushes poorly such that I avoided using it (and kept forgetting to ask for help.) The restaurant staff were great, but the pricey burger was very average. Some lobby furniture is looking aged and worn. A lobby Starbucks was convenient.

Yelp
We stayed here before and had a really good experience. Unfortunately, this past weekend left a bitter taste in our mouth and we likely won't be coming back. First, we brought our 2 toddlers and newborn into the room they initially had for us. It reeked of tobacco smoke. I couldn't keep my kids there and feel good about it. They were very responsive to our concerns and found us another, beautifully smelling room immediately. Second issue was the shower. We were pleased until we went to take a shower. I'm not sure how you could clean this room and leave the shower curtains looking like this in good conscience. It doesn't take much to replace the inner lining of the shower curtain. This was disgusting to say the least (please see picture)
google avatar

Jay F.

Yelp
First make sure that your room is on the hotel elevator bank side. The opposite front 635 that sounds like NASCAR. Staff can't even tell you where the stairs are located. Not a good experience at all and zero support from staff. I heard three times "l do t know, sir". Unbelievable for the price. Sad

Yelp
Great service & clean. I was in refurbished room they told me & they didn't think about the software that people bring with them. Laptop, ipads chargers, etc. There were a couple of available outlets by the bed & they did add a USB Port but One of the outlets didn't wotk. There is a desk area to work but no outlets whatsoever. Super odd or just really stupid. I gave it a three because it is clean and decent room. Personally I wouldn't stay there again because of the outlets, too outdated. Went to another Marriott & they were very thoughtful on business travel or technology.

Yelp
We recently stayed here to enjoy Kaboom Town presented by the City of Addison. Our package included a room with a view of the fireworks and full use of the pool and amenities until 4:00 on Sunday afternoon. The response to this offer was overwhelming but the team at the Addison Marriott handled it with ease and professionalism. I have never understood the appeal of a staycation before but I can't wait to find an opportunity to stay at this location again. We encountered wonderful Marriott associates from the beginning of our visit until we reluctantly returned home.

Yelp
Very clean and neat facility, great spot for a conference or just a special getaway. Highly recommend this establishment

Yelp
TL;DR: Styling was nice, lots of road noise. Wouldn't stay again. Got booked at this hotel by AA after missing a connection so tolerance for anything subpar was already very low. The entire 9th floor smelled like burnt hair. Th styling of the room was actually pretty nice, but there was so much road noise from the highway that it took a long time to fall asleep. Even when getting here after midnight. There was also a group being rather loud well after midnight. Called the front desk to have them take care of it, I don't know if they did or the people decided to stop on their owN but it took 20-30 minutes before they quieted down.

Yelp
Not what you expect from a Marriott hotel. Don't waste your time. Go else where. We stayed a night because we were in town for my daughters birthday. We pre booked but upon arrival was told that they were over booked. Needless to say after some number crunching the receptionist found a room. We went upstairs and the room was old and musty. Nothing like the photos. So I went downstairs and asked for a different room, because that was not what I paid for. She found us another and we went up... needless to say this one wasn't finished being cleaned and had no bed sheets. As we were about to walk back down, there was a knock on the door. An employee told us that we couldn't stay that she'd find another. Needless to say finally we got a room 2 hours later. A king instead of two queens. It's fine my family of 4 will just pack together on the bed. It took them two hours to bring us one towel and two wash cloths. I tried to ask house keeping in the hall and they said they were out. The employees were nice. But boy are the lacking! I do not recommend. They did comp our room for the inconvenience, we still paid for parking. Not worth the hassle!!!!!

Yelp
This hotel is AMAZING. From the cleanliness, the staff, the rooms, the pool, the food. Just amazing. The prices are excellent and loads of parking. Very nicely decorated. There's a small gym and lovely bar/restaurant. A great place! We loved our 5 night stay!

Yelp
This hotel is spot on for your average traveler. It has hints of luxury in the updated design; they keep it beautifully clean. Also, the staff are absolutely amazing! This is one of the best Marriotts I have ever stayed in. They even have a mini-Starbucks in the lobby that I would frequent. The lovely lady working the shop was amazing - her name is Blanca and I love her! The drinks she make taste just like the real thing so don't bother driving elsewhere! I stayed on the 11th floor and I could tell my room was newly renovated. Very modern touches and color scheme - loved it. If you have access to the lounge, they even serve a free dinner! I've never seen that before and it was awesome! I would absolutely stay here again!

Greentea M.

