My wife and I stayed here during her business trip, as the conference was being held at the hotel.
Getting here from out of town wasn't too bad, aside from the heavy traffic in the surrounding area.
Plenty of places and drink near by, so this location is perfect for these type of amenities.
Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the ConAir iron provided, it did a great job steam pressing my jeans and shirt.
One suggestion I have is to ensure room keys work for accessing the parking lot. We had some trouble with our cards not working at first, which was frustrating since it seemed like something that should be standard.
Accessing the parking lot from the frontage road is tight, especially if you're driving a larger vehicle. If you have a vehicle with a lift kit, the parking garage might not be an option for you. Thankfully, there are signs posted before entering, so pay attention. I'd recommend using the entrance on the back side of the hotel rather than the frontage road; it's easier to enter, and you won't have to worry about rear-ending issues.
The parking garage has gates that require a room key for entry, but when I pressed the assistance button (since I hadn't received my room key yet), they didn't ask for my room number or verify anything, and the gate just opened. I also noticed that the gates were left open during the day, which made me question the point of having security gates in the first place.
The hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, but I'd highly recommend bringing your own or purchasing some nearby. The provided products didn't lather well, and I didn't feel fully clean after using them.
There's a gym on the first floor, toward the back near the parking garage, and a mini store where you can grab snacks and drinks.
Regarding the elevators, you select your floor before entering, and it directs you to a specific elevator. However, we noticed that the elevator didn't require a room key, which felt uncomfortable from a security standpoint. In today's world, it seems odd for a hotel not to secure elevator access with room keys.
Lastly, the elevator to the parking garage is quite slow, so if you don't have luggage, you're probably better off taking the stairs.