Yelp
The room was old and dirty. Once I entered I could smell the overwhelming cigarette odor The carpets were stained, the walls were marked, the bath room cellings had moisture marks. It smell like there was a Texas Holdem tournament in the room the night before. I couldn't stay in the room for more than 30 mins before I had to ask for a room change. Continue...after waiting for 30 minutes I called the front desk to see what happened to my room change. They forgot all about it. I checked in around 10pm and it is now almost 12am. I'm too tried to write anymore.

Yelp
I've never had more issues with a hotel in one stay. It started with the $15 Internet that kept kicking me off and required 2 visits with IT. My son missed his first online class because we couldn't connect. We had a shower that was so slow to drain that a 7-8 minute shower overflowed onto the floor and to the front door. We called the front desk to have it addressed and get fresh towels while we were gone for 3 hours and it was never addressed. When we got back they did jump on it and the maintenance worker showed up with a mask around his neck. I've never had a hotel start where I've had to have one visit with hotel specialty staff, let alone 3. The hotel was down to 2 elevators. One elevator had something sticky and black all over the floor. I told the front desk and left for a few hours and came back and the floor was still sticky. The staff is incredibly friendly. I mean they are super congenial, but the hotel must be way understaffed. The linens aren't getting changed out regularly, so I don't know what's going on with not having these things addressed in a timely manner. Just supremely disappointed in this hotel. Update: after ignoring the initial request to fix the drain and then rushing to fix it after notifying them it wasn't fixed...someone just showed up to the door this morning to fix the drain. Does anyone here know what's going on? Update 2: the instructions handed out at check-in said to have trash outside your door by 9 am. I put our trash out at 8:30. It's 3:00. 6 hours later, it's still sitting there.

Yelp
Ac don't work that good room about 10 degrees higher that what the thermostat is set 4 days and same problem. It took 2 days of shower backed up to get it cleared and the lady in the morning at Starbucks is very rude and never wants to make any coffee that is not out of the thermostat or expressos. Her answer is always it takes to long. They don't honor the Monvoy status Stay away from this hotel No I remember why I prefer Hilton

Yelp
Highly recommend! Our room was very clean and spacious. I appreciate the ability to charge my devices and the room had plenty of outlets near the beds to charge. I find that it's been difficult to find hotel rooms with this luxury. When I say the room was clean, I mean, I was not afraid to walk barefoot in the room. There was no dust or visible dirt in the restroom or in the room itself. The bedding was of good quality and the mattress was comfortable. The shower was very relaxing with a rainfall faucet. My husband was super impressed with the shower. The staff were very friendly during our entire stay. There was a very good selection of snacks and products in the lobby store. After recently paying over $1000 l/night at a luxury boutique hotel in NYC that ended up being a disaster with a dirty room and broken balcony door, it was refreshing to get a more affordable hotel room that felt like luxury with some friendly staff.

Yelp
The structure itself is pretty normal, perhaps even a little worn out if you look closely. But the staff is superb and it shows in every little exchange with them. So much so, in fact, that I have decided that this is one of my best hotel stays in a long time. I got into the lounge on the 11th floor and it was very elegant with a tremendous view. Once again, the help was outstanding and waited on us in a meticulous manner. I highly recommend this establishment to those who value being treated as unique, valuable human beings and I'm updating my review to reflect an even stronger appreciation two years later!

Yelp
We were possibly their longest staying guests as we had an 11 night reservation during our transition of moving out of our apartment, finishing work commitments before moving out of state. Our checkin with Linnea was quick and painless. She said she changed our room to a quieter one since we were here for an extended period - we faced an office building and to the right could still see the tollway. Appreciated how she remembered us throughout our stay and greeted us each time. We could still here some tollway noise and the rooms next to us were occupied the entire time and there were some points where we could hear the neighbors TV and children going through the hall but overall I imagine it was quieter than had we been facing the road directly. (Room 911 for reference) As gold status with SPG, we were given access to the Concierge Lounge on the 11th floor which was always stocked with water bottles and some soda. During the week they offer a complimentary breakfast: fresh fruit, coffee, cinnamon rolls/croissants/bagels, scrambled eggs and sometimes additional items like cereal or hash browns. The fridge up there also has milk cartons and yogurt for snacks. In evenings during the week they offer a light "dinner" more like hors d'oeuvre and then starting at 7:30pm they have a dessert bar with cookies or brownies. For weekends they earned serious points because since the lounge is closed, they give you a coupon voucher for two to have a complimentary buffet breakfast with gratuity already included. The buffet breakfast for two would be $45+ so that is significant savings. The buffet offers made-to-order omelet bar, I think also an option for a waffle and then everything from fresh fruits, to scrambled eggs, hash browns, toasts, cereals, croissants/buns etc. Highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel, the quality was definitely there and the atmosphere is nice for waking up (they even use Le Creuset to serve the dishes which is charming). Our wifi charge was waived due to status with SPG. Our stay coincided with Kaboom Town, which is Addison's fourth of July fireworks celebration on the 3rd of July. This was not planned. Traffic was horrendous that day beginning mid-day. They closed the concierge lounge that Monday for a private party - I think for flight attendants? which was a shame and we were among many guests who had figured we would have access there for viewing the fireworks and were then let down. Housekeeping at times was excellent and even left us cute cards wishing us a good day along with towel animal creations. We did have a period of 2 days where housekeeping didn't come service our room even though we didn't have the privacy sign on the door. And we tried for one night only their option to earn 500 pts and not change towels - be aware they then don't even come to your room to make the bed or empty the trash. So that was misleading because typically when we have done this option they at least service the room, they just don't replace the towels to save water. Then again it is possible that they realized we were here for an extended stay and thought they could get away with slacking... Room was a good size, room for all 3 of our checked bags, and desk for doing work without feeling crowded. Bathroom did not have a tub and no magnifying mirror. Shockingly, no fridge in room and no minibar and also no safe. No robe either. Overall, since we were here for so long we could have found tons of things to nitpick but we had a good stay. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Location is right by the tollroad which was helpful for us finishing up our work commitments. We will definitely consider turning our spg points to Marriott points in the future again.

Yelp
It's a shit show. No organization. I've been sitting for 2 hours and I still can't check in. They threatened to charge me a cancelation fee because they have system issues and can't get me in a room. It's late, my son has a tournament, we are tired from traveling and they just can't help get us in to a room. This is just plain pathetic.

Yelp
The staff was extremely accommodating after we were stranded in Dallas due to a weather related cancellation of our flight. My husband, three children and I were flying from Philly through Phoenix to California. Our initial flight out of Philly was cancelled after 4 hours on the plane or in the terminal, so we rebooked for the next day to fly through Dallas. That second flight was delayed and our connecting flight cancelled. At this point, the family had spent about 8 hours on planes in a 24 hour period, arrived at the hotel at 2:30 am, with extremely tired and cranky kids (a 5, 3, and 10 month old). We had only the clothes on our backs and PJs for the kids. As it so happened, my son had had an accident and ended up with nothing clean to wear. An extremely kind and caring staff member (I unfortunately do not remember her name) provided us with clothes and pajamas for my son, as well as a pull up, that were from her son. She went above and beyond to help us out and that made a huge difference to this tired Mama. We also had a very kind shuttle driver who took me to Walmart and waited while I made some returns (we originally weren't going to be able to leave until 3 days later so bought extra clothes). I had my 10 month old with me and appreciated not having to wait hours for the shuttle to return or not having to pay for an Uber.

Yelp
This is the worst!! I am so disappointed to be a Marriot Rewards member. The front desk clerk was very rude and snotty at check-in, and them when we got to the room it had NOT BEEN CLEANED! We had not eaten dinner, and they told us just to leave our bags in the room and they would clean it while we were at dinner. NOT SO, we arrived to the room and nothing had been done. Now, it is 10:30pm...and just got ant to go bed. The front desk personal did not even apologize, just shrugged and look at me. Really!!! They lied and said someone would clean it, then after I questioned that statement, they finally admitted that they didn't have anyone on property to clean it and offered another room ..of course now it is 12 am...and they gave me another room...gee thanks! I have a 6 am early wake up...thanks Marriotts

Yelp
I had such a great experience here! From check in to checkout.. the hotel is taking proper precautions during the pandemic! The room was spotless, the bed and pillows felt great. I got a room just to get away from the day to day and now I feel ready for Monday! I will be back! Plus: they gave me a room upgrade because it was my birthday! Awesome staff!

Yelp
Here is a video providing this blanket was at this location. bit.ly/AddisonMarriott I had these stains, and I decided to bring my blanket to the lobby to talk to a manager. It was the last day of my stay, so I didn't just want a new blanket. I was disgusted that the duvet cover had come off this blanket in my sleep. The manager implied this blanket is clean and had been bleached. Why are stained pillowcases, sheets, blankets, and mattresses in these rooms? The manager denied this was body fluid. When I asked my friends, many people were saying this looks like bed bug poop. I went with the Texas Junior College Student Government Association for their state conference, and I had 4 more students approach me and confirm they also had these stains (on bedding and mattresses). I stayed on the fifth floor, where there was not carpet in the rooms and there was a double sheet-covering on the bed. I hadn't thought to hard about this or the duvet cover on my blanket until I had seen and shared the sight of these blankets. The manager refused to comp my room and denied responsibility, claiming it is housekeeping's issue. The first desk associate I talked to had agreed this blanket was disgusting and my feelings of horror were justified. I washed everything twice after getting home & quarantined my clothes. Why are stained blankets being returned to rooms? Why is this treated like its normal at this location? What kind of justice can I bring to the table? It only takes one bug to cause an infestation, which is now my biggest concern. It is my responsibility to share my experience, and Google Maps does not display a star rating for this hotel.

Yelp
This is one of my family's Dallas rotation of hotels, if that makes sense. One of the main perks and reasons staying at this hotel is the free shuttle bus service they provide to and from the Galleria mall. I believe it leaves hotel every hour until 10 PM. If you ever parked in that Galleria parking garage, it can be kind of a bitch to deal with. We actually didn't use the shuttle service during this stay but it was nice it was available, even on Thanksgiving evening. Another main reason we stay is that it's relatively close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and grocery stores, like Whole Foods and Tom Thumb. Also, it's near an In-n-Out, which for me, is awesome because Chicago doesn't have a location (what's that about?). Convenient is key. I booked through Priceline.com a few weeks prior to our visit and got a decent deal for two nights, one being Thanksgiving. What Priceline (and other similar sites) does not mention is that the hotel parking garage is not free. Self-park is $15/day with unlimited arrival/departure using hotel room key card. I'm not sure about valet but check the hotel's website directly. Staff from the lobby to housekeeping were generally helpful. We had a small issue with housekeeping but resolved immediately, given that it was a holiday likely were short-staffed. The lobby/bar/restaurant area was pretty popular too because every football game was up and running all the TVs there. Rooms were decent enough for short stay, and each had a small fridge, which was great. I don't recommend buying drinks from the store in the lobby (e.g. $3/small bottle water) unless you have no choice. Decent amenities and located within distance to most local places? What more do you need in a hotel for a short stay.

Yelp
20mins from the airport. I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel after a delayed flight (American Airline to be specific.) The hotel is new, modern and very clean. The staffs were very friendly and welcome esp Jay the receptionist. I was offered a bottle of water while waiting to be checked in. My room on the 11th floor has a very nice view and very elegant/clean. The bed was exceptional comfortable. The hotel also has washer and dryer for use (you pay of course) Loved my stay!!!! Thanks Marriot Ps: Check out Kenny's Wood fired grill about 2 blocks away... their crabcakes and porkchop are super. The staff will make you feel very welcome. They're opened late until midnight.

Yelp
I stayed at this beautiful hotel for two weeks. Toward the end of my stay I contacted the front desk to inform them that my Bluetooth JBL speaker was missing from my room. Her response was " Did you see someone take it?". I was taken aback with that response. I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor which she connected me with one right away. He was very apologetic and assured me that he was look into it and get back with me the following day. Unfortunately that never happened. A week later I contacted that manager again and he basically repeated what he said a week prior. Here is the deal, I am not expecting for my personal item that was stolen from my room be returned but rather a call back and a little bit of empathy.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed here over the weekend for a wedding. I was attracted to this hotel because of the reasonable price. The room was newly renovated and clean. We were able to get fresh sheets when needed and the staff was courteous. There is a 24 hour snack station with candy, chips, and drinks. There's also a Starbucks in the lobby but I didn't see it open. The water pressure in the shower however...not good!! This place is close to many restaurants, but not all of them are in walking distance due to having to cross a busy four lane street.

Yelp
The hotel is clean, quiet, and the HVAC kept the room nice and cool. The staff were friendly and the building seems secure and well maintained. They have a market with a good selection of snacks and drinks. It's a perfect location to stay if you're planning to go to the Addison Improv or some of the other hot spots nearby.

Yelp
Let's just say that our night was something special. After some complications with the toilet, this hotel was gracious enough to send the most understanding engineering worker to serve our needs. Roger recommended that we get another room as to not hamper our stay.

Yelp
Rooms are nice and spacious with great showers and vanities. Bathroom amenities are tiny and there are no q-tips or cotton balls which is new for me to see missing. Its within walking distance to to restaurants, massage and pharmacy but their shuttle will take you there as well if you don't want to walk. The meeting rooms were nice, comfortable and food for lunch was really good !! Would stay here again !

Yelp
I had a prepaid room through a discount app called Hotwire. I showed proof of the prepaid reservation when checking in. However, I was told that the reservation was not yet showing up in the Marriott computer. The manager, Leo, was not willing to honor my proof of prepaid reservation but suggested we go ahead and get my credit card for incidentals to get me into a room, and then the $117 I had already paid Hotwire could be disputed later. He seemed so helpful that I thought Marriott would fix their issue with their discount partner, Hotwire. However, it turns out he had zero intention to work this out. Once he had my credit card, he charged me the "bargain" rate of $159, plus tax, plus $17 for using the parking garage. I wasted 2 hours in the hotel lobby and also observed Leo take a call from Oscar at Hotwire who was trying to get Marriott to refund the higher rate. I watched Leo refuse to find a solution and he told Oscar at Hotwire that they did not send the prepaid reservation in time, and Leo hung up the phone. Now I will have to dispute the credit card charges from Marriott which somehow totaled $209 -,even though the folio invoice was a total of $196. Leo should have honored my prepaid reservation since I had proof that it was paid in advance. Instead, he happily charged me the $209 and refused to refund the difference. Zero customer service. I was in town to visit my 93 year old mother in the hospital where I had slept in a chair the night before. So I was looking forward to getting 6 hours sleep at Marriott before catching an early flight out of Love Field the next morning. However, at 3:30 AM there was a loud person yelling in the hallway just outside my room door who was apparently arguing with someone. I called the front desk and was told someone would come up to the 9th floor. Nobody ever came. By 4:15 AM, the loud noises and slamming of the door continued. I finally gave up by 4:45. By then I finally gave up and left the hotel. I have never been so disappointed in a "4 Star" hotel.

Yelp
I had a very good experience at this Marriott while on a business trip last month. The room was very clean (no smell). Checkin was fast and very friendly. Checkout was even faster. There's a small Starbucks in the lobby, and while I'm not a Starbucks fan, it was great in the morning to get me started.

Yelp
For starters, we were told that we wouldn't have housekeeping because we are staying 3 days. I have never seen this before. So we had to keep calling for shampoo, towels, toilet paper, etc. One bed had a comforter and one bed only had sheets (another parent in our tournament had the same thing in his room). The place was dirty. At this price point I expect much better service and cleanliness.

Yelp
50 nights here in the last 4 months, FML. In all fairness, I like this hotel a lot. For one thing, the walls aren't paper thin like at some of the other Marriotts I've stayed at in the past. I won't discuss value here as I don't think any Marriotts are worth the full price of admission. Corporate rates for the win. Wifi and internet is free for Gold/Platinum members, otherwise you're looking at $12.95 per 24 hours of "internet I wouldn't be using if I had the choice." Parking is another $12 or $13 per night if not included in your rate. I've pretty much stayed on every floor here. Rooms are generally clean. If you're on the Concierge Level (11 + 12), you'll find a few amenities that you don't get in rooms on the other floors. These include a generic mouthwash, cotton swabs, and a disposable shaving razor. Oh, and if you're really lucky, a small bag of chocolate covered animal crackers on your pillow with a paper that says "welcome back." Yeah, I understand, hotel rooms are never perfect. I've seen wet towels and rags left behind when I first walk in. I've had a hole in my shower curtain. Toilet paper is absent sometimes. The universal remote for the TV sucks. The wifi comes and goes. If one of your towels smells kinda funny, chances are all of them will smell like that for the week. The cleaning lady takes my tips but doesn't discard my empty water bottles. But it's all part of life on the road...just gotta deal with it. The gym is actually pretty decent here, and can get crowded in the mornings. The hospitality is always simulated, but what isn't? When I'm checking in, after the employee looks up my account information on the computer and sees my status, then I get asked how my day was. Lovely. The Concierge Lounge (for Gold and Platinum members) usually has cookies for dessert, and other snacks/drinks you can grab. Contrary to popular opinion, alcohol is not free...it's an honor system. All in all, the reason why I like this hotel is because of the location. Plenty of great eats in Addison all within walking distance or a short drive away. Never had to order room service. Plenty of bars to get smashed at during the week. The location off the Tollway is definitely convenient. So if you're debating between this or the other 3 Marriotts in this area, I'd probably say this is on the top of the list. Full service all the way!

Yelp
I will never stay at a place where they do not have any humanity values. My 70 year old Father who walks with a cane asked the front desk lady if he could sit in the lobby and wait for his Uber that was coming in less than 5 mins. The lady at the front desk told him that he had to wait outside because he wasn't a hotel guest. I only know this because I was on the phone him making sure he got into his Uber safe. When I called the hotel to find out why he was treated so poorly all the manager( who was also the same lady the told him to wait outside) said that non guests are not allowed in the lobby. I understand that the safety of your guests are important. But if you wouldn't want your loved one treated the way you treated my Father then why do it to someone else. Very poor customer service.
